Employability of Higher Education Graduates in the Perspective of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)
Background
Changes in the global order of life also have an impact on higher education transformation in higher education is carried out for universities to adapt to the needs of society and industry. The role of higher education in producing human resources is to produce graduates with a number of abilities that adjust the needs of industry and the world of work in society, which is defined by employability skills.
Purpose
The writing in this journal reviews how the MBKM curriculum policy is a policy rolled out by the government as an effort to fulfill the employability of higher education graduates.
Design/method/approach
Through a literature review analyzed from concepts and theories regarding the employability of higher education graduates and the implementation of the MBKM policy.
Results
The results expected by writing this journal can provide a comprehensive overview of the conditions and role of higher education in producing graduates, supported by government policies that regulate regulations and the need for cooperation between industries in the role of the tri darma of higher education
Student Management as an Effort to Improve Character Education
Background
The phenomenon of character degradation of students at various levels is a serious challenge for the world of education today. Advances in technology and information, as well as changes in social values, often cause negative behavior that affects the development of their character.
Purpose
This study aims to explore in depth the management of students in improving children's character education.
Design/method/approach
The method used in this study is a literature review, by reviewing various relevant academic sources, such as books, journal articles, and education policy documents.
Results
The results of the study show that planned and systematic student management, including behavioral supervision, counseling guidance, the formation of a conducive learning environment, and the involvement of parents and the community, contribute significantly to the formation of children's character. A collaborative approach between teachers, parents, and the social environment has also been shown to strengthen character values such as responsibility, discipline, and tolerance.
Contribution/value
The implications of this study indicate that character education is not only the responsibility of individual educators, but also requires systemic support from the entire education ecosystem. The implementation of holistic student management-based policies is expected to produce a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has a strong character
The Fundamental of Group Behavior and Teamwork Through the Perspective of PAUD Tunas Harapan Accreditation Assessment
Background:
PAUD Tunas Harapan, an early childhood education center, faces challenges in improving educational quality through the accreditation process, which relies heavily on group dynamics and teamwork among educators and staff. Ineffective team coordination often hinders the institution from meeting required standards.
Purpose:
This study aims to examine the impact of group behavior and teamwork on accreditation quality at PAUD Tunas Harapan and to identify factors and strategies that support the team’s success in achieving accreditation standards.
Design/method/approach:
A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews and observations with the school principal, teachers, and accreditation assessors. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns in group behavior and team dynamics.
Results:
The findings reveal that structured communication, collaborative leadership, regular evaluations, and a shared vision are key factors in improving accreditation quality. Effective coordination and collaboration were shown to help overcome challenges and enhance team productivity.
Contribution/value:
This study contributes insights into the application of group dynamics and teamwork theories in early childhood education settings. The recommendations provided may assist PAUD and similar institutions in improving accreditation quality through more adaptive and collaborative team strategies
The Planning of Human Resource Management with Labor Market Needs: A Case Study at SDN 28 Pontianak Utara
Background:
Effective HRM planning is essential to ensure that educational institutions can meet the competency requirements of teachers in line with current educational advancements and labor market needs.
Purpose:
This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) planning at SD 28 Pontianak Utara in alignment with labor market demands.
Design/method/approach:
This research employs a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Participants include the school principal, teachers, and other educational staff at SD 28 Pontianak Utara.
Results:
The findings reveal that HRM planning at the school requires improvement, particularly in the development of teacher competencies and curriculum adjustments to meet future labor market demands. A gap was identified between the skills taught at the school and those required by the labor market, particularly in technology and 21st-century skills.
Contribution/value:
This school needs to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its HRM planning to enhance the relevance of education to the workforce. Recommendations include providing regular training for teachers and updating the curriculum to align with the evolving demands of the labor market
Learning Management at Pondok Senyum Indonesia: Analysis of Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation
Background
The implementation of learning in schools has become increasingly innovative, making management play a crucial role in the development of learning.
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to understand how learning development management is conducted at Pondok Senyum through an analysis of management dimensions: planning, actuating, and evaluation.
Design/method/approach
This research employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation and interviews, and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques.
Results
The findings reveal that the learning development management at Pondok Senyum has been implemented well, starting from planning formulation derived from its vision, as well as the implementation process. However, the evaluation dimension needs improvement. It is hoped that by optimizing all dimensions of management, effective and efficient learning management can be achieved. Therefore, the evaluation dimension should become a primary focus moving forward in learning development management.
Contribution/value
The planning and implementation that have been carried out cannot measure their effectiveness. This should become a main focus for Pondok Senyum in the future, as in learning management, it is not enough to simply formulate good planning, and it is not enough to execute the plan effectively in the actuating stage
Transformational Leadership and Its Impact on School Performance in the 21st Century

Purpose
This study explores the influence of transformational leadership on various dimensions of school performance, including academic outcomes, teacher motivation, and institutional innovation.
Design/method/approach
Utilizing a comprehensive literature review and empirical data from multiple educational institutions, this article examines the mechanisms through which transformational leadership fosters a collaborative, motivated, and performance-driven school culture.
Results
Key leadership components—such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—are analyzed in relation to their impact on both teachers and students. The findings suggest that schools led by transformational leaders experience higher levels of teacher engagement, improved student outcomes, and greater adaptability to educational reforms.

This paper contributes to the growing body of research on educational leadership by highlighting the critical role of transformational leadership in driving school success in the modern era
Digital Transformation in Educational Human Resource Development in Inclusion Schools
Background
Digital transformation in inclusive schools is a strategic step To upgrade the quality of educational human resources. By utilizing technology effectively, schools can create learning environments that are more inclusive and adaptive to the needs of all students.
Purpose
This study aims to explore how digital transformation impacts the development of human resources (HR) in inclusive schools.
Design/method/approach
Utilizing a qualitative approach through literature review, this research synthesizes data from recent journals, books, and articles published between 2014 and 2024.
Results
The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly enhances HR development by providing interactive and adaptive training methods such as e-learning platforms and simulation tools, which are crucial for improving the skills of educators in inclusive settings. Additionally, digital tools facilitate flexible learning and better communication between teachers, students, and parents, thus supporting a more inclusive educational environment. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, insufficient training, and regional disparities need to be addressed to fully realize the benefits of digital transformation.
Contribution/value
The study highlights that while digital transformation offers substantial improvements in teaching and HR development, ongoing support and resource allocation are essential for overcoming existing obstacles and maximizing its positive impact on inclusive education

This article discusses various aspects of student management, ranging from creating a conducive learning environment and facilitating effective learning to managing extracurricular activities.

This research employs a qualitative approach with literature study data collection techniques.
Results
The results show that good student management can create a comfortable learning atmosphere and support the development of students' interests and talents. Additionally, collaboration between schools, educators, and parents also plays an important role in optimizing students' potential.

The diversity of types of Islamic educational institutions makes learning management a very important role, namely as a center in ensuring that the education provided is not only relevant to religious values, but also in accordance with the development of science and technology.
Purpose
The purpose of writing this journal is to describe and explain learning management in Islamic Educational Institutions.
Design/method/approach
The research method used is a literature review which involves collecting literature from various sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant dissertations. The literature that has been collected is then evaluated for quality and relevance through critical analysis of abstracts, research methods, and main findings.
Results
The results of the educational study indicate that learning management in Islamic institutions as a whole is able to create a teaching and learning atmosphere by applying academic aspects of Islamic values, learning management is a structured planning process to achieve effective and efficient educational goals in accordance with Islamic principles.
Contribution/value
The development of religious culture in Islamic educational institutions through extracurricular activities not only enriches academic learning, but also strengthens the moral and spiritual foundations of students which are important in forming a generation with noble character
Spiritual Leadership of Teacher at Islamic Boarding School Darul Kamal An-Nur NW Kembang Kerang: In the Study of Islamic Education Management
Background
The concept of spiritual leadership of the spiritual leader is one of the efforts to overcome various crises, including the moral crisis of students, as well as the leadership crisis in the 21st century.
Purpose
This research is important to understand the spiritual leadership of Tuan Guru at the Darul Kamal An-Nur NW Kembang Kerang Islamic Boarding School in the context of Islamic education management.
Design/method/approach
The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through observations, documentation, and interviews. In contrast, secondary data came from scientific journals, documents, and other sources related to spiritual leadership in the study of Islamic education management.
Results
The results show that Tuan Guru's spiritual leadership emphasizes creating an organizational environment based on love, empathy, faith, and purity. The crisis of leadership and the decline in students' character can be addressed through spiritual leadership, character education, and motivation. The Focus of Tuan Guru's spiritual leadership at the Darul Kamal An-Nur NW Kembang Kerang Islamic boarding school is the formation of student character and motivation, and the harmonious relationship between teachers, students, parents, and the wider community.
Contribution/value
This concept illustrates how the spiritual leadership pattern of Tuan Guru shapes the character of students, their learning motivation, and the solidarity among teachers
