The Effectiveness of The Sharia Supervisory Board’s Role: Study on The Islamic Banks in Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the relationship between the characteristics and effectiveness of the Sharia Supervisory Board’s (SSB) role in Islamic Banks (IBs). To justify the qualitative study, legal documents, annual reports, books, journals, and previous research were examined. Eight SSB characteristics were also reviewed to see how they affected the effectiveness of the SSB’s role in 14 IBs in Indonesia. This study uses the characteristics of SSB as a whole so that it is sufficient to explain the effectiveness of the role of SSB in Islamic Banks. As an additional analysis, the SSB characteristics on SOE-owned IBs before and after the merger were also presented. The research findings show that the dual positions of SSB members and the lack of accounting and financial competence need the government's attention in setting the rules
Pengaruh Promosi, Harga Dan Kualitas Produk Halal Food Terhadap Tingkat Penjualan Restaurant Hong Kong Town Batam

Desain/ Metode/ Pendekatan : Penelitian ini menggunakan model
penelitian analisis desktiptif.
Temuan Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan. variabel promosi, harga dan kualitas produk dapat menjelaskan terdapat hubungan sebesar 69,8% sedangkan 30,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
Kontribusi Teoritis/ Originalitas: Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kegiatan pemasaran menggunakan variabel melalui promosi, harga dan kualitas produk halal food sangat efektif dilakukan pada restoran hong kong Town.
Implikasi Praktis : Promosi, harga dan kualitas produk berperan dalam meningkatkan penjualan. untuk meningkatkan intensi penjualan produk tersebut.
Keterbatasan Penelitian : Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada tiga variabel yaitu promosi, harga dan kualitas produk halal food
Memprediksi Perilaku Whistleblowing Melalui Machiavellianism: Studi Perilaku Whistleblowing di Twitter Pada Mahasiswa Anggota Organisasi Intra Kampus Perspektif Ekonomi Islam
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence between machiavellian personality and whistleblowing intentions on whistleblowing behavior in the form of retweets on reporting news threads on Twitter with whistleblower intentions. This research is a quasi-experiment with 154 research participants who actively use the Twitter application. Participants were asked to give a reaction to a thread. Whistleblower behavior is seen from the behavior of participants who retweet and quote retweet the threads sent by the researcher. The results of this study indicate that machiavellian personality does not directly affect whistleblowing behavior in the form of retweets and quote retweets. However, whistleblowing intention has an influence on whistleblowing behavior in the form of retweets and quote retweets. It is suspected that the types of posts that are not directly related to the interests of people with machiavellian personality make them not show whistleblowing behavior
The Role of Machiavellianism on Counterproductive Work Behavior in Student Organizations Islamic Economic Perspective

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Machiavellianism on counterproductive work behavior in student organizations. Research data was obtained through questionnaire answers given to a research sample of 211 respondents which was then confirmed again through other significant data. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis test techniques. The research results show that Machiavellianism has a positive influence on counterproductive work behavior. Analisis Kepuasan Nasabah Gen Z dalam Menggunakan Aplikasi BSI Mobile
No full textThis study aims to analyze the variables of E-Service Quality, namely Fulfillment, Responsiveness, Compensation, Efficiency, System Availibility, Privacy, Contact on the satisfaction of Gen Z customers in using the BSI Mobile application. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires as a data collection tool and multiple regression analysis tests are carried out through SPSS Statistic Version 26 Software. The population in this study is customers who belong to Generation Z and use the BSI Mobile application domiciled in Greater Jakarta. Sampling uses non-probability sampling by determining the number of samples using the Cochran formula which produces a sample number of 100 respondents. This study shows that the results of simultaneous tests for the variables of Fulfillment, Responsiveness, Compensation, Efficiency, System Availability, Privacy, and Contact together affect the satisfaction of Gen Z customers in using the BSI Mobile application. Then in the partial test for the variables Fulfillment, Responsiveness, Compensation, Privacy, and Contact, each had no effect and was not significant on the satisfaction of Gen Z customers in using the BSI Mobile application. This is because Gen Z customers have not felt the good quality of service from BSI regarding the fulfillment, response and communication of customer complaints and the security of customer personal data that has not been maximized. Meanwhile, the Efficiency and System Availability variables have a positive and significant effect on Gen customer satisfaction in using the BSI Mobile application. This research has recommendations for Bank Syariah Indonesia to continue to improve the quality of BSI Mobile services so that it can increase customer satisfaction in using it

Get PDFThe application of sharia principles in economics promises a more equitable and inclusive economic development. Implementing sharia economics in coastal areas provides a number of economic benefits for the community. Limited access to adequate resources and infrastructure can affect the community's ability to apply sharia economic principles. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the application of the concept of sharia economics in coastal areas seen from internal and external factors. This study is a quantitative study. The respondents in this study were 300 people in the Meranti Islands who were already working. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using the SEM-PLS model. The results of this study showed that the variables of education and skills, personality and motivation, social and economic, environment, and technology and information had a direct and significant effect on the application of the sharia concept in the coastal areas of the Meranti Islands. while the variables of policy and regulation did not have a direct and significant effect on the application of the sharia concept in the coastal areas of Meranti Regency

Get PDFPoverty is a condition in which a person or group of people is unable to fulfill their basic needs. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), in March 2023, the number of poor people in Indonesia amounted to around 25.90 million people, the majority of Indonesia's poor people are on the island of Java. Of the six provinces in Java, Yogyakarta province has the highest percentage of poor people, which is 11.04%. This study aims to analyze how and how much influence the distribution of zakat, GRDP and education level on poverty alleviation in Yogyakarta Province in 2016-2022. Data analysis using panel data regression in 4 regencies and 1 city in Yogyakarta Province for the period 2016-2022. The results showed that the distribution of zakat had no effect on poverty alleviation, GRDP had a negative and significant effect on poverty alleviation, and the level of education had a negative and significant effect on poverty alleviation

One Islamic financial institution that has grown rapidly as the banking system has declined is BPRS. BPRS, as an Islamic microfinance institution operating in the lower economic zone, has many enthusiasts due to its focus on microfinance based on sharia principles. BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik, which focuses on community economic empowerment, offers the Micro Express product based on the akad murabahah as one of the main pillars in its service portfolio. However, with the ever-changing economic dynamics and increasingly stringent sharia regulations, BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik needs to evaluate risk management on this product to ensure compliance with sharia principles. This research will help explain the risk management steps taken by BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik on the Micro Express product based on the akad Murabahah and analyze the compliance of Shariah compliance with the risk management of the Micro Express product based on the akad Murabahah at BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach, focusing on the description of the risk management mechanism applied at BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik and the analysis of the compliance of risk management with sharia compliance on the Micro Express product based on the murabahah contract. The aim of this research is to determine the steps and compliance of Shariah compliance in the risk management taken by BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik on the Micro Express product based on the akad Murabahah. The result is that the implementation of risk management on the Micro Express product based on the akad murabahah at BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik is in accordance with DSN MUI Fatwa No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 regarding Postponement of Murabahah Financing, Financial Services Authority Regulation No.23/POJK.03/2018 regarding the Implementation of Risk Management for Islamic Rural Banks, and sharia principles in UU RI No.21 Tahun 2008 Pasal 2 regarding the fulfillment of sharia principles
Pembagian Waris Prioritas Perempuan Perspektif Maqasid Syariah dan Gender (Studi Pada Masyarakat Pendalungan Kabupaten Lumajang)
Get PDFThe focus of this research is on the problem of dividing the inheritance of the Pendalungan community with provisions for dividing sons and daughters that are different from the provi¬sions in Islamic Inheritance Law, where in Islam men and women receive a share of 2:1 while the tradition that occurs in the Pendalungan community is by prioritizing the share of inher¬itance in their daughters. This research method uses descriptive analysis by collecting data by random sampling in the Pendalungan community who have a livelihood from farming. Data analysis was carried out using the theory of justice and gender equality and the theory of mari¬tal law. The results shows that there was a tradition of an inheritance distribution system with women prioritizing based on the philosophy of the Pendalungan community that women should receive a higher priority scale in receiving inheritance distribution due to secondary differences that women are physically weaker in working on plantations than men. And the conclusions ob¬tained are 1) The distribution of inheritance by prioritizing women getting the most share is still being carried out by the people of Pendalungan Village. 2) Priority in women in the distribution of inheritance can be said to be good when viewed from the sociology side of Islamic law and the absence of social conflict even though it is very different with Islamic rules or Shari'a 3) The tradition of inheritance distribution by prioritizing women to get the most share is of course contrary to the concept of gender equality and justice because there is actually discrimination against men 4) Socio-historical and socio-cultural factors are more dominant than equality
Optimalisasi Program Simpanan Berhadiah Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan DPK Pada BSI KCP Rembang Sudirman
Get PDFBased on data from BSI's annual report, BSI's total deposits from 2021 continue to increase. However, BSI still faces challenges in increasing its deposits to strengthen its liquidity.. The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy of optimizing the prize savings program and its impact on increasing DPK. The method used is qualitative method. The population used is BSI employees, while the sample used is BSI employees and taken using purposive sampling technique. The data source used is primary data from informants through interviews. The results showed that efforts to optimize the prize savings program at BSI KCP Rembang Sudirman were carried out by segmentation, promotion, and continuous offering, and visiting customers' homes for offers. The results of this optimization have had a positive effect on the increase in DPK since the beginning of 2024 so that the BSI KCP Rembang Sudirman rating is quite good because of consistent daily achievements. In addition to increasing DPK, optimizing this program can increase the number of new customers because it provides benefits to customers. The recommendation of this research is that Bank Syariah Indonesia must increase innovation through programs that can provide more value or benefits to customers
