PENGARUH LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX) DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) GURU SD SWASTA DI KECAMATAN MENTENG JAKARTA PUSAT
The objective of this research was to understand the effect of leader member exchange (LMX) and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). It was a quantitative research. The research used is a survey method with a correlation approach. In this study serve as a sample of 81 teachers were selected based on random techniques (simple random sampling). Data were obtained by spreading questioner. This study was conducted in private elementary schools at the district Menteng, Central Jakarta. The result of this study are: (1) there is a positive direct influence of leader member exchange on OCB, (2) there is a positive direct influence of job satisfaction on OCB, (3) there is a positive direct influence between leader member exchange with job satisfaction. The implication of this research is an attempt to improve teachers’ OCB can be done by improving leader member exchange and job satisfaction
PENGARUH KOHESIFITAS KELOMPOK DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS GURU RAUDHATUL ATHFAL (RA) DI KABUPATEN BEKASI
This research is aimed to investigate the influence of (1) group cohesiveness, (2) job satisfaction, (3) productivity of teachers the raudhatul athfal (kindergarten) school in the district of Bekasi. This research uses causal survey method by using Path Analysis Technicque. This study uses sample from 133 teachers in 20 raudhatul athfal (kindergarten) schools in the district of Bekasi region who are selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: first, there is a positive effect between group cohesiveness and productivity teachers in school. Second, there is a positive effect between job satisfaction and productivity teachers in school. Third, there is a positive effect between group cohesiveness and job satisfaction teachers in school

EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN STANDAR SARANA DAN PRASARANA LABORATORIUM FISIKA SMA NEGERI 2 KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN
The objective of this research was to evaluate (1) compliance of physics laboratory building requirement and conditions with standard and (2) fulfillment of physics laboratory furniture and practicum equipments at Public Secondary School No. 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan. The method used in the research was qualitative descriptive method with Provus’s discrepancy evaluation model (DEM). The data were collected through observation, interview, and document study. Data analysis and interpretation show that the laboratory building (1) did not have a full accordance with safety, healthy, comfort, access easiness, and size and room adequacy tandards in input, process, and output components, and (2) did not fully fulfill types and quantity of furniture, materials and basic measurement tools, practicum kits, educational media, and other equipments in input, process, and output components. The findings lead to recommendation that SMAN 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan should equip its physics laboratory building to meet requirements and conditions in effect and should fulfill its physics laboratory furniture and practicum equipment set in the standard
PENGARUH PENGHARGAAN (REWARD) DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA GURU SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN SUKABUMI
This study aims to determine the effect of (1) rewrad, (2) achievement motivation, (3) performance of teachers working SMAN Negeri District of SukabumI. In the data analysis, this study used a survey method using a causal analysis technique Strip . This study used a sample of 150 teachers in six high schools in District of Sukabumi are selected using Slovin formula.The results showed that : first, there are positive influence between the rewrad and performance of teachers in schools . Secondly, there is a positive effect between achievement motivation and performance of teachers in schools. Third, there is a positive effect between the reward and achievement motivatioan of teachers in schools

PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI GURU SD SANTO FRANSISKUS DI LAMPUNG
This study aims to determine the effect of (1) organizational communication, (2) job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment of primary school sint. Francis ln Lampung. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using path analyses. 88 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all teachers that working at the predetermined location. The results showed that: first, there are positif influence between the organizational communication and organizational commitment of teachers in schools. Secondly, there is positif influence between job satisfation and organizational commitment of teachers in schools. Third, there is positif influence between organizational communication and job satisfaction of teachers in schools
PERAN SERTA ORANG TUA DALAM SISTEM BUDAYA MUTU DI SEKOLAH DASAR PSKD MANDIRI
The objective of this research is to gain a deep understanding of the parents involvement in a quality culture system in PSKD MANDIRI Primary School. This research is a case study method. The validity of qualitative data obtained through the extention of time doing research and triangulation of data collection techniques and data sources in the field. The result show: Interpersonal communication in PSKD Mandiri Schools is the result of a good engagement between teachers and parents. Parents understand the procedures how to make a contact with teachers. Parents are also free to choose the communication channel that they desired. Schools encourage the use of technology in the communication between home – school. Several form of written communication have been considered including handbooks, newsletter, progress reports and home – school diaries. Guidelines have been also provided for the use of telephone contacts with parents and for the use of new technological option such as school website, e-mail, ans text messaging. Therefore, it is considered that making a range of strategies available to parents will lead to optional levels of parental involvement in school. However the range of strategies used by the school will mostly be dependent on teachers’s knowledge of and skills for effectively implementing the various strategies. The wide range of activities is also used by school to bring about high levels of parental involvement
PENGARUH KONTRAK PSIKOLOGIS DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI GURU SMK NEGERI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG BARAT
The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of psychological contract and job motivation on teacher organization commitmen. It was quantitative research with survey method in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Lampung Barat.The research was conducted to all teacher of SMK Negeri Kabupaten Lampung Barat by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 154 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of psychological contract on organization commitmen. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job motivation on organization commitmen. (3) There is a direct positive of psychological contract on job motivation

National Resilience Institute Republic of Indonesia as education providers focus on the education program cadreled national level, the appropriate duties and functions of educating, preparing cadres and strengthen the leadership of the national level through educational programs, so that the necessary preparation of the infrastructure of education, educational operations, development of educational materials and teacher. In this paper focuses on policy implementation leadership education programs with sub-national level focus include: 1). Supporter infrastructure management education. 2). Preparation of Educational Material. 3) .Governance / educational operations. 4). Performance faculty or holder teachings material. In the evaluative research using the model Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM), through the stages of Design Stage, Installed Programs, Process and Product. Based on the evaluation of research in the field, the researcher recommends 1). The need to increase both the quality and quantity of Infrastructures Education. 2). The need to increase the quality and ease of getting material Doctrine. 3). Operational management of the need to improve education. 4). The need to improve the appearance and teaching methods in the aspect of teaching staff personnel and Manpower Professional reviewers.
