PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN BURNOUT (KEJENUHAN KERJA) TERHADAP INTENSI TURNOVER GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DI SEKOLAH BERCIRIKAN AGAMA BUDDHA DI DKI JAKARTA
The objective of the research is find out the effet of workload and burnout on the teacher’s intention turnover.the research was conducted at Buddhist junior high school in Jakarta. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 92 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of workload on turnover intention; 2) there is a positive direct effect of burnout on turnover intention; 3) there is a positive direct effect of workload on burnout
PENGARUH LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX) DAN KEADILAN PROSEDURAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI GURU SMK NEGERI DI JAKARTA UTARA
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and procedural justice toward State Vocational School teacher’s organizational commitment in North Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 186 teachers. Research samples as much as 127 teachers were selected using simple random sampling technique. The data was obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis in this research, it is concluded that: (1) the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (2) the procedural justice has a positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (3) the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive direct effect to procedural justice. Therefore, the organizational commitment can be improved through the enhancement of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and procedural justice

Evaluation programs to constitute one of object type of evaluation research (Evaluation Research). mendasar's orientation on all evaluation research is benefit. Strategic plan performing program Vocational Middle School 56 needs to mark sense repairs all lini, it can be drawn as follows: 1) Pemesinan's forte Programs, 2) vehicle forte Programs Demulcent (Otomotif), 3) Installation forte Programs Electrify, 4) Pictured forte Programs Buildings, 5) Multi's forte Programs Medias, and 6) Mechatronicses forte program. Suggested observational result to restra's executor to get follows up many findings in particular that concerns to program restra, and performs program repair so activity process program restra to become more effective
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS KERJA GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS SWASTA ZONA I JAKARTA UTARA
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of transformational leadership and work environment toward teacher’s job quality private senior high school north of Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 117 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 91 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the transformational leadership have positive direct effect to job quality; (2) the work environment have positive direct effect to job quality; (3) the transformational leadership have positive direct effect to work environment. The job quality can be improved through improvement of of transformational leadership and work environment
THE EFFECT OF RECRUITMENT AND MOTIVATION TOWARD JOB PERFORMANCE OF MILITARY PERSONNEL SUBMARINE UNIT IN EASTERN FLEET COMMAND OF INDONESIAN NAVY
The objective of this research is to obtain information on the effect of recruitment and motivation toward job performance of Military Personnel Submarine Unit in Eastern Fleet Command of Indonesian Navy. This research using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of research is 80 military personnel and sample involving 67 personnel as respondents were selected through simple random sampling. This research findings are (1) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on job performance. (2) there is a positively direct effect motivation on job performance (3) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on motivation. Therefore, the job performance of Submarine Unit military personnel can be improved through improvement of recruitment, and motivation

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work climate on teacher productivity State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta. The method used ini this research is survey method with path analysis techniques. This study used a population of teachers State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta much as 200 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is proportional random sampling methode. The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication on lecturer affective commitment. It was quantitative research with survey method in STKIP Muhammadiyah Bone. The research was conducted to all lecturer of STKIP Muhammadiyah Bone by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis.The number 60 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on affective commitment . (2) There is a direct positive effect of interpersonal communication on affective commitment. (3) There is a direct positive of transformational leadership on interpersonal communication.

the objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior in state vocational school in Bekasi district.The research was conduct by using survey method with path analysis in testing hyphotesis. In this research, 165 from 280teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on three aspect; transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers OCB.The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is conculaded that (1) there the positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward OCB, (2) there is positive direct effect of self efficacy toward OCB and (3) there is positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward self efficacy

The objective of this research was to understand and to get picture of organizational communication, decision making and reward that used by School Principal at Canisius College Junior High School Jakarta. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study and recording. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) the interpersonal communication system is a main communication system, social networking and electronic communication become the main support in developing the communication. The communication that occurs such as oral, written and nonverbal communication which is applied in Downward communication nor Upward communication, (2) Decision was taken as a programmed and nonprogrammed decisions. The programmed decisions is the main task of a school leader and the nonprogrammed decisions is the strategic policy that taken to achieving the goal of the school which refers to the schools vision and mission, (3) The awarding highly prioritized both the intrinsic reward and extrinsic reward so that the teachers, staff and students feel very appreciated. It will always provide the best work for the school
PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN KETERIKATAN PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA
The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of work life balance and employee engagementon employees job performance onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia .The research was conducted to all of employees onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 67 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of work life balance on job performance. (2) there isdirect effect of employee engagement on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of work life balance on employee engagement. Therefore to enhance employee’s job performance can be carried out by work life balance, and employee engagement
