PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOMITMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS GURU MTS AN-NUQAYAH GULUK-GULUK SUMENEP
For attainment of vision, mission and mandate of the school organization, teachers’ productivity is important as well as the style of school leadership and how commitment related to the strategic issues within the organization are made. This study aims to examine the influence of (1) transformasional leadership (2) commitment, (3) teachers’ productivity in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. This quantitative research used path analysis technique in data analysis. Questionnaires were sampled to a total of 67 teachers in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep using Slovin formula. The results showed that: first, there are positive influence between the transformational leadership and productivity of teachers in schools. Secondly, there is a positive effect between commitment and productivity of teachers in schools. Third , there is a positive effect between the transformational leadership and commitment in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep
PENGARUH SUPERVISI DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS GURU SMA SWASTA DI WILAYAH JAKARTA SELATAN
The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of supervision and responsibilty on teacher productivity at private high schools in South Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach. The population of this research is 134 teachers from which a research sample of 100 teachers is selected by using simple random sampling technique. The data was obtained through questionnaires and then analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is conluded that: 1) supervision has a positive direct effect on productivity; 2) responsibility has positive direct effect on productivity; and 3) supervision has positive direct effect on responsibility. Therefore teacher productivity can be improved through improvements in supervision they receive and enhancement in their responsibility

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2) ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of organizational culture and self-esteem toward teacher’s achievement junior high school in east of Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 200 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 133 teachers using proportional random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. PENGARUH INTENSI TURNOVER DAN KETIDAKHADIRAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PENDIDIKAN DKI JAKARTA
The research was conducted to teachers education office of DKI Jakarta. By using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 52 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the turnover intention have negative direct effect to job performance; (2) the absenteeism have negative direct effect to job performance; (3) the turnover intention have positif direct effect to absenteeism.The job performance can be improved through reduction of turnover intention and absenteeis

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of leadership and supervision toward teacher’s job performance senior high school at regency of Dogiyai Papua. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 75 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 63 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the leadership have positive direct effect to job performance; (2) the supervision have positive direct effect to job performance; (3) the leadership have positive direct effect to supervision. PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT (KETERIKATAN KERJA) PADA GURU SMK NEGERI KOTA ADMINISTRASI JAKARTA UTARA
The objective of the research is find out the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction on the teacher’s employee engagement. The research was conducted at Vocational High School in North Jakarta. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 98 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on employee engagement; 2) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement; 3) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction
EVALUASI PROGRAM MAGANG INDUSTRI KREATIF SMP SEKOLAH ALAM BOGOR
Theoretically, the result of this research hopefully can give scientific contribution toward development of science, especially science of education, give suggestion to another school about evaluation of program for better quality of education, also by way of evaluation for secondary school of Sekolah Alam Bogor for being more effective internship program. The research use qualitative method. Data were got by doing interview, observation, and check list. The data were used for evaluating internship program of creative industry for more effective program implementation. Subject of this research are students and teachers who participated in internship program of creative industry also the owner of the place. Based on the data which were got, it can be concluded that internship program of creative industry can improve knowledge, skills, and positive attitude of students with supporters factors: monitoring of the principal, the role of the teacher, the role of the owner of internship place, and communication between the school and internship place.
