    The objective of this research is to gain a deep understanding of performance management of junior High School teachers in PSKD Mandiri School. This research is a case study method. The validity of qualitative data obtained through the extension of time doing research and triangulation of data collection techniques and data sources in the field. The result shows: 1) teacher’s performance evaluation has two type; formally in each semester and in formally. Teacher was evaluated by principal, training and mentoring staff, students, colleagues and teacher itself. 2) Training was held in the first of the years, in the middle of the year and weekly. The purpose is to develop teacher performance and professionalism. Training is presented by training and mentoring staff, teachers, other department such as finance or human resources, and organizations

    The objective of this research was to understand the effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) and organizational culture on productivity. It was a quantitative research was conducted ten schools located in Jakarta Centre.The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 153 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on productivity. (2). There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on productivity, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on organizational culture

    The objective of this research was to understand the effect of supervision and intrinsic motivation to the crativity of private catholic elementary schools teachers in east Jakarta. The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 187 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected by random sampling technique. The result of the research as follows: (1). Supervision of a positive direct effect on crativity, (2). Intrinsic motivation positive direct effect on creativity and (3). Supervision positive direct effect on intrinsic motivation

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap layanan administrasi  akademik di Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan (Prodi MP) S1, dan aspek-aspek apa yang memiliki tanggapan paling baik dan aspek-aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan dari para pengelola.Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FIP UNJ). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa MP S1, Tata Usaha, dan sumber dokumen berupa Pedoman Akademik FIP UNJ Tahun 2016. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pemaknaan  melalui tahapan: data collection, data reduction, data display, dan data verifikasi. Temuan penelitian pada aspek layananan administrasi akademik di Prodi MP S1 pada umumnya mahasiswa menyatakan cukup baik. Pada aspek pembelajaran oleh Dosen di kelas umumnya terkategori baik. Harapan terhadap layanan administratif dan akademik mengisyaratkan bahwa masih banyak aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dan perlu mendapatkan pengawasan yang jelas serta pemeliharaan yang terkontrol secara kontinu. Aspek yang memiliki tanggapan paling baik adalah aspek kepribadian, komunikasi, penguasaan terhadap materi perkuliahan, rencana perkuliahan dan strategi pembelajaran. Sedangkan Aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan adalah masalah wifi (hotspot) dan ketersediaan sarana pembelajaran di kelas maupun di Perpustakaan

    The objective of this research is find out the effect of leadership behavior and work environment on lecturer’s organization commitment. This research was conducted at agency of human resources development, ministry of energy and mineral resources.     This research is aimed to investigate the effect of (1) team characteristis,, and (2) work justice toward (3) organizational commitment of teacher the private senior high school in Bekasi.         In the data analysis, this research uses causal survey method by using Path Analysis Technique. This study uses the sample from 73 teachers in three private senior high school in Bekasi who are selected by using Slovin’fomula. The result of the study reveals that: Frist, there is a positive effect between team characteristics and teacher organizational commitment to the school. Second, there is a positive effect also between work justice and teacher organizational commitment to the school. Third, there is a positive effect between team characteristics and teacher organizationa’s commitment to the school

By using  a survey method with  path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 52 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the turnover intention have negative direct effect to job performance; (2) the absenteeism have negative direct effect to job performance; (3) the turnover intention have positif direct effect to absenteeism.The job performance can be improved through reduction of turnover intention and absenteeis

    The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of quality of work life (QWL) and reward on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used quantitative approach. The research was conducted to all of state elementary schools teachers in the district of Babelan Bekasi by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Population in this research were 129 teachers of Estate Elementary School.The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of quality of work life (QWL) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of reward on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a direct positive effect of quality of work life (QWL) on reward.     This research aimed at testing and analyzing the influence of training intervention on the improvement of employees’ work competence in globalization era. This research used correlation survey method between independent variable of training intervention (X) and dependent variable of working competence (Y). Regression analysis was used to determine the correlation model between independent variable Y (work competence) and dependent variable, training intervention (X), whereas correlation analysis was used to determine the strength or weakness between Y variable (working competence) and X (training competence). The target population in this research is the employees of Kimia Farma Apotek in Depok City business unit, the level of employees in this research are assistant manager, supervisor, and clerks. The total number of population is 96 employees; the entire population is also the entire sample. The data collection instrument is Likert scale questionnaire.             The result of the  research are: a) in this advance information and technological era, training still gives positive and strong influence to improve the working competence of the employees, especially related to improvement of motivation to achieve organizational targets and objectives; b) improvement of employees’ working competence through training can be predicted by using the simple regression model of Y= 0,878 + 0,777 X; c) training gives 45.5% influence toward the improvement of employees’ working competence and the rest 55.5% is predicted by other factors such as, working environment, leaders’ support, reward system, facilities and infrastructure support, etc. &nbsp
