decision making in varieties selection for from farmers in Tharua Agriculture Cooperative
Ltd. of Ayutthaya Province. This research use questionnaires as the medium
to collect the information from 160 target consumers. As the result of the research, this
can be concluded as follows;
Most of the target consumers are male gender age 14 – 50 years old and
educated in Primary School including rice farming, worker who have earnings below
10,000 baht per month. This target group is very concerning on the factor that show
product’s marketing image and products as well as the price and the purchasing
locations of products but not very much
From the research, it shows that consumers of rice seed is concerning on
marketing factors as follows.
The result shows that consumers of rice seed purchase the product because of
the image officials, products are reliable, quality, packaging and brand of the products.
Price factors, for the research, we can tell that the consumers variable methods
of payment available including cash, credit card, etc,. and the prices are suitable with
quality of the products.

Purchasing location, from the research, it shows that consumers of rice seed is
very easy to buy, where to buy close to home, released in the right moment.
Merchandise factor, as rice seed of Tharua Agriculture Co-operative Ltd. use
loans in order to advertise their products which affects buying decision, staff
recommendation, the exhibit has made clear pay more attention at the highest level.
Down from a premium price tag outdoor shows. And has organized various to assist in
the promotion of cooperatives. Consumers can get information on the local newspaper.

division. Irrigation measures on job rotation. And to compare the levels of opinions on

Accounting Department samples used in this study included civil servants, employees
of government employees. To measure circulating within the agency. Division
of Finance and Accounting Department, which has a staff of 164 people, officials,
employees of Government Employees (data from the Personnel Department of General
Administration. Division of Financial Year 2559) by the processor. And analyzed by
a computer program. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency,
percentage, Mean ( ), standard deviation ( )
The study indicated that Most are female Most are older than 40 years
of marital status. A bachelor's degree Most earn between 20,001-30,000.- baht a staff
of servants. The period of performance for more than 10 years.
The study reviews the Personnel Division of Finance and Accounting
Department about the current internal policy, process and overall effectiveness on
the high responsive level.
For suggestions, Department executive should monitor closely to the
performance of the personnel. This is because of the current agencies may affect
the performance of some staff. This may due to not accustomed to working in the new

position. Which cause problems and impact on other related issues and may become
the system itself. Agencies should carefully plan the operation carefully turnover.
It should include a detailed study of each position to be rotate. According educational
aptitude and proficiency qualification of personnel each. This will help the organisation
to meet people’s skills for jobs rotation and reduce redundancy to the overall
management. Effectively, agency should have the training, practice, knowledge and
skills of the personnel on the new job has been circulating. It may provide for
the transfer of knowledge from experts in various internal units (Unit School) or provide

personnel working in the Bureau of Supporting Industries Development, Department of
Industrial Promotion, and to study the organizational commitment and the relationship
between work motivations.
The sample used in this study consisted of 59 personnel in the Bureau of
Supporting Industries Development, Department of Industrial Promotion. The author
used Quantitative Approach by survey method using data collection by questionnaires.
The collected data were analyzed by using the parameters: Percentage, μ, σ, and .
When analyzing data from the questionnaires, it was found that most of
respondents' data was male. The age range was 51 years and over. They were mostly
government officials, most of whom had more than 26 years of work experience. Their
salary ranged from 15,001 to 20,000 baht, and most of them were motivated by
motivation factors in a high level. The motivation for supporting factors was moderate.
The respondents' organizational commitment variables were at a high level.
When testing the motivation variables, it was found that the variables that
positively correlated with organizational commitment were job characteristics, job
responsibilities, career path in Policy and Administration, salaries and benefits,

building, which are brought agricultural wastes to used for beneficial materials. Under the
Thailand industrial standard (TIS-876-2547) specified the evaluated values such as desnsity,
water content, water absorption, thickness swelling, bending strength, elastic modulus, and
internal bonded. The experiment and evaluation processes between Physic nuts per Urea
Formaldehyde ratio and Physic nuts per Phenol-cyanate based on 90:10, 92:8, 95:5 and 97:3
in consequence, that we found the thickness of particleboard not more than 2 cm. The
suitable ratio for Phenol-cyanate 92:8 percentage (Physic nuts 92% with Phenol-cyanate 8%),
and suitable ratio for Urea Formaldehyde 90:10 percentage (Physic nuts 90% with Urea
Formaldehyde 10%) at 120 Celsius temperature on pressing process. The Phenol-cyanate
glue ratio of 0.80 gram per cubic centimeter suited to produce the particleboards, averaged
water content before pressing 8.89%, suitable pressure in process 150 pound per square
inch, water content 7.65%, density 0.818 gram per cubic centimeter, water absorption
14.23% during 2 hours, thickness swelling 8.02% during 2 hours, internal bond 0.56 MPa,
bending strength 21.45 MPa, modulus 2116 MPa.
The Urea Formaldehyde glue ratio of 0.82 gram per cubic centimeter suited to
produce the particleboards, averaged water content before pressing 9.84%, suitable pressure
in process 152 pound per square inch, water content 8.63%, density 0.833 gram per cubic
centimeter, water absorption 14.36% during 2 hours, thickness swelling 8.95% during 2
hours, internal bond 1.39 MPa, bending strength 22.37 MPa, modulus 2117 MPa.
As the results shown that both of Urea Formaldehyde and Phenol-cyanate with
Physic nuts passed the TIS 876-2547 standard. The Physic nuts can produce the

Full text linkวิทยานิพนธ์ -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2559The purpose of this research is to study the effect of marketing communications on student decision in relation to enrollment for a bachelor degree at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Naknon and to determine other factors affecting such decision of grade 12 students and year 3 vocational certificate students in Bangkok. The research tool used in this study is a questionnaire to enable analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-Square Test. The findings show that subjects are influenced in their choice to study by online media (such as websites and Facebook), the public relations media of the university (in the form of newspapers, journals and posters), as well as the reputation and image of the university. The results further show, with a level of significance at 0.05, that student decision with regard to enrollment in a bachelor degree at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Naknon depends on viral marketing or word-of-mouth marketingRajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
