The research was future research. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inter quartile range. The results revealed that:
The taxi drivers were mainly males more than females; aged between 45-54 years, married, secondary education, provinces hometown, the period of time in the taxi drivers’ career were between 3-7 years, the average income was about 9000-12000 baht per month. The mostly problems of quality life were such as low income and inaccurate, high cost of career, had not got sufficient welfare, unsafely in career, lack of skills development and knowledge. The welfare conditions and needs were found that the average was high level in 4.22.

Magnetic field effect on physicochemical properties of water

Magnetic fields effecting on physical properties of water are reported in this work. In order to obtain the magnetized water, magnetic fields were applied and subsequently passed through water. The chemical properties of magnetized water were also studied such as pH, dissolved oxygen gas, spectroscopic data of UV-, X-ray and IR-spectrum, calcium carbonate crystallization, concrete strength, levitation, refractive index, melting point, contact angle, electrolytic potential value, hydrogen bonding, vaporization, conductivity, flow rate, dielectric constant, viscosity, surface tension, total hardness, convection, Ac magnetic susceptibility and diffusion. This research aimed to study the acidification processes of carving vegetable using acid conditioning machine under emperature and pressure control which was developed in this study. Four acidification procedures were done at normal atmospheric pressure (method 1), under vacuum pressure for 10 (method 2) and 20 min (method 3) and vacuum pressure alternating with normal atmospheric pressure for each of 1 hour. There were two main parts of acid conditioning machine including the temperature controller inside the pickle tank and heat conductor tank, and the pressure controller inside the pickle tank. The pickling temperature was stabled at 40oC under the pressure of 0.5 Bar. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) program was used to write the ladder for controlling all processes and display through SCADA system. The results showed that the acidification method by soaking the carved-rose carrot under vacuum pressure alternating with normal atmospheric pressure showed the shortest time to equilibrium by 7 hours. Then, the carved-rose carrot was packed in the glass jar followed by sterilized in boiling water for 15 minutes and stored at room temperature for 7 days. Total bacteria count, Escherichia coli and Yeast-mold were not exceeded than the standard limit. The simulation model was created using Fluent 6.3 in 3D-model of the same size of the burner. LPG pressure of 4 psi was released for this study. The combustion behavior was shown in temperature contour and velocity vector. The CFD results were verified by measuring the temperature around the burner head with a vessel. From the study, it was found that the CFD’s results of flow velocity and combustion temperature distributions were validated with the experimental values. The CFD’s result errors were less than 10.35% and 11.87%, comparing with the velocity and temperature measurement, respectively. The fluid flow and combustion behaviors can be described by this CFD model. Moreover, the CFD model of the gas-saving burner S-10 can be applied to improve the thermal efficiency of the burner in the future.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Get PDFวิทยานิพนธ์ (คศ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2563The objectives of this quantitative research were 1) to study consumer behavior to select Bangkok restaurants receiving Bib Gourmand awarded by Michelin, 2) to compare decision-making to select Bangkok restaurants receiving Bib Gourmand awarded by Michelin, classified by demographic characteristics, and 3) to study the relationship between service marketing mix factors and the decision-making process affecting the decision to select Bangkok restaurants receiving Bib Gourmand awarded by Michelin. The sample of this study consisted of 400 Thai consumers with at least once experience to use the service of Bangkok restaurants receiving Bib Gourmand awarded by Michelin. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data. Data collected were analyzed by statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test, one-way analysis of variance and the Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The results of this research indicated that most of the respondents were female, between 20-30 years, worked as a private company employee, graduated with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, earned an average monthly income of 15,000-25,000 baht and had a single status. In terms of consumer behavior, most of the respondents have known Bib Gourmand by Michelin award. The most popular restaurant was Krua Apsorn (Sam Sen). The average duration of waiting for each service was 11-30 minutes. An influential person for purchase decision was oneself. They used the service for dinner, during Saturday – Sunday. The frequency of using the service was about once per month and the average cost per person was 101-400 baht per time. Service marketing mix factors affecting the decision to select Bangkok restaurants receiving Bib ourmand awarded by Michelin for both overall and individual aspects were at a high level. Decision-making process affecting the decision to select Bangkok restaurants receiving Bib Gourmand awarded by Michelin for both overall and individual aspects were at a high level.
In terms of comparing demographic characteristics, the respondents with different age, occupation, monthly income, and marital status had different decision to select Bangkok restaurants receiving Bib Gourmand awarded by Michelin with a statistical significance level of 0.05. In addition, service marketing mix factors were moderately positively related with the decision-making process affecting the decision to select Bangkok restaurants receiving Bib Gourmand awarded by Michelin. When individual aspects were considered, six factors, including product, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence were moderately related with the decision-making process. Moreover, A monthly income less than 30,000 baht. They need to get job certainly after graduated. The majority of the respondents chose to work in hotel and lodging. Finally, the organization factor most effected with students.
Objective 2: From an interview with 3 hotels that present the wisdom skill after employment the student have quickly energetic learning; In personality there are properly personalize with appropriate, best grooming and always follow an office regulation, In the human relationship and responsibility the students were adjusted to live with others and keep responsible very well. Get PDFรายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2563This research has the following objectives: 1) To study the basic data of freshman orientation activities. 2) To determine conditions and problems of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 3) To find guidelines for organizing creative freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample were students in the Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, who were studying in 1st–4th year of a Bachelor's degree, academic year 2020. The sample were calculated based on the Taro Yamane method and selected by stratified sampling, obtained a total of 305 students. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the study were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The statistical data was analyzed by using a computer program.
The research results indicated the basic data from general information as follows: 1) The word of command by the Head of The National Council for Peace and Order on measures to prevent and solve the problems of quarrels among students, 2) the announcement of the Office of the Higher Education Commission on organizing freshman orientation activities and cheer meetings in higher education institutions, 3) student manuals, rules, regulations and announcements of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn related for the use as the basic data for researching were found that both government policies and university policies focus on supervising the organization of freshman orientation activities to be in good order and legally in the scope of Thai morals and manners. The overall condition of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology was at a high level. The overall problems of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology were at a low level. For the model of organizing creative freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, it should be proceeded as follows: 1) Operational planning – There should be student activities planning in every academic year and a manual for organizing freshman orientation activities. 2) The process of organizing freshman orientation activities: The implementation results should be reviewed mutually with students of all programs. 3) Organizers: Organizers should be supervised in proper dressing / personality / attitudes for organizing freshman orientation activities. 4) Facilities for organizing activities: There should be adequate facilities for all participants to be able to access convenience and useful services. 5) Quality of organizing freshman orientation activities: Activities organized should be consistent with the objectives of freshman orientation activities.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakor
