Get PDFรายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564The attempt to fabricate gold films on glass slide (Au/glass) and silicon wafer (Au/Si) with gold leaf was unsuccessful due to poor adhesion between the gold leaf and substrates. Alternatively, Au/glass and Au/Si films were fabricated by placing the substrate into the free space within sputtering chamber to collect the access Au vapor during the typical sputtering process for other samples.
In this study, the physical changes were observed in both Au/glass and Au/Si film under the film annealing from 300⁰C-700⁰C. The visual inspection via cell phone camera, the micrograph via Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) revealed the morphological changes with respect the annealing temperature in Au films due to solid state dewetting mechanism. The changes were more pronounce in Au/glass films than Au/Si films at the same annealing temperature. The X-ray diffraction measurement three phases of Au including Au(111), Au(200), and Au(220) in Au/glass films and one phase of Au(111) in Au/silicon films. The concentration and single crystallinity of Au(111) were increased with respect to annealing temperature in Au/glass film. For Au/Si films, the concentration and single crystallinity of Au(111) were decreased at 300⁰C and then were increased at 700⁰C, respectively.
The physical changes of Au films are likely due to the movement of Au atoms via solid state dewetting and recrystallization. The heat intake from annealing process is likely induced the dewetting process by increasing the kinetic energy of Au atoms. While the recrystallization process is likely occur during the cooling period of the samples. Finally, another factor that can affects the physical changes of Au films is the interface interaction between Au films and substrates.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

and learning online media is insufficient to meet expectations. Third, the translation
application cannot be translated correctly. From the in-depth interviews, it was found that The most satisfying online Thai teaching medium is Zoom. The characteristics of Thai online

And 3) to study the satisfaction of junior high school students with game- based teaching materials for learning about food selection. The sample consisted of 34 students studying in Mathayom 2 at Nawaminthrachinuthit Suankularb Wittayalai Samutprakarn School, academic year 2022. The samples were selected using Cluster Random Sampling method. The instruments used in the research were the media quality assessment and student satisfaction assessment. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation and t-test.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) the creation of game-based teachingmedia for learning about food selection found that the suitability of teaching materials as a whole was of a very good quality, while the content aspect was also at a very goodlevel and in terms of educational technology, the quality was very
good in all aspects.
2) The comparison of middle school student learning achievement after using method of lecture-based and game-based for learning in terms of buying food selection. It found out that the learning achievement after using between lecture- based and game- based were different as the statistic level of .05 which lecture-based achievement was lower than thestandard. While using game-based teaching was higher than the standard. 3) To study the satisfaction of junior high school students towards teaching media using games- based
instructional media for learning about food selection, it was found that the satisfaction of the learners on the teaching media in terms of content was at a good level. There were two groups of samples the first were a group of 3 qualified experts divided into VR experts, character design and print media. The second sample was a group of virtual reality Monster World game players aged 18-39 years. People who like VR games fear that people who have never played VR games such as those over 40 may have motion sickness or severe dizziness. The age limit for people who had never played VR and the recognition of people with shock due to heart disease were obtained using a specific method of a questionnaire. Analyzing the data for mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the overall assessment result was at the appropriate level (̅ =3.85, S.D.=0.56) and the printed media assessment result was at the high level with a bad value (̅ = 4.38, S.D.=0.47) result. When a car is without a front wing and rear wing, it will affect the racing car unstable. So, we had an idea to study and design the front wing and rear wing for installation on a student formula racing car to increase efficiency the racing car turning, when is compared with the racing car without front wing and rear wing.
In operation. First, plan the implementation of the project. Then, study subject content such as Computational Fluid Dynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Aerodynamics, TSAE competition rules, and steps to using the SOLIDWORKS Program. We use SOLIDWORKS to compare the aerodynamic performance of each front and rear wing and analyze the results.
Flow Simulation using the SOLIDWORKS Program We have got "Flow Simulation" performed on the front wing and rear wing of 1, 2 and 3 elements. In terms of flow simulation, we use a 50 km/h wind speed to hit the front and rear wings. The results showed that the front wing and rear wing when assembled with a car. We have studied and selected the angle of attack that has the highest life coefficient to be assembled on the Student Formula Racing Car. The Front Wing and Rear Wing are 2 elements of the Front Wing and 2 elements, of the Rear Wing. For the data collection, the researcher used questionnaires. The population examined in this research consisted of 88 accountants working for high-quality accounting firms registered in Thailand. Descriptive statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics, including Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis, were used to analyze the data.
The study results reveal that accountants registered and working in high-quality accounting firms in Thailand reach a high degree of excellence overall. Furthermore, artificial intelligence technology allows these accountants to positively affect the overall financial report quality at the highest level. The results of the research hypothesis test found that: 1) excellence in the accounting profession positively affects the quality of financial reports, both overall and in every individual aspect, and the result is statistically significant at the 0.01 level; 2) the use of artificial intelligence technology positively impacts the quality of financial reports, both overall and in the individual aspect, and the result is statistically significant at the 0.01 level.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Especially, changes as we had stepped into the 21st century, a technology driven, creative, and innovative era. Therefore, the organizations were unavoidably to process with changes because the former successful management and operation may be outdated and prevented the organizations to attain the goals. From this significance, the researcher then interested to study on “the influences of Job characteristics and perceived organization support affect to adjustment and performance of employee: a case study of Siam Commercial Bank in Nonthaburi province.” Research objective was to study on the influences of Job characteristics affect to adjustment of employee, the influences of perceived organization support affect to adjustment of employee, and the influences of employee adjustment affect to performance of employee. Questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection from 255 samples. Data analysis was to seek for the relationship between variables using CFA and hypotheses testing via Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
It was found from the results that Job characteristics, perceived organization support, and employee adjustment had p-value that lesser than 0.05. Therefore, this can be summed that work attributes and perceived organization support had the positive influences toward employee adjustment. In addition, the employee adjustment had positive relationship with employee performance. According to the results, organization leader shall foresee the significance of work assignment and supporting system to motivate for work inspiration. It was to form the internal motivation, positive thinking, and attitude to boost up the team spirit. This would result on creativity and novel things. Moreover, it would consider to take good care on the needs and differences of each person to promote for good relationship and work support or development for person to achieve their own and mutual goals.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Get PDFรายงานวิจัย -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564The purposes of this research were 1) study the level of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards social media and using social media of the elderly people in Bangkok, 2) compare the use of social media for the elderly people classified by personal factors, and 3) analyze the factors related to the use of social media for the elderly people in Bangkok. The quantitative approaches were applied by using questionnaire for data collection. The research samples were 320 elderly people in Bangkok. Descriptive and inference statistics were used; arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The results were found that the results were found that the level of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use in social media were at a medium level (̅= 3.48, ̅= 2.95). The elderly's attitude towards social media and using social media were at a high level (̅= 3.65, ̅= 3.54). The hypothesis test revealed that: 1) the differences of age, educational level, and average monthly income affect the social media use of the elderly people differently was significant. 2) The perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude towards social media were significant positively related to using social media of the elderly people in Bangkok.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

characteristics of Gen Y that influence the decision to choose nursing home services,
2) the factors of the marketing mix that influence the decision to choose Gen Y nursing
home services, and 3) the consumer behavior factors of Gen Y influencing the decision
to use nursing home services of Gen Y. The research is based on a quantitative
research method. The sample consisted of the population born between 1980 and
1997, aged between 24 and 41 years, living in Bangkok. 400 people were examined by
using the questionnaire created by the researcher. The statistics used in the study were
frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-test, and multiple
regression.
The study results are that 1) looking at the demographic characteristics, most
respondents are female, aged 30-35 years old, with a bachelor's degree, single status,
and employees of private companies with an average monthly income of 10,001 –
20,000 Baht. In the future, when the elderly can’t rely on their children or relatives to
live, they need to prepare savings for a senior living in a nursing home without
underlying diseases. Most of the respondents have no children. The questionnaire used
collected information on gender, age, level of qualification, marital status, occupation,
income, parents’ support, savings, congenital disease, number of children. All these
factors affected the decision to choose Gen Y nursing home services at a statistically
significant level of 0.05. 2) Marketing mix factors (7P's) by product, price, place,
process, and promotion affected choose the nursing home services of Gen Y. These
factors were statistically significant at the 0.05 level. When testing the correlation value,
multiple regression (R square = 0.684) found that the relationship R value highly
correlated with promotion, place, process, price, physical evidence, people, and
product, respectively. 3) Consumer behaviour factors, social aspects, personal
aspects, and psychological aspects affected decistion to choose the nursing home
services of Gen Y. These factors were significant from the statistical test at the 0.05
level. When testing the correlation value and multiple regression (R square = 0.696),
found that the relationship with the highest R value followed by personal, psychological,
social, and cultural aspects, respectively.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
