Pengaruh Fasilitas, Keberagaman Produk, Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Supermarket Syariah (Studi Kasus PT. Cepat Versi Arli Singkawang)
The study aims to determine the effect of facilities, product diversity, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Islamic supermarkets (PT. Cepat Versi Arli) Singkawang City. This study consists of independent variables of facilities, product diversity, price and service quality, dependent variables of service decisions. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were customers who had shopped at PT. Cepat Versi Arli Singkawang City. The data collection technique uses the distribution of questionnaires with questions or statements that have been provided and distribution via g-form. The sample taken amounted to 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the facility variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity had a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variables of facilities, product diversity, price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions
Pengaruh Variabel Makroekonomi dan Rasio Profitabilitas Terhadap Harga Saham di Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi Pada Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Periode 2018 – 2022
This study emphasizes the analysis of the effect of Macroeconomic variables (Gross Domestic Product and Inflation), Profitability Ratios (Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Gross Profit Margin) and the COVID - 19 period on stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesian sharia stock index. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling based on the research period, namely 2018 - 2022 and the type of data is secondary, while the analysis method used is multiple linear regression models with panel data. The results of this study indicate that the Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Return on Assets and Gross Profit Margin variables have a positive and significant effect, the Return on Equity variable has a negative and insignificant effect and the covid period variable as a dummy variable has a negative and significant effect on stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesian sharia stock index (ISSI) 2018 - 2022
Analysis of customer intention to save at BMT Fastabiq Jepara
This research aims to analyze the intention to save at BMT Fastabiq, Jepara. This research was conducted from May to June 2023, and the data source was obtained through a survey method using a questionnaire tool that was distributed to customers at BMT Fastabiq Jepara. This research uses quantitative data processing methods with SEM PLS analysis (Partial Least Square ) using SmartPLS 4.0. The respondents in this study were 100 BMT Fastabiq Jepara customers. The variables used in this research were intention to save (INT), knowledge (KNW), products (PRD), promotions (PRM), and religiosity (RE). The results of this research reveal that products and religiosity have a positive effect on the intention to save at BMT Fastabiq Jepara, whereas knowledge and promotion do not affect customers' intention to save at BMT Fastabiq Jepara
Modal Spiritual Islam Pada Pengelola Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Burneh Bangkalan
The purpose of this research is to find out the Islamic spiritual capital that exists in the manager of Darul Hikmah Burneh Bangkalan Islamic Boarding School. The method in this study uses Islamic phenomenology qualitative research method through field observations and interviews with informants to see how the implementation of Islamic Spiritual Capital in the manager of Darul Hikmah Burneh Bangkalan Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic spiritual capital that exists in the management of the Darul Hikmah Burneh Islamic Boarding School includes sincerity, discipline (istiqomah), ukhuwah Islamiyah, Islamic governance and leadership, which can educate and mould students into individuals who behave ihsan, and under the auspices of the pillars of Faith and the pillars of Islam as a foundation
Menguak Entrepreneurship Perspektif Qur’an: Karakter Tokoh Pengusaha Muslim Mesir
The purpose of this analysis is to examine the successful entrepreneurial behavior of Ir. Sholah Al Athiyah is a businessman residing in Egypt. This study aims to fill a void in Muslim entrepreneurship literature and reveal new insights that have yet to be explored by other researchers. As the definition of entrepreneurship remains a topic of discussion, this study turns to the Al-Qur'an as a source of deeper understanding. By examining the teachings of the Al-Qur’an, this article explores Ir. Sholah Al Athiyah's attitude towards Islamic entrepreneurship. With the development of large corporations, it is essential to conduct research that references the Al-Quran and Islamic figures. This study employs a library research method and scientific articles as data sources. The results highlight several fundamental verses that relate to the attitudes of business actors when running a business. Ultimately, the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship aligns with Ir. Determinant Of Rating Corporation Sukuk In Emerging Market
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of profitability, board size, and institutional ownership on corporate sukuk ratings. The data analysed in this research is secondary. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia, which issue sukuk and are rated by PT PEFINDO and MARC Berhad between 2015 and 2021 constitute the population. The sampling method employed is purposive. The panel data regression technique is the analytical method utilised in this study, with Eviews 10 software as the tool. The outcome of the analysis show that corporate sukuk ratings are significantly affected by board size and institutional ownership, while profitability has no effect on them
Pengaruh Promotion, Service Quality, and Customer Experience Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Medan Pulo Brayan
This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of promotions, service quality and customer experience on customer loyalty at BSI Medan Pulo Brayan Branch. The chosen method is “field researchâ€, which involves the use of a quantitative approach to the analysis. The results of the analysis show that the three variables have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Promotions, service quality and customer experience are important factors in building customer loyalty. Banking institutions need to improve the quality of electronic-based services to increase customer satisfaction. Future research can compare Islamic and conventional banks, and involve samples from certain groups such as students. To better retain and attract customers, this research is important to help banks develop better marketing strategies and improve service quality
Analisis Pengaruh Penghimpunan Zakat Infak Sedekah (ZIS) Terhadap Makroekonomi Indonesia: Pendekatan Data Panel
This research aims to determine the effect of the collection of Zakat Infaq Sedekah (ZIS) funds collected by the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) on macroeconomic variables including real GDP, open unemployment rate, number of poor people, Gini ratio and human development index in 29 provinces Indonesia. This research applies a quantitative analysis approach to secondary data types obtained from BAZNAS and the Central Statistics Agency using panel data from the last five years (2018-2022). Partial research results, t-test and determination analysis showed that the ZIS collection had a positive and significant effect on economic growth (GDP), Gini ratio and HDI. Meanwhile, ZIS collection has an effect but not significant on the unemployment rate, only around 11.6% and the effect on the number of poor people is only around 4.3%, until now these two macroeconomic variables are still the main socio-economic problems in urban and rural areas. Therefore, this research aims to build a social safety network integration scheme into a strategy implemented by Ministry agencies, and BAZNAS as institutions that collect and distribute ZIS funds throughout Indonesia
Participation And Role Ulama In Eradication Of Moneylender In Aceh
This study aims to find answers regarding the role and participation of Islamic religious scholars in eradicating loan sharks in Aceh. The actions of moneylenders in providing loans with high returns make it difficult for people to repay loans. in this case the researcher assumes that the participation of the ulema as a social elite as a pesantren leader is only to provide religious understanding to the community and provide legal fatwas. questions from researchers how are the participation of ulama in eradicating loan sharks in Aceh and what are the patterns of Islamic scholars in providing understanding related to eradicating moneylenders in Aceh. Respondents in this study were 12 people including Islamic scholars and the community. with in-depth interview method. research analysis using descriptive method by describing the phenomena that occur in the field. The research results obtained show that the participation of the Ulama is very high in eradicating moneylenders in Aceh, such as the strategic steps that have been taken to provide understanding to the community to avoid rent-seeking practices. then issued a fatwa regarding the prohibition of loan sharks and built a joint movement with the government to issue regulations against moneylender eradication in Aceh
Increasing Customer Loyalty Through Optimizing Customer Satisfaction With Customer Relationship Management And Company Image Strategies (Study on PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Serpong Customers)
This study investigates the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and corporate image on customer satisfaction and loyalty in PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Serpong. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 213 respondents via structured questionnaires. The study employed regression analysis and Sobel tests for mediation effects. Results reveal that CRM and corporate image significantly impact customer satisfaction, which in turn mediates their effects on customer loyalty. Practical implications include strategic recommendations for PT PLN to enhance service quality and strengthen its corporate image to improve customer loyalty. The findings contribute to both managerial strategies and academic literature on customer loyalty in the electricity service industry.In addition to exploring direct effects, this study examines the mediating role of customer satisfaction in the relationship between CRM and corporate image with customer loyalty. The mediating analysis provides insights into the mechanisms by which these variables interact, highlighting the pivotal role of satisfaction in fostering stronger customer relationships and long-term loyalty. This comprehensive approach enriches the understanding of strategic pathways for enhancing customer retention and contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable competitive advantage in the electricity service sector
