    This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work climate on teacher productivity State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta.The method used ini this research is survey method with path analysis techniques. This study used a population of teachers State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta much as 200 teachers. Sampling techniques in this  study is proportional random sampling methode.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, there is the effect of transformational leadership on teacher productivity; Secondly, there is the effect of work climate on teacher productivity; Third, there is the effect of transformational leadership on work climate

    This study aims to determine (1) The results of the input evaluation; (2) The results of the evaluation process; and (3) The results of the product evaluation on the policy implementation of Act 12 of the year 2012 on the Program Study of Education Management, Postgraduate Program, University State of Jakarta (UNJ). The research method was a qualitative evaluation approach. Data collected by conducting an analysis of document-based curriculum KKNI to determine the success of the implementation by stages conducted at Postgraduate Program Study of Education Management. The data were analysed descriptively and meaning on any research findings conducted qualitatively. Stages of meaning carried out through the following stages: (1) Data Collection; (2) Data Reduction; and (3) Data Display. Based on the results of input evaluation which performed on the curriculum document, known that the preparation Program Study based on curriculum KKNI of Education Management Postgraduate Program is equipped with a clear legal basis, the formulation of goals and objectives. In the aspect of supporting resources for curriculum development, Progam Study has form data analysis of curriculum results, planned programs and implementation strategies. In the process, learning strategies are divided into two approaches, namely direct and indirect approaches. In evaluating, the results are more geared towards the achievement of the program on implementation of policies based on curriculum KKNI in Postgraduate Program Study of Education Management by a predetermined time phase, namely the achievement during the short-term period (1 to 2 years)

    This study aim to evaluate the effect of teacher certification on improving the performance of PAI teachers in SMP and MTs in 23 regencies / cities spread across 14 provinces. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months. This research is evaluative research. The results show that: (1) Certification for Teachers of PAI and Arabic in MTs and PAI teachers in junior high schools has been run in accordance with existing guidelines. (2) the performance of Teachers of PAI clusters and the language of direction in MTs and PAI teachers in certified junior high schools is close to compliance with the standards, but there are still teacher weaknesses in the use of IT in learning and seeking enrichment materials from the virtual world. (3) Teacher certification affect teacher performance. (4) There are several factors that affect teacher performance, both from internal and external aspects

    Theoretically the results of the discussion of this research is expected to provide scientific contributions to the development of science, to provide some suggestions to the school and other schools in terms of teacher performance in improving the quality of education, to be the evaluation for Yayasan Pondok Al Kenaniyah to provide better service in the quality of their education. This study is also expected to be the contribution for the researcher in the field of education. This study uses a qualitative method of data collection. The data is achieved by conducting interviews, observation and checklist. The data is obtained to analyze the performance of teachers in improving the quality of education with the subject of 60 people in Yayasan Al Kenaniyah, East Jakarta to investigate. Based on the data obtained can be summarized as follows: regarding to the performance of teachers in the learning plan, the performance of teachers in the implementation of learning, the performance of teachers in the assessment of learning outcomes, also discipline of the teachers in performing their duties to get good performance. Thus, the quality of education will be better in the future

    The objective of this research is to gain a deep understanding of the implementation of internal audit for school quality assurance at 30 junior high school  Jakarta, held from November 2011 to August 2012. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, and recording. The data validity obtained through the extension of time doing research, triangulation and member check. The data anylisis obtained through collecting data, display and reducing with make comparing to concept and theories to make conclusion and interpretation of data as result of research findings.The result of data anylisis and interpretation indicates that the success of quality assurance relates to (1) quality policy with quality objectives which refers to vision, mission and customer requirement, (2) there are values developed in the same breath with school values combined with personal value held by the auditor to carrying out responsibilities (3) there is school leadership role in internal audit at the stage of implementation, supervision and decision making. The finding lead to the recommendation to practice the best implementation for other school based on the success of 30 Junior High School in quality assurance with commitment from all components of school to pay attention to the quality objectives as the focus of all the activities carried out

    Theoretically, the result of this research hopefully can give scientific contribution toward development of science, especially science of education, give suggestion to another school about evaluation of program for better quality of education, also by way of evaluation for secondary school of Sekolah Alam Bogor for being more effective internship program. The research use qualitative method. Data were got by doing interview, observation, and check list. The data were used for evaluating internship program of creative industry for more effective program implementation. Subject of this research are students and teachers who participated in internship program of creative industry also the owner of the place. Based on the data which were got, it can be concluded that internship program of creative industry can improve knowledge, skills, and positive attitude of students with supporters factors: monitoring of the principal, the role of the teacher, the role of the owner of internship place, and communication between the school and internship place

    The objective of this research is to study the relationship between organizational climate and work ethic with the lecture job performance. The study was conducted at Nursing Academy at Center Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach with survey method. Total samples using in this research 54 lectures that selected through simple random sampling. Data collecting using questionnaire with rating scale and data analysis with correlation and regression. The results of the research showed: Firtsly, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate with lecture job performance. Second, there is a positive relationship between work ethic with the lecture job perfrmance. Third, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work ethic simultaneously with the lecture job performance

    The objective of this research was to research and study the influence of Organization Culture and Job Satisfication toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of private high school teachers in Bogor City. The research was quatitative research with survey method that was analyzed using path analysis. Population target of the research was 200 private high school teachers in Bogor City, West Java Propince. Sampling technique using Random Sampling, that was taking sampling with simple random. Measured the amount of sampling used Slovin formula and the result was 133 respondent. The  research shows that the coefficient path value of Organization Culture toward OCB 0,378with tstat of 0,303. Therefore, Organization Culture was directly influence toward OCB.The coefficient path value of Job Satisfication toward OCB 0,361 with tstat 0,280 .Therefore, Job Satisfication was directly influence toward OCB. The coefficient path value of Organizational Culture toward Job satisfication 0,267 with tstat 0,267 .Therefore, Organizational Culture was directly influence toward Job Satisfication

    The research was conducted to all teachers of junior higt school  districts teluknaga regency of Tangerang. By using  a survey method with  path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 113 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the quality of work life have positive direct effect to job satisfaction; (2) the job involvement have positive direct effect to job satisfaction; (3) the quality of work life have positive direct effect to job involvement. The job satisfaction can be improv through improvement of quality of work life  and job involvement
