Motivation Of Ethical Sharia Property Investment for The Millennial And Generation Z
Generation Millennials and Gen-Z mostly feel the development economy is Sharia moment now and for the future. Business property in Indonesia is increasing increase with requests for property residential green living. Investment property Sharia ethical is one choice for future business. Objective This research is to analyze motivation investment property Sharia necessary ethics now and in the future, and education understanding Islamic Sharia in support economy people following the teachings of the Qur'an and hadith. The study uses method qualitative descriptive through analysis deep from various relevant literature. Research results show that; 1) Generation Millennials and Gen-Z have already voted for property sharia although not as much non-real investment moment this. 2) Digital literacy and da'wah for education must be broad and creative to add insight and confidence. 3) Profits obtained that is; spared from usury, appropriate with principles Sharia with Islamic ethics, investment sustainable, profitable results competitive, and contributing to welfare and environment public. 4) Challenge more digital innovation lively the application or investment platform property sharia for convenience communication and transactions. Analisis Penerapan PSAK No. 109 Tentang Akuntansi Zakat Pada Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infak Dan Shadaqah Al-Haromain Kota Kediri
Indonesia's increasing development has an impact on increasing the income of citizens. From this increased income, especially in Islamic teachings, it is mandatory or in other words must be paid through zakat. Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah are what really move individuals, society and this country forward. However, many cannot distribute their zakat to zakat institutions. The factor of distrust towards zakat institutions is considered to be the main factor, therefore zakat institutions should create guidelines for preparing financial reports in accordance with PSAK No. 109 concerning zakat accounting. The aim of this research is to analyze the suitability of implementing PSAK No. 109 with the accounting system at the Amil Zakat, Infak and Shodaqoh institutions in Kediri. This PSAK No. 109 statement focuses on regulating the recognition, measurement, presentation and transactions of zakat and alms. This type of research is a case study at one of the Amil Zakat Al - Haromain institutions in the city of Kediri. The research method used is descriptive analysis using documentary data collection methods and interview methods. The research results show that LAZIS Al - Haromain in Kediri has not made journal reports, cash flow reports, changes in assets under management, and financial records. LAZIS Al-Haromain only reports changes in funds. Thus, LAZIS Al-Haromain has not implemented PSAK No. 10
Acceleration Of Financing And Implementation Of Sharia Economy In The Development Of Halal Culinary Area Tourism Solo
Halal industry has become a positive trend in areas of food, fashion, and tourism. In Indonesia, one of the priority areas for halal industry is Halal Culinary Zone in Kauman Solo. Designation this area is aimed at creating a halal value chain ecosystem with Sharia economic principles. This research is descriptive qualitative model, with observations and interviews, data analysis using Creswell's. The results show that several stakeholders play crucial roles in development of Kauman Solo, including Surakarta Government, BI of Surakarta, Sharia Economic Community, BPJPH, UMKM Kauman, BUMN, and private businesses. There are 79 UMKM members, characterized by being home-based and offering their products in front of their homes to tourists visiting the Kauman area. Another distinctive feature is that over 80% of these UMKM businesses have halal certificate. Challenges such as a lack of capital, completeness of administrative documentation and competent human resources are expected to be addressed collectively
Analyze The Impact Of Islamic Work Ethic On Maslahah-Based Job Performance And Islamic Family Well-Being
Achievement of employee performance is often a problem because it has an impact on the progress of the company. Then work and family relationships are inseparable for employees because they are interrelated. The Islamic work ethic views work as a means to improve oneself economically, socially, psychologically, and well-being that emanates from faith. And this research is related to Islamic work ethic in work and family. This research aims to determine the impact of Islamic work ethic on maslahah-base job performance and Islamic family wellbeing by examining the mediating role of intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction. This type of research uses a quantitative description with explanatory research using a sample of 207 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Syariah (Studi Pada Masyarakat Eks Karesidenan Surakarta)
Global technological developments make business competition increasingly competitive. The emergence of competitors in the same industry poses a threat to companies running their business. Ease of access to banking facilities makes it easy for consumers to differentiate the quality of bank services from other banks. For this reason, Islamic banking is competing fiercely to improve the quality of its services so that customer loyalty can be achieved. Facts have been found that customer loyalty can increase competitiveness. The role of customer loyalty is very crucial for companies, many experts examine the important contribution of customer loyalty to companies. The aim of this research is to find out whether service quality (Reliability, Guarantee, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Responsiveness) influences loyalty in Sharia Banks in the Surakarta Residency area. The research method uses quantitative primary data, multiple linear regression analysis approach and the SPSS program. From the test results, the number of respondents for this study was 75 respondents. These findings show that Reliability, Guarantee and physical evidence do not have a significant effect on Loyalty, while Empathy and Responsiveness have a significant effect on Loyalty in the former Surakarta Residency area
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Penggunaan LinkAja Syariah Generasi Z Kota Semarang
The research objective is to analyze and determinate to the factors about perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust and knowledge riba that influence the interest in using LinkAja Syariah among 100 generation Z in Semarang City. The data used is secondary data from Badan pusat statistik and primary data collected through interviews and used kuesioner with generation Z respondents who used LinkAja Syarih in Semarang city. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression. The results showed that partically perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust and knowledge about riba had a significant effet in influecing generation Z to used LinkAja Syariah. Simultaneously, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust and knowledge riba have a significant effect on generation Z intention to use LinkAja Syariah in Semarang City
Analisis Penilaian Kinerja Lazis Al Haromain Dengan Pendekatan Indonesia Magnificence Of Zakat (IMZ)
Zakat institutions are the most important pillars in promoting economic equity in Indonesia. To carry out their duties, Zakat institutions require public trust and government approval. As professional philanthropic organizations, Zakat institutions need performance assessments. The Indonesia Magnificence of Zakat (IMZ) is one such performance assessment for Zakat institutions. The purpose of this study is to explore the IMZ as a performance assessment for Zakat institutions in East Java. LAZIS Al Haromain, an East Java-based Zakat institution established in 2001, is the object of this study. The results show that LAZIS Al Haromain has met the five aspects of the IMZ. However, LAZIS Al Haromain still needs to optimize certain aspects, particularly in management performance. LAZIS Al Haromain is also improving its human resource management through the recruitment of permanent employees and enhancing employee performance through various training programs

Comparison of Islamic and General Universities From the Point of View of Student Competence in the Field of Sharia Accounting and Algebra as Measured by Human Resources in the City of Medan
The aim of the research is to determine the level of competency required in terms of knowledge of sharia accounting and algebra, to maintain stakeholder trust. To determine the level of human resource development which is a milestone for overcoming future challenges to improve quality or quality graduates. This research uses a descriptive statistical research approach. Where the definition of a descriptive statistical research approach is a type of research whose aim is to present a complete picture of a social setting or is intended for exploration and clarification of a phenomenon or social reality, by describing a number of variables relating to the problem and unit being studied among the phenomena being tested. . method by collecting secondary data, namely articles, research results and reference books published over the last 5 years. It will be described using analysis and using statistical data testing methods. Based on the description above, the author finds that the level of student competency in the fields of sharia accounting and algebra as measured by human resources in the city of Medan is quite good, with the following details: Students with a level competence is measured by human resources in the field of sharia accounting as much as 8.46%. Students who are not competent and not supported by human resources in the field of sharia accounting are 1.49%. Students whose level of competence is measured by human resources in the field of science algebra as much as 8.0%, students who are not competent and not supported with human resources in the field of algebra as much as 2.0%. The condition of being incompetent and not supported by human resources is influenced by: learning processes and career development that are not yet fully optimal
