    The era of the dynamic marketing revolution has helped make people more brand conscious in most of the products they buy. Before deciding to buy a product, customers associate it with many factors, making it difficult for marketers to predict how consumers will buy a particular product. The aim of this research is to find out whether price influences purchasing decisions, and to find out whether purchasing interest is able to mediate price on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Bukalapak users in Semarang City. The number of samples in this research was 140 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observation methods. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with a path analysis approach and the SPSS program. The research results show that the price variable has an influence on purchasing decisions, then buying interest also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the indirect influence test also show that purchasing interest is able to mediate the relationship between price and purchasing decisions. Implementing fair, reasonable and acceptable prices will influence Bukalapak users' purchasing decisions. Purchase interest also influences purchasing decisions and can mediate the relationship between price and purchasing decisions

This was the only Islamic educational tradition during the time of the Prophet where women served together. The aim of this research is to create an entrepreneur in the style of Siti Khadijah RA as an example of Muslim women who were successful in business in history as a solution for today's female entrepreneurs and spread this entrepreneurship throughout the world. Siti Khadijah RA, wife of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), was one of the most famous female traders due to her success as a respected and wealthy business woman of her time using Islamic Business Ethics. Women do many important things in life. Women are not just teachers, but also a source of family love. In the modern world, the differences in roles between men and women are gradually decreasing. Many women work in important positions. Many women work in important government positions. Moreover, the majority of modern entrepreneurs are women. Women became more important after Islam entered Arabia. Women are given the opportunity to participate in business and demonstrate their abilities in society.     The purpose of this study was to determine the level of online shopping among teachers at MTsN 11 Pesisir Selatan. Online shopping has become a habit or necessity for MTSN 11 Pesisir Selatan teachers. As was obtained from the Principal of MTSN 11 Pesisir Selatan, he said that almost every day online package delivery couriers come to the school. Therefore the author wants to examine how the level of online shopping for MTSN 11 Pesisir Selatan teachers. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method by explaining the data in the form of numbers into information. The object of this research is the teachers of MTSN 11 Pesisir Selatan from various levels. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires via Google form with a total of 65 respondents consisting of PNS, Honorary, and First Aid Teachers, Administrative Employees. Data were taken from July to early August 2023. The analytical tool used in this study used Microsoft Excel by distributing questionnaires via Google form to 65 respondents. The results of this study are that teachers often shop online at Shopee and Tiktok Shop stores by buying products in the Fashion category such as clothes, bags, shoes and others. Besides that, they also bought skincare and makeup. The principles of business ethics are in line and in harmony with the principles of Islamic business ethics

    Digital economic transformation is one of the agendas in the 2025-2045 National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) or what is known as Golden Indonesia 2045. In an effort to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045, Indonesia must create smart leadership by implementing Islam, Indonesianism, and Modernity as planned by Nurcholish Madjid. The aim of this research is to explain and analyze the digital economic transformation in smart leadership to realize Golden Indonesia 2045 in Nurcholish Madjid's thinking. The research method used is a qualitative method with an analytical-descriptive research type. The results of this research are that the digital economic transformation carried out by Indonesia is a form of modernization, not a form of Westernization, but rather an openness in applying positive values for world progress in accordance with Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts. Islam, Indonesianness, and Modernity proclaimed by Nurcholish Madjid is proof that the digital economic transformation is a form of rationalization regarding Islamic principles and teachings that are open to reason and science. This is in accordance with smart leadership which includes social leaders, digital leaders, freshmen leaders, and technological leaders, that Nurcholish Madjid is open to the values of universality and knowledge. In digital economic transformation too, Nurcholish Madjid said that the Muslim Society must be optimistic and open to becoming a Modern Moslem Society to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045

    The Effect Of Entrepreneurship Competence And Islamic Business Ethics On The Performance Of Micro And Small Enterprises (SMEs) Makassar

    The objective of this study is to (1) investigate the effect of entrepreneurial skills on the performance of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Makassar, (2) explore the implications of Islamic business ethics on the performance of MSEs in Makassar. The primary data were collected using questionnaires and multiple regression analysis. The population of this study were all participants of MSEs in Pasar Cidu, Makassar, and the sample used in this study consisted of 40 representatives, and the data obtained were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) several business skills have a significant influence on the performance of SMEs, (2) some Islamic business ethics have a significant influence, and (3) both variables concurrently have a significant impact on the performance of SMEs in small and medium enterprises. So far, research findings suggest that entrepreneurial competence and Islamic business ethics strongly influence the performance of SMEs in Makassar. The significance of this study is to show that entrepreneurial ability has a substantial impact on the performance of SME participants. Likewise, Islamic business ethics influence consumers in making a purchase decision

    Pengaruh Pembiayaan Terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) Pada Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia (2017-2022)

    This study aims to show the effects of mudharaba financing, musharaka financing, and ijara financing as well as partially and stimulants the profitability of Return On Asset (ROA) at Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia. This study is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of panel data. The population used in the study is 13 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Sample collection used a purposive sampling so that 5 bank units according to the criteria with a total of 120 sample data are obtained. As for data analysis techniques using model selection methods, classical assumption tests, panel data regression, and hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that partial mudharaba financing has no effect and is not significant on ROA on BUS. Musyaraka financing has a positive and significant effect on ROA in BUS. Ijarh financing has a negative and significant effect on ROA on BUS. Meanwhile, the stimulant financing of mudharaba, musyaraka, and ijara has a significant effect on ROA on BUS

    This research aims to analyze the influence of internal factors and external factors of Sharia Commercial Banks on the NPF for murabahah financing, NPF for musyarakah financing, NPF for mudharabah financing, NPF for ijarah financing, NPF for istishna financing, and NPF for qardh financing. The research method used is quantitative research using secondary data from Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank BCA Syariah, Bank Panin Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Victoria Syariah, all of which are the results of financial reports published by the OJK during the quarterly period. 1 of 2013 to the fourth quarter of 2022. The results of this research are that internal factors and external factors have an influence on NPF in murabahah, musyarakah and istishna financing in sharia commercial banks. Meanwhile, the NPF for mudharabah, ijarah and qardh financing is not influenced by internal and external factors in Islamic commercial banks

    Inovasi sosial adalah cara baru untuk mencari perubahan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan inovasi sosial adalah untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat sehingga mencapai kondisi yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk inovasi sosial yang dilakukan di hutan wakaf Bogor. Program inovasi sosial ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan hutan wakaf Bogor dalam menciptakan pembangunan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan mengingat daerah tersebut merupakan daerah rawan bencana alam, yaitu tanah longsor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan data kedua dari artikel, buku, dan web. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi sosial yang dilakukan di hutan wakaf Bogor berkolaborasi dengan masyarakat diantaranya dengan membangun proyek air bersih, pembuatan saung untuk sarana dakwah dan bimbingan membaca Al-Quran, penanaman berbagai macam pohon untuk mencegah erosi dan membentuk kelompok tanggap bencana seperti program agroforestri. Inovasi sosial di hutan wakaf memiliki dampak sosial dan perbaikan ekonomi serta perbaikan lingkungan sehingga mendorong tercapainya pembangunan berkelanjutan

    Lembaga keuangan Syariah adalah opsi bagi nasabah yang ingin bertransaksi sesuai prinsip-prinsip syariah, menghindari riba. Bank syariah beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam, seperti akad murabahah, mudharabah, dan musyarakah. Fondasi operasionalnya bersumber dari al-Quran dan hadis, mencakup keadilan, kesetaraan, dan aturan hukum syariah. Akad murabahah, sebagai bentuk pembiayaan bank syariah, melibatkan pembelian barang dengan harga pokok dan keuntungan yang disepakati oleh nasbah dan pihak bank/BMT. Praktik akad murabahah harus memperhatikan aspek keadilan, termasuk penetapan harga adil, transparansi, pemenuhan kewajiban, penanganan risiko, dan penetapan margin keuntungan agar tidak ada eksploitasi. Penetapan margin keuntungan harus adil, wajar, dan transparan, meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap bank syariah. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan aktualisasi prinsip keadilan pada akad murabahah dalam menetapkan margin keuntungan di lembaga keuangan syariah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan karakteristik penelitian berupa analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini penetapan margin keuntungan dalam pembiayaan akad murabahah didasarkan pada prinsip keuntungan yang adil, dengan tujuan mencapai margin yang wajar dan seimbang tanpa merugikan pihak bank maupun nasabah.
