The mixture of mortar made from fly ash and sodium hydroxide solution (NaOH) was used to activate strength at concentrations of 2, 4, 6 and 8 molars. Superplasticizer was used to control the flow of mortar in the rage of 105 – 110. The compressive strength of mortar was determined at 7, 28, 45 and 60 days. The acid resistance of mortars due to sulfuric at a concentration of 3% were also investigated. The results showed the mortar made from high calcium fly ash with sodium hydroxide of 6 molar obtained the highest compressive strength, which could be developed compressive strength up to 189 ksc at 60 days. For the acid resistance of mortar, it was found that the of use 6 molar of NaOH activated high calcium fly ash binder had the least weight loss due to sulfuric acid attack.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The quality and physicochemical properties of chili powder during storage were investigated. The sound and red pods of fresh chili were washed and blanched at 100ºC for 3 min. Blanched chili pods were soaked in 0.25% sodium metabisulfite with 1.0% citric acid for 30 min prior to drying in a tray dryer at 65°C for 14 h to obtain dried chili with a final moisture content of approximately 8%. Dried chili pods without stem were ground to obtain chili powder. Roasting before grinding resulted in the reduction of moisture, aw and color values. The results of study on the quality changes of chili powder during storage showed that storage temperature was the important factor affecting the changes in physicochemical properties and percentage of consumer acceptance. Meanwhile, aluminum foil packaging slowed the increase of aflatoxin content in chili powder better than polypropylene. However, aerobic bacterial count of the developed chili powder product is very low compared to the microbiological specifications while yeast and mold were not detected. The product contains a standard level of aflatoxin content after 12 weeks in all storage conditions which corresponds to the awareness of consumers in terms of quality, cleanliness and safety are important factors in deciding to buy chili products.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The formulated materials demonstrated good mechanical properties and high wear resistance properties. Based on the studies, the Al2O3 grade selected was Al2O3 HTM 30 harboring mixed uneven powder particle sizes ranging from 2 to 5 microns (μm) and selected proportion of Al2O3 alloy mixed for improving mechanical and wear resistance properties of the UHMWPE composite material was the UHMWPE+Al2O3 HTM 30 at a ratio of 95:5%. When considering both material properties and cost effectiveness in the impact test, 2-5 μm Al2O3 HTM carried the higher impact strength than other aluminum oxide grades with the values up to 586.8 J/m at a ratio of 5% aluminum oxide. The hardness test of the 2-5 μm UHMWPE+ Al2O3 HTM delivered the hardness at 58.8 using the standard durometer. The tensile test values consisted of Yield Strength, Ultimate Tensile Strength, Breaking Strength, Elongation at Break, and Modulus of elasticity equal to 20.52 MPa, 29.96 MPa, 22.83 MPa, 265.8% and 784.46 MPa, respectively.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

Not only consumption but Piper Betal also has been used for religious belief and ritual. However, the piper leave should be in the good condition without any defect. As a result, there are numerous fall-grade leaves to be get rid of from agriculture. Increasing the value-added of this by- product can increase the income. Extraction of bioactive compounds by using alembic is uncomplicated and green without any solvent is required. Two products come out from this process, the first one is an essential oil, which is expensive. The second product is hydrosol. The piper hydrosol still contained various phytochemicals. In this study, total phenolic content was investigated and was found to be in the range 31.16-73.71 GAE mg/g. Total antioxidant capacity was also studied using the DPPH method. The antioxidant activity was 0. 37▁(+)0.11 mg ascorbic acid equivalent/ ml hydrosol. However, the piper hydrosol cannot inhibit P.ance, S.aureus, and S.epideminis. To sum up, the piper hydrosol can be used as an ingredient for antioxidant cosmetics rather than antibacterial skincare.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

of OTOP products in Bangkok and 2) to formulate a strategy to publicize Bangkok OTOP
products. This is a qualitative research; studied from the document and interviews with
a total of 5 key informants, executives officer in the public relations of OTOP products
in Bangkok and operators of OTOP products in Bangkok, all 5 product categories
The results were as following:
1. The problem of public relations for OTOP products in Bangkok; it was found
that there were 11 issues of public relations issues, namely 1) the administration of a
special government agency affecting the work of public relations 2) Determining the
person responsible for the public relations of Bangkok OTOP products that are
inconsistent with the nature of the work 3) Adaptation of government agencies that
are not keeping up with technology changes 4) Limited public relations budget. 5)
Different entrepreneurs' needs for distributing OTOP products in Bangkok. 6) Not
dividing entrepreneurs by business size. 7) The ability to produce organic products that
meet the needs of consumers appropriately 8) The image of OTOP products is not
acceptable among Thai people 9) An application that is an intermediary in The market
place has a high cost that operators have to pay for those applications. 10) In terms of
organizing special events of OTOP Bangkok with a small number of OTOP
entrepreneurs participating and some OTOP operators have to find channels for selfexhibiting
in other provinces across the country, where sales at trade shows have good
sales. But have to pay in the shop or quite a lot of travel 11) Concerning the grouping
of OTOP operators in Bangkok that is unclear and strong enough to perform the task
As a result, special events were not as successful as they should have been.

Whether it is about the good health of the people or the country's economy. The main goal of the government is always to assure that everyone can live happily, without torment, no matter which state in life they are; working or retired, everyone has to be able to live comfortably. That is why the government allocates state welfare to the people continually throughout many forms, such as 30 baht for all medical care & treatment project which involves the treatment of all diseases for all Thais. And the living allowance for the elderly etc. These things that the government gives to the people for their well-being are good solution. But it would not be good if the allocated budget has to increase every year due to the number of the retirement age population that has increased more and more over the years and causing the government’s initial projects to cross way the actual needs.
Despite the government's policy to support the elderly, in reality of the welfare of the state to care for the elderly seems to be quite inadequate. Some says that it is not enough for sustenance and claim that the elderly pension do not meet the actual expenses in their everyday life. To summarize, many have agreed that the support for the elderly is too little in most people's eyes. So it is only logic to focus in finding the real need of the living for the elderly population.
At present, it can be seen that the elderly population is increasing, but they are still unable to sustain themselves. There is also a problem with managing their life plan in retirement to be effective and sustainable because most of the population still lack in knowledge and understanding for effective preparation for retirement and causing some people to feel that they do not have enough support regardless of whether government agencies provide state welfare or not.
In this research, the researcher studied the sustainable management planning for retirement: a case study of the Chet Samian community, Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province. The researcher uses survey research which applies quantitative research methods. (Quantitative Research Method) using the Chi-square test method and the sample in this research is the population of working age group aged 25-59 years living in Chet Samian community, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province. A total of 400 people were aimed at the following research objectives: 1) To study the attitudes and behaviors of life management of people in retirement age by considering the sample group, working age between 25-59 years old. 2) To find ways to promote sustainable planning for life after retirement and, 3) To study the problems that occur before and after retirement by considering the sample group, working age between 25-59 years old.
After the researcher has collected the data and used it for analysis. The researcher found that most of the personal data of the sample population were female, aged between 30-40 years, single, no children, bachelor's degree with income less than 15,000 baht, being a civil servant/state enterprise employee. Their intention after retirement is to run a personal business, currently living with family (husband/wife/children) and intends to continue living with family (husband/wife/children) after retirement, equal proportions between homeowners and residents, most of them don't have credit cards.
In addition, the researcher also found that female, aged between 25 - 29 years, single, bachelor's degree with income less than 15,000 baht is a government official/state enterprise employee has intention after retirement that they will run a personal business, currently living with family (husband/wife/children) and intends to continue living with familyRajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

This study used the data from the annual reports of the companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand between the year 2015 to 2018. The data used were the audit committees and modified audit opinions of 211 companies consisted of 92 industrial product companies and 119 companies in service provider category. The variable data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, then the logistic regression correlation analysis, Pearson correlation matrix, and logistic regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses. The independent variables were audit committee characteristics consisted of the independence, size, number of meetings, and accounting or financial expertise. The dependent variable was the modified audit opinions.
The results revealed that the number of meetings of the audit committee was the only variables of the audit committee characteristics that showed a positive correlation with the modified audit opinions. There was no significant relationship between the independence of the audit committee, the audit committee size, the expertise in accounting or finance and the modified audit opinions. The equation of predicting the characteristics of the audit committee which is an important part of corporate governance significantly showed that it had no influence on reducing the chance that the company would receive a modified audit opinion. However, the research results suggested the evidences in policy implications and operation of corporate governance in characteristics of effective audit committee.
