Get PDFรายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2563The study entitled “An Analysis of Local Wisdom on Herbs from Anti Sara Wak Scripture” is a mixed-method research. The research objectives were to evaluate the value of Anti Sara Wak scripture and to analyze beliefs in Thai society which occurred in this scripture. The samples of the study obtained from a convenient sampling were five experts of Nang Leong community.
The research instrument used for data collection was questionnaire consisting of 4 parts: part 1 respondents’ general information, part 2 and 3 relevant to the experience in using herbal medicine, and the faith in Admiral Prince Abhakara Kiartivongse, Prince of Chumphon, or the author of Anti Sara Wak scripture, and part 4 the open-ended section asking suggestions to further investigate Anti Sara Wak and beliefs in Thai society which appeared in this scripture. In addition, the depth interview was also used to collect the data from 5 experts of Nang Leong community. The data were then analyzed to find out the value of Anti Sara Wak and beliefs in Thai society from the scripture.
The majority of the respondents were elderly people. The oldest respondent was 79 years old. These respondents rated the questionnaire: 5 for strongly agree, 4 for agree, 3 for neutral, 2 for disagree, and 1 for strongly disagree, reporting their attitudes towards the use of Thai herbal medicine. The results of the study show that the respondents strongly agreed with the use of Thai herbal medicine in daily life (80%) because it was suitable, responding to the objective. They also added that Anti Sara Wak scripture should be publicized (90%). However, there was little information available on Thai herbal medicine (30%). Additionally, the results showed a strong faith in Admiral Prince Abhakara Kiartivongse, Prince of Chumphon (90%).
The results of analyses show that there were beliefs in Thai society that appeared in Anti Sara Wak scripture, especially folklore beliefs such as superstitious beliefs, holy things, as well as tips and forbidden rules. Therefore, Anti Sara Wak scripture provided empirical evidence in Thai history, showing its value as one of Thai traditional medicine recipes.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

internal and external factors related to the operation of Thai restaurant business
operators under Steve Cafe & Cuisine. 3 ) To study strategies for adapting to new
normal for survival in the operations of Thai restaurant business operators under
Steve Cafe & Cuisine. 4 ) To compare strategies for adapting to a new normal for
survival in the operations of Thai restaurant business operators under Steve Cafe &
Cuisine, classified by operating conditions, and 5 ) to determine the relationship
between strategies for adapting new normal for operational survival with the internal
and external factors related to the business operations of Thai restaurant operators
under the Steve Cafe & Cuisine. The population of 50 includes business owners,
executives, managers, supervisors, restaurant employees and 350 consumers who
choose to use the service of 3 branches of Thai Steve Cafe & Cuisine located in
Bangkok, namely Dhevet branch, Rama VI branch and Phan Fa branch. The research
instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency,
percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and statistical correlation
coefficient.
The results of the research found that 1 ) most of the respondents' restaurant
business located in Dhevet has been in business for 5 to 10 years. It is a large
business (more than 20 tables) and the number of employees is more than 15
people. while having sales of 300,000 baht per month or more. Curry is the
restaurant’ s bestselling dish. The main customers of the restaurant are both Thais
and foreigners. 2 ) The restaurant business pays attention to internal factors related to
the overall business operation at a high level. When considering each aspect in descending order, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was
marketing, followed by location, and the least was personnel. 3 ) The restaurant
business pays attention to external factors related to the overall business
operation at a high level. When considering each aspect in descending order, it was
found that the highest mean was the legal factors, followed by customers and the
least was competitors. 4 ) The restaurant business focuses on the strategy of adapting
to a new normal for survival in the overall operation at a high level. When
considering each aspect in descending order, it was found that the highest mean
was the products, followed by the price and the least. was process. 5 ) Restaurant
businesses with different operating conditions emphasize the strategy of adapting to
a new normal for survival in the operations of the Thai restaurant business under
Steve Cafe & Cuisine were different in all aspects, and 6 ) when considering the
internal and external factors of the business, over all, there was a statistically
significant correlation with the new normal strategy for survival of the Thai restaurant

Tolerance test kit, length of mass beam 90 cm was used. It can create the compressed force at the load cell more than 1 kN. The experiment cam be divided into 2 stages; 1.) verification of load range and 2.) linearity test. Both stages are tested at a temperature at 25°C using 10 to 30 kg of mass in the lowest compressed force condition of 0.091 kN and the maximum compressed force condition of 1.12kN As a result, the linearity performance of the tolerance of the load cell test kit between calculated force and displayed value force are different 0.354 percentage only while the standard deviation of displayed value force and voltage signal output are 0.0013 and 0.0022 respectively. It reveals that the experimental result is reliable because of less than 1. In addition, the tolerance of the load cell tolerance testing machine is 0.00300 (0.3 percent) which was calculated from the comparison of the tolerance specification of two main equipment that specified by manufacturer.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Get PDFรายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2563This research aimed to 1) To analyze the basic understanding and awareness of household waste separation. 2) To study the guidelines for the development of activities to raise awareness of waste separation in the household and 3) To practically benefit to raising social awareness from group activities. The sample used for this research was school students with education level lower than bachelor’s degree in Bangkok and vicinity. In-depth Interviews were used to collect data from 35 students.
The research found that Attitude – According to comments from students during group activities, they had the attitude towards the household waste separation at the highest level because the waste separation behavior reduces pollution and makes the environment cleaner. Personal Norm to follow all the survey questions was at a moderate level as 1) parents expected them to engage in waste separation behavior, 2) friends expected them to engage in waste separation behavior, and 3) friends placed importance on engaging in waste separation behavior. Perceived behavioral control to put into practice was at a high level due to 1) waste separation is easy and 2) being confident that waste can be separated on a regular basis. Intention – Students had a high level of intention to practice 1) Students were willing to separate the waste if there is an appropriate waste separation spot. 2) Students planned to separate the waste if appropriate waste separation spots are available. 3) Intended to separate their household waste on a regular basis.
The results were used as a guideline for the development of activities, activity development, creating interest in activities. All of which were necessary to be environmentally focused and to lead to the storytelling to create continuity of activity. Recommendations – If possible, the development of activities to raise awareness in the household for students and for parents should be integrated because parents have a significant influence in setting an example for target students.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Statistics using average percentage research results showed that Petch Nam Sap community enterprise management system application Phetchaburi province generated an average efficiency of 4.64 at the highest level. It helps to manage the information of community enterprises. Evaluation of satisfaction with Petch Nam Sap community enterprise management system application. The average deviation of 0.49 is the highest. The sample was 387 undergraduate students from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the academic year 2019. The research tool was a questionnaire.
The results of the research were that the students aimed to find supplementary information for extra work, do report and research or project respectively.
Students had the process of searching for information in the following order : specify the topic; select or organize the information; survey information and resources; search information link and follow up with new information.
Most information behavior of students was searching from the websites such as Google, Yahoo and using link points on search engines like Google, Yahoo, etc.
Method for assessing information that students used the most was complete content and reliable information.
Method for keeping track of information that students used the most was from social media such as Weblog, Facebook, YouTube.
The information format that students used the most were pictures. And the action after obtaining the information that students used the most was validation and completeness of the content.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Get PDFวิทยานิพนธ์ (คศ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the conditions of business operation of traditional cake products of entrepreneurs in Trang Province.2) To study the problems in business operation of traditional cake products of entrepreneurs in Trang Province. 3) To compare the level of problems in business operations of traditional cake products of entrepreneurs in Trang Province classified by business conditions and, 4) to present guidelines for the development of business operations of traditional cake products of entrepreneurs in Trang Province. The population is 25 traditional cake products business entrepreneurs in Trang Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. One way ANOVA and analyze descriptive data.
The results showed that 1) The results showed that: 1) the traditional type of cake in the business is three flavor cakes, which has been in business for more than 31 years with a marketing channel as a point of sale. The business has an estimated daily production about 51
100 boxes or more than 151 boxes, earning approximately about 100,001 200,000 baht from product distribution and most of the businesses are located in the commercial area in the city. 2) Entrepreneurs have a high level of business problems. When considering each aspect in descending order, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was finance, followed by sales, and the least was management.3) Comparison of the level of problems in business operations of traditional cake products of entrepreneurs in Trang province classified by business conditions found that entrepreneurs with different business conditions had no different problems in operating the traditional cake products business in Trang Province, except for entrepreneurs with a period of business and the location of the businesses were statistically different at the .05 level., and 4) the guidelines for the development of traditional cake products business of entrepreneurs in Trang Province are entrepreneurs should pay attention to the selection of raw materials that are of constant quality. There should be more beautiful cake designs and more variations. There should be an online ordering channel, such as ordering through the website or an application and has a delivery service. There should be a concise accounting of income and expenses, and sales are monitored regularly. assessment and performance: A case study of listed companies in the Stock Exchange
of Thailand. The data was collected from the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed
Companies and the Thai Institute of Directors, with excellent, very good, and good CG
scores for five consecutive years. The data obtained was based on financial statements,
annual reports, and annual registration statements (Form 56-1) from 2015 to 2019 for 214
companies in total. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis, i.e.,
Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression.
The findings revealed that corporate governance, i.e., the proportion of
independent directors, the proportion of managerial ownership, CEO authority merging,
and the proportion of meeting attendance of the board, had a positive relationship with
the performance of listed companies, with significance levels of 0.01 and 0.05.
The measurement was based on gross profit margin (GPM), return on assets of

sodium hydroxide in various conditions (with 5 , 1 0 and 1 0 % of sodium hydroxide at room
temperature, 60ºC and 90 ºC for 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 hours) and to study rice straw nonwovens preparation by the wet-laid process. Oil wicking ability, oil absorption ability, air permeability, morphology and physical properties of prepared nonwovens were investigated. It was found that the optimal condition for cellulose fiber extraction from rice straw was 5% of sodium hydroxide at 90 ºC for 2 hours. At this condition, the cellulose fiber yield of 2 2% and the fiber length of 1 . 9 6 cm were obtained. The oil wicking ability and oil absorption ability of rice straw nonwovens increased when weight per unit area increased. Therefore, oil absorbed into gaps between fibers of the nonwovens by capillary effect. Moreover, the nonwovens could wick and absorb virgin palm oil better than fried palm oil because virgin palm oil has a lower viscosity than fried palm oil. The viscosity increased from derived lipid and other substances which dissolve and disperse increasing after frying food. The results indicated that the rice straw nonwovens had oil absorption ability.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
