This research explains about local agreement and how the relationship with stimulation of Development for early Children. This research results show woman/mother in the Sabu tribe always bring the Children and involved them on simple working. There ari 8 steps on weave which have a relation with stimulation of Children Development like spin cotton into yarn, ta war’ru wang’gu, ta mane, ta tali wangg’gu, ta hab’bu, introduction of evaporation concept with Sun and windu, ta hap’pu, dan ke’jeri.

studi ini menjelaskan tentang kesepakatan loal dan bagaimana hubungannya dengan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan/ ibu suku Sabu selalu membawa anaknya dan melibatkan mereka dalam pekerjaan sederhana. ada delapan tahap dalam menenun yang memiliki hubungan dengan stimulasi perkembangan anak, yaitu proses memintal kapas menjadi benang, ta war'ru wang'gu, ta mane, ta ali wangg'gu, ta hab'bu, pengenalan konsep penguapan dengan matahari dan angin ta hap'pu dan ke'jer
KEARIFAN LOKAL KABANTI UNTUK MASYARAKAT BUTON (PENELITIAN ANALISIS KONTEN)
The aims of this research is to describe the local wisdom in Kabanti for people of Buton. In order to describe the matter, the researcher Ude through five informan and three Kabanties written by Haji Abdulu Ganiyyu as the source of data. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data validity were varified using triangulation method through theoretical and logical information. The data were analyzed using content analysis, hermeneutic and semiotic. The research conclude the general illustration of kabanti looks like Poe that apart of them be sang by the people of Buton. Kabanti containing the values of local wisdom in for aspects. The first aspect, the live vision of the people of Buton is based on religous value namenly the relation of human being with Allah SWT, the relation of human being with human being, and the relation of human being with the nature. The Second, norma or law aspect of the people of Buton have values; Obey to regulation, fair attitude, to take the honorable to the human being and always Control themselves. The Third aspect, social aspect of the people of Buton have the values; Love, Care, take the honorable Beach other and respect. The Fourth, the culture aspect of the people of Buton have the values, sincerity, tolerance, togetherness all. Therefore, local wisdom in kabanto of Buton society has implications for the insight Development and student implementation in learning Education character.
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kearifan lokal Kabanti untuk masyarakat Buton. Untuk mendeskripsikan materi ini, peneliti Ude melalui 5 informan dan 3 orang penulis Kabanti oleh Haji ABdulu Ganiyyu sebagai sumber data. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. data validitas menggunakan metode triangulasi melalui teori dan informasi logis. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten, hermeneutic and semiotic. Peneliti menyimpulkan ilustrasi umum dari Kabanti seperti puisi bahwa bagian mereka adalah lagu masyarakat Buton. Kabanti yang berisi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam beberapa aspek. Aspek pertama, visi kehidupan masyarakat Buton didasarkan nilai religius yang mengutamakan hubungan manusia dengan Allah SWT, hubungan manusia dengan manusia, dan hubungan manusia dengan alam. Kedua, norma atau aspek hukum masyarakat Buton memiliki nilai yaitu: patuh pada peraturan, sikap adil, menghormati manusia dan selalu mengkontrol diri mereka. Aspek ketiga, aspek sosial masyarakat Buton memiliki beberapa nilai yaitu: Cinta, peduli dan saling menghormati. Keempat, aspek budaya masyarakat Buton memiliki beberapa nilai, kasih sayang, toleransi, dan kebersamaan. KOMPETENSI GURU PENDIDIKAN JASMANI SEKOLAH DASAR
This study aims to determine the competency of Physical Education Teacher in Elementary Schools (SD). The study population are all Physical Education Teachers. Samples taken from 30 teachers, while the technique is using simple random sampling. The method used is descriptive survey. Data obtained using a likert scale instrument to capture data; pedagogic competence, personal competence, sosial competence, and professional competence. The results of this study concluded that teachers of Physical Education in Primary Schools have the ability to teach well the field of Physical Education, in charge of teaching materials. But teachers are still weak in the mastery of the concept of sports science. Not all teachers can use information and communication technology in teaching Physical Education. The ability of teachers to develop themselves in a professional activity that is also not adequate.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru Pendidikan Jasmani Sekolah Dasar (SD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey deskriptif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen skala likert untuk menjaring data; kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi professional. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Jasmani di SD mampu mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani yang baik dan menguasi materi ajar. Namun disisi lain, masih terdapat kelemahan dalam penguasaan konsep keilmuan olah raga, selain itu tidak semua guru dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani. The leanring model of civic edition, developed to enhance students active participation in learning is “Building Concept Stagedâ€which is a modification of the concept attainment model, and investigation groups. Based on the draft modifications to the model, the model of learning that enable students designed the scenario as follows: 1) Preliminary Activities (2) The presentation of data, 3) achievement of concept testing, (4) Implementation of strategic thinking, (5) Finding a problematic situation, (6) exploration and investigation, and (7) Analysis of progress and determination of the position.

MODEL PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF UNTUK SISWA TUNAGRAHITA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
The research aims to produce a model’s implementation of inclusive education for students who are syndromic Mental Retardation in elementary school. Research conducted by the method of research and development (R&D). The research has produced two major findings: (1) a description of the facts and issues of implementation for inclusive education for students who are Syndromic Mental Retardation in elementary school today.; (2) konsep pelaksanaan model pendidikan inklusif bagi siswa tunagrahita di sekolah dasar. The resulted models include 5 main products (1) general guidelines for the implementation of inclusive education, (2) model of curriculum and learning, (3) model lesson plans, (4) evaluation model, (5) syllabus’ lessons in elementary school that have been modified for students who are Syndromic Mental Retardation
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan implementasi model tentang pendidikan inklusif bagi siswa yang Tunagrahita di sekolah dasar (SD). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua temuan utama, yaitnu (1) deskripsi fakta dan isu-isu implementasi pendidikan inklusif bagi siswa tunagrahita di sekolah dasar saat ini; (2) konsep pelaksanaan model pendidikan inklusif bagi siswa yang Tunagrahita di sekolah dasar. Model hasil meliputi 5 produk utama: (a) panduan umum untuk pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif, (b) model kurikulum dan pembelajaran, rencana Model (c) pelajaran, (d) model evaluasi, pelajaran (e) silabus 'di sekolah dasar yang telah dimodifikasi bagi siswa yang Tunagrahita
PENGARUH SARANA PRASARANA AKADEMIK, KUALITAS MENGAJAR DOSEN, ATMOSFER AKADEMIK, DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA
This research aims to know the effect of acedemic infrastruktur for lecturer qualities in teaching, Academic infrastruktur for academic atmosphere, academic infrastruktur for student motivation in learning, lecturer quality in teaching for academic atmosphere, lecturer quality in teaching for student achievement in learning, and motivation in study for student achievement in learning. For achieving those aims, we observed 51 students which is choose by simple random. The results of this research showed that academic infrastruktur give positif impact for lecturer quality in teaching
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui pengaruh sarana prasarana akademik terhadap kualitas mengajar dosen, sarana prasarana akademik terhadap atmosfer akademik, sarana prasarana akademik terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa, atmosfir akademik terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa, kualitas mengajar dosen terhadap atmosfer akademik, kualitas mengajar dosen terha-dap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, telah dilakukan survey kepada 51 orang mahasiswa yang diambil se-cara acak sederhana. KECENDERUNGAN GAYA BELAJAR MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK BANGUNAN
Abstract: this research aims to know the various learning style that was adopted by student of Building techniques Education, and to know the tendency learning style student of Building techniques Education. The sample chose as random with using technical Election stratified with sample presentation which taken every strata is Sam. The research result about the tendency student learning style accodring to David kolb show the average scores High to lob is Diverger type (62,5%); accomodator type (25,96%); Converger type (6,73%); and Assimilator type (4,81%). On the other hand, student learning style according De Porter & Hernacki show average scores from High to lob is Kinestetic (45,19%); Visual (43,27%); and auditorial (11,54%)
Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai gaya belajar yang dianut oleh maha-siswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, serta mengetahui kecenderungan gaya belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Sampel dipilih secara random dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan berstrata dengan prosentase sampel yang diambil pada tiap strata adalah sama. Hasil penelitian tentang kecenderungan gaya belajar mahasiswa menurut David Kolb menunjukkan ha-sil rata-rata dari besar ke kecil adalah tipe Diverger (62,5%); tipe Accomodator (25,96%); tipe Con-verger (6,73%); dan tipe Assimilator (4,81%). Sementara gaya belajar mahasiswa menurut De Porter & Hernacki menunjukkan hasil rata-rata dari besar ke kecil adalah Kinestetik (45,19%); Visual (43,27%); dan Auditorial (11,54%)
PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR, IKLIM ORGANISASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PROFESIONALITAS KARYAWAN UNIVERSITAS NEGERI
Abstract: The staff’s professionalism is assumed to be affected by the variation their career Development, organizational climate and their job satisfaction. The aim of the experimental study reported here was to test the hypothesis. The causal study was conducted in Makassar State University, from June to October 2009, involving a sample of 120, which had been selected from the overall 566 staff members of the university, by using the simple random sampling technique. Data of each variabel were collected through a survey and analysed descriptively and inferentially through the path analysis. Results show direct and positive effects of career development and organisational climate, respectively, on their job satisfaction. Result alto show indirect effects of the staff’s career development on the professionalism through job satisfaction, and of organizational climate on the staff’s career development, job satisfaction, and their perception of the organizational climate in the strategis Plan of Makassar State University to improve profesional human resource.
Abstrak: Keprofesioanalan staf diasumsikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh variasi pengembangan karier mereka, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja merak. Tujuan dari penelitian eksperimen ini adalah untuk menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Negeri Makassar, dari bulan Juni hingga Oktober 2009, yang melibatkan 120 sampel, yang dipilih dari 566 anggota staf Universitas, dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dari masing-masing variabel dikumpulkan melalyi survey dan analisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial melalui path analysis. Hasil menunjukkan secara langsung dan positif pengaruh dari pengembangan karier dan iklim organisasi pada pengembangan karier staf, kepuasan kerja, dan persepsi mereka terhadap iklim organisasi dalam rencana strategis dai Universutitas Negeri Makassar untuk meningkatkan sumber manusia yang profesional.
 
PENGARUH MODEL EVALUASI LAYANAN DASAR BERORIENTASI AKUNTABILITAS TERHADAP PENINGKATAN AKUNTABILITAS GURU BK SMP
Abstract: This study aims to test the effectiveness of effect evaluation model of basic services oriented towards increasing the accountability of teacher accountability BK SMPN East Jakarta in organizing basic services. The research used a quantitative approach with a true research methods experiment with design waiting-list post-test only control group design. The study was conducted in East Jakarta to take the research subject teacher BK East Jakarta SMPN determined randomly as many as 37 people, divided in 17 experimental group and 16 control group. The determination of the group members using random (random assignment). The research instrument used is the scale of accountability in the review of the principal, homeroom, as well as students. Hypothesis testing is done using a technique Anacova by controlling the variables attitude towards the evaluation of basic services. The contribution of evaluation skills and attitudes towards evaluation through correlation analysis. The results showed empirically, basic service-oriented evaluation model was not able to improve the accountability of all components of the accountability of teachers BK SMPN East Jakarta in organizing basic services. Only one component of the increased accountability that is an explanation of the basic service. Variable skills to evaluate basic services make a major contribution to the implementation of the model MELDBA, while attitudes toward the evaluation does not really give contribution on MELDBA model implementation.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas pengaruh model evaluasi layanan dasar berorientasi akuntabilitas terhadap peningkatan akuntabilitas guru BK SMPN Jakarta Timur dalam menyelenggarakan layanan dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian true eksperiment dengan desain waiting-list post-test only control group design. Penelitian dilakukan Jakarta Timur dengan mengambil subjek penelitian yakni guru BK SMPN Jakarta Timur yang ditentukan secara random sebanyak 37 orang yang terbagi pada 17 kelompok eksperimen dan 16 kelompok kontrol. Penentuan anggota kelompok menggunakan random (random assignment). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala akuntabilitas dalam tinjauan kepala sekolah, wali kelas, serta siswa. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan teknik ANAKOVA dengan mengontrol variabel sikap terhadap evaluasi layanan dasar. kontribusi variabel keterampilan evaluasi dan sikap terhadap evaluasi dilakukan melalui analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara empirik, model evaluasi layanan dasar berorientasi akuntabilitas tidak mampu meningkatkan seluruh komponen akuntabilitas guru BK SMPN Jakarta Timur dalam menyelenggarakan layanan dasar. Hanya satu komponen akuntabilitas yang meningkat yaitu penjelasan mengenai layanan dasar. Variabel keterampilan melakukan evaluasi layanan dasar memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap implementasi model MELDBA, sedangkan sikap terhadap evaluasi tidak terlalu memberikan konrtibusi pada implementasi model MELDBA
PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN TERPADU PADA PROSES PEMBELAJARAN VOKASIONAL DI PROGRAM STUDI PENERBITAN POLITEKNIK NEGERI MEDIA KREATIF JAKARTA
Vocational learning is designed to produce graduation that are ready to enter the workforce requirements. One thing that should be taken into consideration is the curriculum implementation where the class theory covers 40% and industrial practice covers 60 % of the framework remaining. The practical activities from various subjects needs to be integrated to achieve a continuous and meaningful learning result. Integrated learning is a learning methodology where some competencies are integrated and has to be achieved from various subjects approach through one interconnected and continuous assignment. The purpose of this research is to describe the integration process from Writing, Editing and Publishing Marketing in one learning continuum. Methodology used in this research is a case study using the students of “Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif ‘publishing class semester four as the source of data. The result of this research is the complete description of the integrated learning equipped with the syllabus and the lesson plan for Writing, editing and Publishing Marketing subject. The conclusion of this research is integrated learning overcome the overlaps topics and resulted on a holistic, continuous and meaningful learning outcomes
