    Etika, Hak & Kewajiban Pelaku Bisnis Transportasi On-Line (GOJEK) Perspektif Bisnis Sharing Economy Syariah

    This paper conducts qualitative research on literature related to describing a form of ethics, rights and obligations of on-line transportation business (GoJek) seen from the perspective of sharia sharing economy business in Indonesia. GoJek, an on-line technology-based transportation service company that uses human and motorcycle modes of transportation, in its business scope has a role that has a major influence on the economy in Indonesia today. GoJek is an economic actor that has a function as a producer that produces services for an information technology-based transportation mode that applies an on-line model in its services. Meanwhile, the government through the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) is an economic actor that functions as a regulator in terms of authorization related to policies that regulate the overall operational scope of all modes of transportation in Indonesia. The rapid development of information technology has changed the shape of the economic system from the conventional one to the form of a sharing economy system. This change also touches on the existence of GoJek's business as an economic actor that functions as a producer, as well as the Ministry of Transportation as a representative of the government which is an economic actor and functions as a regulator of transportation modes in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the business and economic world, the Islamic economic system is increasingly being sought and applied throughout the world, this can also affect the business conditions of GoJek, including the Ministry of Transportation in responding to its role related to the perspective of the sharia sharing economy. This study finds that there is a form of ethics, rights and obligations of on-line transportation business actors (GoJek) and the role of the government as an economic actor in the perspective of sharing economy sharia

    Does Halal Tourism Development Support Achievement of SDGs Goals? A Systematic Literature Review

    The objective of this research is to figure out the role of halal tourism to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in addition to identifying the factors that promote or hinder the growth of halal tourism in Indonesia. The primary data search procedure utilizes Publish or Perish software in conjunction with two databases, Google Scholar and Scopus. The outcomes of the analysis of the data comprised eight journal articles that were published between 2019 and 2023. This study's results indicate that the development of halal tourism contributes in numerous ways to the attainment of the SDGs. It can alleviate poverty in tourist destinations by generating employment opportunities for locals. Secondly, halal tourism ensures healthy and secure food and beverages. It has additionally equipped infrastructure for public facilities. Nevertheless, the growth of halal tourism in Indonesia encounters numerous impediments, among which is the absence of a comprehensive regulatory framework pertaining to this sector. Whereas, the community and business actors' consent and support for the sustainable management of halal destinations in Indonesia are the driving forces behind its development. Furthermore, these actors engage in collaborative planning and partnerships with other entities concerned with the management and advancement of tourism objects

    The low level of financial literacy among the populace has resulted in many individuals falling victim to fraudulent investment schemes. Therefore, there is a crucial need for all segments of society, including the academic community, to play a role in enhancing investment literacy. The implementation of Project Based Learning (PBL) within the Investment and Sharia Capital Market course has demonstrated its effectiveness in equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to navigate the complexities of Islamic finance. By aligning course objectives with real-world applications and leveraging student autonomy and engagement, the PBL approach has empowered students to become agents of change in society. Through their participation in the course, students have not only gained a deep understanding of Sharia-compliant investment principles but have also developed critical analytical skills and practical experience in navigating the capital market. This multifaceted approach has prepared them to become consultants and researchers capable of promoting ethical and sustainable investment practices within society

    The Entrepreneurial Practice Behavior of Chinese Group Business in Indonesia: Contextualization from Islamic Business Ethics

    The purpose of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial practice behavior (EPB) of Chinese groups in running and developing a business. These behaviors will be analyzed using the Islamic business ethics (IBE) perspective to contextualize Islamic values in entrepreneurial practice. This study uses the qualitative approach, and the data collection method uses triangulation such as observation, interview, and documentation. The research object was conducted in Ponorogo, East Java province, where are 67 shops managed by ethics. The result of this study showed that the EPB of Chinese group business ethics shows six (6) behaviors, is high motivation; learning business knowledge through formal and non-formal education; personal savings; commitment to settle all debts on time; fulfilling the rights of employees and costumers properly; and strong determination to develop a business innovation. Then, following contextualization from IBE, four (4) behaviors are al-Quwwah; al-Amanah; al-Hifdz; and al-‘Ilm. In addition, several things cannot be reconciled with Islamic roles there are, orientation business Islam; Islam obliges to study of religious knowledge through debt. Although some scholars allow it, Islamic principles recommend avoiding or at least limiting it as much as possible

    This research aims to find strategies to increase the value of Whale Shark tourism in Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano District by using the perspective of whale shark tourism managers and related stakeholders using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach through nine channels. This study also looks at tourism value from a consumer perspective through the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) approach from two aspects, namely the customer profile and value proposition. The sampling technique in this study used the Snawbal Sampling technique by identifying, selecting, and taking samples in a network or continuous chain of relationships. Meanwhile, data analysis used the Miles and Huberman technique which included data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research to increase the value of Whale Shark tourism in Labuhan Jambu Village based on the BMC approach areThe whale shark tourism market segmentation is foreign tourists, domestic tourists anddiving/snorkeling enthusiasts, consist of online promotions via social media Instagram, direct promotions, participating in national events, whale shark festivals and collaboration with tour guides and travel tours, the major key partnership to maintain is travel agents, tour guides, fishermen, bagang owners, restaurants and hotels and the important Key resources consist of whale sharks, tour operators, supporting facilities and the Labuhan Jambu village community. The results of the study show that BSI as the nazhir partner and distribution partner of the SWR003 Retail CWLS program has implemented programs that are distributed to partners through Lazismu and BSM Ummah.     Determinants of Islamic Banking Social Fund Management Efficiency in Indonesia: Two Stages Data Envelopment Window Analysis

    The presence of Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking mandates Islamic banking in Indonesia; apart from carrying out fund collection and distribution activities, it also must manage social funds. This is one of the things that differentiates it from practices in conventional banks. This research aims to analyze the level of Efficiency of management of Islamic banking social funds in Indonesia and the factors that influence it using Two-Step Data Envelopment Window Analysis (DEWA) analysis based on the Scale Efficiency assumption in the first stage and the second stage using pooled Tobit regression applied to 9 Islamic banks throughout the 2018 – 2022 period. The result shows that the level of efficiency in managing social funds of Islamic banks in Indonesia shows an improving trend every year. Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on the social efficiency of Islamic banking. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has no significant effect or does not have a natural effect on the social efficiency of Islamic banking. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative effect and is significant

    The Indonesian culinary business market is becoming increasingly competitive. Therefore, business owners need to understand the factors that influence consumers' repurchase intention. This research focuses on service quality, product variety, and islamic store atmosphere to understand their impact on value equity and repurchase intention. A quantitative approach was used for the study, with data collected through a survey of a sample of 200 consumers of SFA Steak & Resto Klodran. The data collection method was a questionnaire survey. Statistical analysis, including linear regression and mediation, was used to test the relationship between the variables under study. The results indicate service quality and product variety have a positive and significant effect on value equity, while the islamic store atmosphere has a positive but insignificant effect. Additionally, value equity has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Value equity moderates the relationship between service quality and product variety with repurchase intention, but does not moderate the relationship between islamic store atmosphere and repurchase intention

    Lately, there are many all you can eat restaurants that claim themselves as "no pork no lard," even though the critical point of a food is not only about the use of pork. Each all you can eat brand has its own brand characteristics to attract consumers, one of which is the addition of halal certification. Consumer-based brand equity is assumed to originate from the brand characteristics, but it turns out that consumer-based brand equity can also come from consumer characteristics. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which consumer-based brand equity in terms of religion originates from consumer behavior in choosing halal brands, rather than from the characteristics of the product itself. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with an online questionnaire distributed to 220 respondents who are Muslims, aged 18 and above, and have made a purchase of an all you can eat brand at least once. The analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS software. The results of this study show that consumer-based halal brand equity has a significant positive influence on strength of religious identity, consumer halal awareness, and consumer halal choice behavior. In addition, it was also found that consumer halal choice behavior mediates the relationship between strength of religious identity and consumer-based halal brand equity, as well as the relationship between consumer halal awareness and consumer-based halal brand equity

    The Social Trust Fund is a Dompet Dhuafa financing program using the Qardhul Hasan contract that aims to develop the community to carry out ultra-micro activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the STF program on the development of ultra-micro activities before and after getting STF funds from the maqashid sharia review. The methodology used is a qualitative approach by analyzing instrument data in the form of interviews with Qardhul Hasan fund managers, Ultramikro actors, and documentation owned by Dhuafa wallets. The results of the study found that the effectiveness of the program has almost achieved the overall goal; this is indicated by Iqamah al Adl and Jalb al Maslahah's feelings for Ultramikro actors, while for Tahdib al Fard, Ultramikro actors have not felt the benefits of this program. This research can be used as an evaluation for Dhuafa wallet managers to improve the fund management system so that the objectives of this program are achieved as a whol
