No full textวิทยานิพนธ์ (บธ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2559The objective of this research aimed to study factors affecting earning persistence and firm value of list firms in the stock exchange of Thailand in set 100 Index. The data was collected in 5 years period from 2011 – 2015 which including 213 samples and then analyzed data by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis.
The research revealed growth rate of sales, current earnings and cash flow for short term investment reflected to earnings persistence. Furthermore, this research also shed some light on factors affecting firm value and found that earnings persistence,
financial risk, dispersed ownership structure and discretionary accrual directly affected to firm value. These results provided more information to investors about significant factors for decision making, especially discretionary accrual factor. Therefore, firms who have low level of earnings management and high level of earning persistence will reflect to future firm value.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The data were collected from financial statements and the annual reports of the companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET100). The top three companies selected should
yield a maximum registered capital of each business category from the 1st January to the 31st of December during 2012 and 2015. 20 companies were chosen. The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive and analyzed by arithmetic mean, maximum, minimum, Standard Deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coefficients to describe the characteristics of the collected data.
The results of the study revealed that profitability gained from the gross margin, operating margin, net profit margin, return on assets, and return on equity. The earnings per share ratio were related to the price to earnings ratio and dividend yield at

The population used in this study was 693 staff working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Bangkok. The sample size was determined by Craig and Morgan method to draw out 250 samples. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher to collect data manually. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and T-test, F-test, ANOVA, Pearson coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
The research revealed the results as follows. Work performance of the support personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the overall was at high level with the mean Organization factors of the support personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the overall was at high level with the The results of the study on personal factors agreed with the overall performance of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel. The objective is to develop a prototype of an energy - saving water planting kit by applying solar energy as an energy source that is controlled by the Arduino board through a blynk application and study the efficiency of the water culture planting kit. By comparing electricity usage rates between solar energy and electric power from the household. In this study, there were 4 experimental sets. The experiment was water cultivation without installation, 2 experimental sets and 2 experimental sets were installed using green salad vegetables. In research, the 45 days growth period consisted of leaf length and width, root length, number of leaves and height. There is also a comparison of the efficiency of AB fertilizer and soy milk hormones to reduce chemical usage. The research has shown that the use of the soybean milk hormone provided a high growth rate of Lactuce sativaVar. Longifolla than AB fertilizer. There are many nutrients, but only in small amounts. When used as a nutrient for plant growth needs to be changed daily. Considering the economic value, using AB fertilizer as a nutrient will be worth more than soy milk hormones. For the installation of the instruction set and the LED lamp was suitable for Lactuce sativaVar. Longifolla growing than not installing the instruction set and the LED lamp. No full textวารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, ปีที่ 14, ฉบับที่ 2 (ก.ค.-ธ.ค. 2563), หน้า 183-197This research developed a new model to determine the moisture diffusion coefficient for the thin-layer paddy drying with the spouted free-fall bed dryer. The design and construction of the dryer was done to experiment with the drying kinetics. The experiment has studied under conditions of hot air temperature of 60-150 °C, the initial paddy mass of 5 - 15 kg and hot air velocity of 19 m/s. The results showed that the higher hot air temperature and the lower initial paddy mass resulted in a significant reduction in drying time. The experimental results were used to calibrate 12 of the most popular thin-layer drying models to find a suitable one, considering based on the root mean square error (RMSE), chi-squared value (χ2) and the correlation coefficient (r). It was found that the popular thin layer drying model was able to accurately predict the effect of the moisture ratio, considering both the influence of hot air temperature and the initial paddy mass, in linear models. The highest accuracy was RMSE = 0.0279, χ2 = 0.00084 and r = 0.9938. In addition, the experimental results have been used to synthesize the new diffusion moisture coefficient, which is a function of initial paddy mass, temperature and drying time. This developed model was based on an exponential function with only 7 model constants. The simulated results observed that the new model achieved the average error only 1.8 percent compared with the best model that uses up to 24 model constants.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Get PDFรายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2563งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตราส่วนซูคราโลสทดแทนน้ำตาลทรายในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง ศึกษาปริมาณสารสกัดไคโตซานที่เหมาะสมในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษา ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง และศึกษาการยอมรับของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อการใช้สารสกัด ไคโตซานในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง จากผลการประเมิน คุณภาพทางประสาทสัมผัสผู้ทดสอบชิม 50 คน พบว่า อัตราส่วนซูคราโลสทดแทนน้ำตาลทราย ที่ อัตราส่วน 100 : 0 ผู้ทดสอบให้คะแนนทดสอบชิมคะแนนความชอบเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในด้านกลิ่นรส รสชาติ และ ความชอบโดยรวม เฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับชอบปานกลาง ค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่าง (pH) มีค่าเท่ากับ 3.00±0.01 และปริมาณแอนโทไซยานิน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.60±0.02 ศึกษาปริมาณสารสกัดไคโคซานที่เหมาะสมในการยืด อายุน้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง พบว่าสารสกัดไคโตซาน 0.09% ของปริมาณส่วนผสมทั้งหมด สามารถเก็บรักษาได้เป็นเวลานาน 3 สัปดาห์ โดยมีจำนวนจุลินทรีย์ทั้งหมด และจำนวนยีสต์ รา ไม่เกินตาม มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน และกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์กำหนด ศึกษาผลการยอมรับของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อ การใช้สารสกัดไคโตซานในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง ผู้บริโภค ให้การยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดงโดยใช้สารให้ความหวานจากหญ้าหวานกับ ซูคราโลสโดยใช้สารสกัดไคโตซานจากเปลืองกุ้งในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษา 99% และสนใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ 59%Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakor

These mechanisms include gear locking devices, steering wheel locking devices, clutch/brake locking systems, TDS systems, voice transmissions, wireless door-lock remote control system, and GPS car tracking devices. Of the mentioned devices the GPS tracking devices are interesting as they use the principle of connecting to the cell phone system to send, on-demand, the GPS location of the car to the owner's phone in the case that the vehicle is stolen. However, these devices are not popular in the marketplace because the service fees are quite expensive. Also, the function of these devices is to send the vehicles location to the verified car owner, so the protection function is activated after the vehicle is stolen and the owner is only then aware that the car has been stolen. This is different from the devices that researchers have developed. The researcher's equipment for when someone tries to steal a vehicle is the system will detect the movement inside the car and send the GPS location to the car owner instantaneously. Additionally, the device was developed by using LoRa technology to transmit the data, giving a lower operating cost than by using a GPS tracking device as sold on the market presently.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakor

Study the nutritional value of Shogun fish sausage products and study the shelf life of fat-reducing Shogun fish sausage products. The results of the evaluation of the liking of the fish sausage in 3 formulas with a 9 points Hedonic scale method by 50panelist. The first accept to recipe of Wilasinee (2011) that it had sugar and soy sauce more than any other recipe. As a result, the taste panelist gave more points than recipes 2 and 3, so they chose recipe 1 as the basis for the study of fat substitution with invading powder mixed with xanthan gum in the fish sausage. Amount 3 levels: 50 percent, 75% and 100% of total fat content. It was found that the panelist accepted a recipe that replaced 100% of fat in terms of color, smell and taste. In the part, it was found that the panelist accepted the recipe at 75% more than because the fish sausage also had a soft texture from some fats but when thinking of benefits that will be gained from fat substitution with invading powder mixed with xanthan gum in the fish sausage. As a result, it selected the level of recipe that uses all the fat substitutes to develop as a fat-reducing fish sausage when bring developed sausages to study nutritional value and compared to the basic recipe, it was found that protein content and humidity. It’s not different but the amount of fat is less than basic recipe and fiber content is greater than the basic recipe. That result of the use of invading powder mixed with xanthan gum to replace the fat that is the ingredient in the fish sausage product. Then a study was conducted to assess the shelf life. After frying the sausage with a vacuum frying machine and packed with vacuum aluminum foil bag for 4 weeks and then analyzed for chemical and microbial analysis. It found that the quality is in according the community product standard, fish sausage (Standard No. 104/2555).Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
