Pengaruh Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Unit Usaha Syariah Perbankan Indonesia: Pendekatan Maqashid Syariah Index
This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the performance of maqashid sharia on Sharia Business Units (UUS) in Indonesia during 2016-2020. The study employed purposive sampling in order to gather secondary data from yearly financial reports released by Indonesia's Islamic Commercial Banks and financial reports issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The methods used are descriptive statistical techniques and quantitative descriptive techniques using the Maqashid-based Performance Evaluation Model (MPEM) approach. With an average score of 8253.08, the study's findings show that Maybank Bank is the US financial institution that ranks highest among US banks for operating in compliance with Maqashid Syariah over the 2016–2020 timeframe. Next with a score difference of 116.22 is UUS Bank Sinarmas. Finally, with an average value of 3884.84, making UUS Bank CIMB Niaga as the UUS with the smallest maqashid index performance. Furthermore, DPS characteristics and board structure play a significant part in enhancing UUS performance. Additionally, this study discovered that, in contrast to the size of the board of commissioners, which has an adverse effect on maqashid syariah performance, DPS with DPS Size, DPS cross-membership, DPS educational qualifications, and DPS Reputation had a favorable influence on Maqashid Syariah performance.
Analisis Kebijakan Impor di Indonesia Menurut Perspektif Islam
The analysis of import policy in Indonesia from an Islamic perspective highlights the complexity of the interaction between economic aspects and religious values in the formation of public policy. In this context, it is important to consider how import policies can reflect Islamic principles that prioritize social justice, cooperation, and general welfare. The purpose of this study is to consider how import policy, as an important instrument in a country's economy, can be interpreted through an Islamic lens. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the impact of import policies on economic justice, economic self-reliance, and international cooperation, and highlight the compatibility of these policies with Islamic principles. The protection of local producers, promotion of fair international cooperation, and increased participation of Islamic scholars and economists in the decision-making process are key steps in designing a more inclusive and sustainable import policy that takes into account the interests of society
Persaingan Perdagangan Blue Ocean Kuota Internet Dan Wifi Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam: Aspek Gharar Dan Riba
In the business world can not be separated from the name of competition, in competition there are times when it is tight and dense and some are not yet dense, from this research discusses the competition of blue ocean trade in internet quota and WiFi in the perspective of Islamic economics; aspects of gharar and usury, the purpose of this study is none other than to find out with the competition of internet quota and WiFi in terms of Islamic economic perspective, whether there are elements of gharar and usury in the competition. The method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, researchers try to describe, record, and analyze phenomena that have recently occurred in society, the approach method uses a phenomenological approach. The results of the study found that there is no element of gharar and usury in the blue ocean trade competition that occurs in internet quota and WiFi, from the perspective of Islamic economics this competition is allowed, because there is no element of fraud or additional interest rates that exist in the practices and transactions carried out from internet quota and WiFi. It can be concluded that this blue ocean trade competition is one of healthy competition
Pengaruh Inflasi, Jumlah Uang Beredar, Dan BI Rate Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia Tahun 2020-2023
This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, money supply and bi rate on Indonesia's economic growth in 2020-2023. The type and source of research data used is secondary data, which is obtained directly from the object under study. Data processing uses SPSS 23.0. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. With linear regression coefficients, the research results show that inflation has a significant negative effect on economic growth. This can be stated by looking at the magnitude of the inflation coefficient which is -5.141. From these results it can be concluded that if inflation rises then economic growth will decrease. JUB has a significant negative effect on economic growth. This can be stated by looking at the magnitude -6,220. From these results it can be concluded that if JUB increases then economic growth will decrease and interest rates have a significant negative effect on economic growth. This can be stated by looking at the magnitude -4.246. So it can be concluded that if interest rates rise then economic growth will decrease
Pengaruh PDRB, Pendidikan Dan Struktur Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Kemiskinan Di Kota Bukittinggi
This research aims to analyze the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), education level, and workforce structure on poverty levels in Bukittinggi City. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Bukittinggi City Central Statistics Agency and other related agencies. The analytical method used is multiple regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. The research results show that GRDP per capita, education level, and workforce structure together have a significant effect on the poverty level in Bukittinggi City. Individually, GRDP per capita and labor structure have a negative effect on poverty, while education level has a positive effect on poverty. This shows that increasing GRDP per capita and the labor structure of the agricultural sector can reduce poverty levels, while the level of education has not been able to reduce povert
Analisis Prinsip-Prinsip Environmental, Social And Governance (ESG) Pada Operasional BSI Stabat Kh Zainul Arifin
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in operations, opportunities and challenges that affect BSI KCP Stabat KH Zainul Arifin. This article is qualitative research and uses secondary data collected through library materials as well as primary data obtained through direct interviews with BSI KCP Stabat KH Zainul Arifin. The study findings explain that BSI Stabat KH Zainul Arifin has systematically implemented ESG principles in its operations and obtained opportunities to increase customer trust in a sustainable economy. However, there are challenges such as ensuring compliance with sharia principles, measurement, ESG performance reporting, education and awareness of BSI Stabat KH Zainul Arifin. This study provides insight into how banks can understand, implement and measure their ESG performance, and can be used as a basis for recommending improvements in achieving long-term sustainability and maintaining a good reputation
Peningkatan Minat Masyarakat Dalam Berinvestasi Sukuk Di Indonesia: Suatu Tinjauan Fenomenologi
This research aims to analyze people's views on sukuk as an investment instrument, measure Indonesian people's confidence in the halal and safe aspects of sukuk, and identify factors that encourage people to invest in sukuk. The approach used in this research is phenomenology, using in-depth interview techniques with sukuk investors in Indonesia. The results of this research show that there are several factors that encourage Indonesian people's interest in investing in sukuk, such as trust in the halal and safe aspects of sukuk, the desire to make a profit, and the desire to support the sharia economy. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of the factors that drive Indonesian people's interest in investing in sukuk. These findings can also be used by governments and financial institutions to develop effective strategies to increase public interest in investing in sukuk
Exploring Islamic Economic Jalaluddin Rakhmat's Thought
This article aims to explore the ideas of Islamic economics Jalaluddin Rakhmat or who is fondly called Kang Jalal. This study uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior that aims to explain and test the truth of an economic knowledge based on Islamic values. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The analytical method used in this research is hermeneutics. The research results show that Kang Jalal sees the importance of reviving the revolutionary spirit in eradicating poverty. That is, it is necessary to review Asy'ariyah theology and relate it to contemporary problems concerning the problem of poverty among the people. Concerning the myths of poverty, Kang Jalal categorizes the myths of poverty into three kinds. First. The myth of overgeneralization or fallacy of dramatic instances. Second. The myth of blaming the victim (blaming the victim) or argumentum ad hominem. Third. The myth of argumentum ad verecundiam. In the relationship between Sufism and poverty, Kang Jalal is more in favor of a point of view that understands Sufism as a mentality that helps overcome poverty socially rather than a mentality that encourages poverty. The results of this study also found that preaching and rational Islamic teachings about social engineering are part of the interpretation of Islamic teachings. In other words, the concept of social engineering for poverty alleviation is very relevant to the context of Islamic da'wah in Indonesi

Dimensi Sharia Compliance Pada Operasional Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)
This journal discusses the dimensions of sharia compliance in the operations of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) which operates based on Islamic sharia principles. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is the result of a merger of the three largest Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research uses a library study method to explore information related to sharia compliance in Islamic bank operations. The results showed that Islamic banks have a different operational system from conventional banks, focusing on justice, honesty, and ethical investment. Islamic banks must comply with Sharia principles in their operations, including no usury, gharar, maisir, and must conduct business based on halal profits. Shariah compliance in Islamic Bank operations has seven dimensions that must be adhered to. Thus, the conclusion of this journal emphasizes the importance of Shariah compliance in the operations of Islamic banks to ensure compliance with the principles of Islamic shariah and maintain customer trust
