1. Study the effects of ballroom and Latin American dance training on
physical fitness
2. Compare the effects of ballroom dancing and Latin American dance
training on physical fitness.
The samples were 30 undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, 15 male students and 15 female students. They were equally divided into 3 groups of 10 students. Each group consisted of 5 male and 5 female students. Group 1 was the control group; group 2 performed ballroom
dancing and group 3 performed Latin group dance. The experiment took 8 weeks, 3 days a week, one hour each time. The physical fitness tests were tested before week 4 and week 8, and the obtained data were statistically analyzed in terms of means, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, analysis of one-way covariance with repeated measurements.
The research results were as follows:
1. After the 8 weeks of the experiment, it was found that the dance practice
of the ballroom dancing group and Latin American dance practice group made the
average of 1 minute lifting, 1 minute ground pushing and 3 minutes step-up. It was significantly better than the control group at the .05 level.
2. As for the ballroom dancing practice within the ballroom dancing group, it was found that after the 8 weeks of the experiment the average of 1 minute floor push and 3 minutes step up and down. It was significantly better than before the experiment and 4 weeks after the experiment, at the .05 level
3. The results of Latin American dance training showed that after 8 weeks of experiment, the mean of 1 minute lifting and 3 minutes of step-up and down was significantly better than before the experiment and after 4 weeks of experiment, at the .05 level.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Under this study, the statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation. Full text linkการค้นคว้าอิสระ (บธ.ม.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2559The purposes of this study were to 1 ) study problems of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in terms of supplying, controlling, and exterminating the inventory, and 2 ) examine solutions to problems to improve of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission to operate more efficiently, effectively, transparently, and verifiably. The research population consisted of 5 0 direct staff members working in the field of office supplies in the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that the problem of the administration of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in the overall was moderate. When considering each aspect, it was found that the inventory control aspect was the most problematic for the lack of places to store deteriorated items and exterminate within a specified period of time. The solution was to create a manual and schedule to operate the inventory more effectively. Secondly, there was a problem with the cost of the inventory needed by the users that was always higher than the government standard. To solve this problem, a survey on the material requirements of the internal units should be conducted before ค setting a budget for the materials to meet the current market price by all parties involved in the budget plan. Finally, for the extermination of the inventory, the problems were related to the responsible committee who had clear knowledge of the rules and practices of their roles and duties. Full text linkรายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2562The study was aimed at 1) studying the operation of the professional group in the Bang Sa Community in Amphor Laem Singh, Chanthaburi Province, and 2) studying the factors that strengthen the professional development in the community. 3) guidelines that promote the strengthening of professional development for the community. The study applied the combination of the quantitative and qualitative research methods. The sampling subjects were the villagers who weave mats from kok plant or reed mats as their supplementary profession. They had not received any constructive professional development. The quantitative data collected were computerized into percentage, means, and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed for content and subject matter. It was found that 1) the operation was done by the group of housewives who actively participated, consulting among each other and dividing the roles and responsibilities, such as planting reed, cutting reed, dyeing the raw material with organic substances, designing new patterns on reed fiber, and transforming the products. The operation was done based on the folk knowledge that had been passed from generation to generation without using modern technologies. 2) The factors that strengthen the professional development for the community are 2.1) the non-interest loan; 2.2) the experts who can help in designing a variety of fashionable products; 2.3) the sale distribution to distributors & shops or through the website; 2.4) the design of modern patterns that attracts consumers; 2.5) the advertising by the government in many platforms such as TV ads, radio ads, print ads in newspapers and magazines, and product trade exhibition (expo) or festivals like Muang Thong Thani Expo. 3. No full textRajamangala University of Technology Phra NakhonThe research objectives were aimed to scrutinize problems of quality control in
accounting firms for accounting services in Nonthaburi. The samples used in this study
were 105 accounting firms registered with the Department of Business Development
with the business purpose was to provide accounting services in Nonthaburi province.
The statistics used in data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean,
standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA; then Least Significant Differentiation
(LSD) was applied to test each pair.
The results revealed that most chief accountants were 41-50 years old female
with bachelors’ degrees and had more than eight years’ work experience. Most
accounting firms were limited companies with the work duration period of serving 6 to
10 years with 1 to 5 employees and at least 50 customers. They had not been certified
according to the announcement of the Department of Business Development. The
overall problems regarding the quality control were relatively high. The highest aspect
was related to ethics followed by the management responsibility within the accounting
firms and work operation. Based on the hypothesis testing, different ages and types of
accounting had different opinions on quality control issues at 0.05 statistically
significant difference; and different genders, education levels, experiences, and work
tenures, number of employees, number of customers, and accreditation of accounting
firms did not differ in terms of available opinions.

Concerning problems regarding quality control in accounting firms,
employees should be promoted to enhance their knowledge and performance,
understand the quality assurance system of accounting firms. Also, The Department of
Business Development should provide trainings for accountants working for the
accounting firms in order to achieve effective implementation and obtain higher

Full text linkRajamangala University of Technology Phra NakhonThis research was aimed to study employees’ loyalty in manufacturing industry
as well as motivation influencing their loyalty. The samples were 360 employees working
in the Food manufacturing industry in six districts in Nonthaburi. The questionnaire was
used as a tool to collect data which were analyzed by statistics including percentage,
mean, standard deviation. to test the hypothesis, T-test, one-way Anova, and Multiple
Regression Analysis were applied.
It was found that most employees werefemale over 36 years of age with lower
degrees than bachelor's degrees, 10,000 - 15,000 baht monthly income, and more
thansix years of work experiences.
In the overall, they had average motivation in performing their work in terms of
incentives and supporting factors.
Most employees were highly loyal to the organization as a whole namely,
awareness, feelings, and expressions respectively.
The hypothesis testing determined the statistical significance level at 0 . 0 5
revealed that different genders showed different feelings, however, they were not
different in terms of expressions, perceptions, and loyalty to the organization.
Different ages differed in terms of expressive behavior, feelings, perceptions, and
