The objectives are 1) to study personal factors of education personnel that affect teamwork performance that affect the efficiency of government teachers and education personnel affiliated with schools under the office of the primary education in Bangkok area. Furthermore, 2) to study the team composition that affects the work performance of teachers and education personnel affiliated to schools under the office of the primary education in Bangkok area. By using questionnaires designed to teachers and education personnel from the office of the primary education in Bangkok area for 334 samplings, using the Taro Yamanae formula. Testing was done in descriptive statistics using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while hypothesis testing was t-test, F-test (ANOVA) and double test by method Least Significant Difference (LSD), and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The result of the study found that most responders were female, aged between
21-30 years old, working in middle-sized schools, and having a bachelor's degree.
Most had an income between 15,001-20,000 Baht and most of them had been
government teachers in operating positions for 5-10 years as civil servant and the study
found team composition factors, such as environment composition and appearance,
the feature design, and process affected the team's performance at a high level. The
reason was trust between education personnel team members. There also was a high
degree of satisfaction with the working environment and the excellent collaboration
between team members. Team members were able to resolve obstacles together effectively. There was good communication between members, and the members had no conflict with each other’s. However, the education personnel should have a positive attitude to work with other people and alone. Negative thinking cause no bias towards others and decrease performance.
The results of the hypothesis testing indicated that sex, age, school size, income, position level, different occupations of government teachers, and education personnel could not differently affect teamwork performance, as could not different for education, job titles, and working ages the difference will affect performance of the team composition factors. The factors were statistically significant at the 0.05 level and the team composition factor. There also was a correlation in the same direction with the efficiency of teamwork of government teachers and education personnel. The sample group consisted of 400 professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok. Data were collected using questionnaires. The statistics using were descriptive statistics like frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics.
The results showed that most respondents were female, aged between 31 – 40 years, with a bachelor's degree and an average monthly income between 30,001 - 40,000 baht. The overall work attitude factor is at a very agreeable level. The mean value was 3.81. The overall Quality of life at work factor was at high level of agreement. The mean was 3.73, and overall human relations at work factor was at a high level ofagreement with an average of 3.88. Work attitude and human relations at work factors had a statistically significant effect on the performance of professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok at the 0.05 level.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The objective is to study the basic formula of macarons, The amount of Using White Kidney Beans Powder as a Partial Almond Powder Substitute in Macarons, to study the right type of Macarons filling and to study the chemical composition of macarons using white kidney bean powder instead of almond powder. A baseline formula, which was selected from the sensory test results using a 9-level favorability scoring method, found that Jetnipat's macaron formula (2013) was accepted by sensory testers in terms of smoothness, Macarons pied , color, smell, taste, texture and overall preference. Selected base formulations were developed by using white kidney bean powder to substitute almond powder in macaron recipes at the substitution levels of 20, 30 and 40 percent of almond weight. It was found that the characteristics of macarons obtained when replacing almond powder with more white kidney bean powder resulted in darker macarons. The brightness (L*) decreased, the redness (a*) and the yellowness (b*) increased (p≤0.05) when testing the sensory quality. It was found that the sensory testers accepted macaron using 20 percent white kidney bean powder instead of almond powder over the 30 and 40 percent substitutes in all attributes. Macaron products that used white kidney bean powder instead of almond powder at 20 percent had sensory quality scores for smoothness, macaron pied, color, smell, taste, texture and overall liking were 8.70 8.50 8.26 8.60 8.63 8.50 and 8.50, respectively, which were in high liking level. And sensory testers rated their preference for a white bean macaron filled with chocolate ganache over a marmalade filling and buttercream filling, Because the smell of chocolate ganache masks the unique smell of white kidney beans. And the bitter taste of chocolate ganache can also help reduce the sweetness of the macarons. Chemical composition studies have shown that replacing almond powder with white kidney bean powder can also reduce the fat content of macarons.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The sample was The Royal Guidance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great about religion and morality book of the Department of Religious Affairs, (Ministry of Culture, 2009). Gharavasa-dhamma IV principle in Buddhism which was defined in Dictionary of Buddhism by Phra Bhramagunabhorn (P.A. Payutto) (2015) was the conceptual analysis framework. The study is based on the documentary research and presented through analytical description. The study found that the royal guidance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great can be classified into 3 groups: civil servant, youth and Buddhist association with the young Buddhists association. according to the royal guidance literally conformed Gharavasa-dhamma IV was found a total of 21 words of Sacca, [truth and honest], 22 words of Dama, [taming and training oneself], 15 words of Khanti, [tolerance ; forbearance] and 21 words of Caga, [generosity]. However, in some Royal Guidance there were more than one characteristic as well of Gharavasa-dhamma IV. Crushing and size separation of the coarse aggregate by using standard sieve size by selected the gradation size of the coarse aggregate that passed to sieve size 1/2” and retained on sieve size 3/8” and other that passed to sieve size 3/8” and retained on sieve size No.4 by mixing ratio 50 : 50 of the mass as replaced natural coarse aggregate. Portland cement quantity about 18% and 20% by weight of the aggregate. The water to cement ratio was 0.30 and 0.35 respectively. Compressive strength, flexural strength, and water permeability were investigated. The results showed that the cement content and water to cement ratio was influenced the strength properties and water permeability rate of the porous concrete paving block. The porous concrete paving block mixed with higher cement content (20%) had the compressive strength at the age of 28 days increased by 16-24% when compared with lower cement content (18%). On the other hand, the water permeability rate decreased by 5.1-8.1%.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The water filtration system has an electric actuator and gear, is the main machine in the water filtration system. An electric actuator and gear have more machine breakdowns. That makes the water filtration system is the bottleneck of the water production process. This research study is divided into two steps: the first step is the presentation of the equation and the steps to measure the Overall Equipment Effectiveness of the water filtration system. The equation used data from the computer maintenance management system to analysis on mean time between failure data (MTBF), mean time to repair data (MTTR) and water production process data. The results can be improved the overall equipment effectiveness of the water filtration system increased to 0.11%, 0.68%, 0.44% and 2.44%, respectively in each production process line. And increased Quantity of Filtration Water increased to 328,500 m3/year, 1,168,000 m3/year, 1,022,000 m3/year and 3,832,500 m3/year, respectively in each production process line. In this research used the pillar of focus improvement. By adding a protection system to prevent machine breakdown, because of the most of the problems are found that the protection system malfunctions. This is the most problem in the 4th And then used engineering knowledge to improve water production and the success factor are required a human resources of all parties to cooperate, brainstorm and analyze the causes of various losses in order to eliminate them.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

In this study, the results were compared with real bulletproof armor firing tests and finite element simulations. modeling of bulletproof armor using Solid Works program. Creating and simulating armor firing pattern using ANSYS Explicit Dynamic program. damage test is based on National Institute of Justice level 3 standards with material of the ammunition is 7.62 mm tungsten carbide (WC) and speed 847 + 9.1m/s. there are two types of bulletproof armor used in this simulation 1. SKD11 2. Aluminum AL7075. The simulations is into 1 category Simulation of stacked armor plates. The sizes of the armor plates are 6, 8, and 10 mm, and the angles of firing of bulletproof armor are 0, 30 and 45 degrees. result of this simulation, armor thickness and firing angle are factors of penetration resistance. when the angle of the projectile is tilted, it will cause the projectile to deflect, reducing the frictional contact from the impact.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The study has founded that 1] the most popular handicraft among tourists is the products from sedge (Krajood) weaving. The weaving processing principally concerns utility which can be made into cloths and costume products. The natural processing from sedge (Krajood) together with Nora cultural identity will made it well known among tourists in appearances, colorful dressing from other materials mixing design and 2] the character of the pattern on the products from the satisfaction survey shows that the design of the pattern Nora-6 has total average of 4.25, the detail of graphic design has total average of 4.33 (SD =0.77), the pantone using in the handicraft has total average of 4.25 (SD=0.77), the handicraft detail has total average of 4.27 (SD = 0.74), the relationship and the importance of mind has total average of 4.25 (SD = 0.71), the product having symbols indicating communication elements has total average of 4.21 (SD = 0.76), and the pattern suitability has total average of 4.18 (SD = 0.72).
