The study was conducted at Education Department Bekasi Regency. The research was conducted using survey method with qualitatif approach an path analysis technique. Based on the result of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1)the interpersonal communication have positive direct effect to productivity, (2)the discipline have positif direct effect to productivity, (3)the interpersonal communicaton have positive direct effect to discipline. Get PDFThe objective of this research is to study information about the effect of organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the productivity. Ministry of National Education of Indonesia by using survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The sample size in the research was done to 74 headmaster with samples taken using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analyses, regressive analysis, and line analysis method. The result shows that there are direct influence of the followings: (1) there is positively direct effect of organizational climate on the productivity, (2) there is positively direct effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the productivity (3) there is positively direct effect of organizational climate on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). It is expected that the results of the research could be implied in increasing and optimalizing the productivity, organizational climate , and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) should be taken into account

Data collection done toward 80 from 100 teachers of teacher’s teamwork Dewi Sartika in the district Koja, North Jakarta. The methodologhy of this research used the survey method. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. KONTRIBUSI ISO 9001:2008 DALAM PENINGKATAN MANAJEMEN MUTU SEKOLAH: Studi Kasus di SMP NEGERI 115 Jakarta
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to comprehend contribution of ISO 9001:2008 in improving school quality management. It is a qualitative research with a case study method conducted in 115 Junior High School, Jakarta since February to May 2013. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, and recording. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) continuous improvement is a cycle of plan, do, check, and act to achieve quality; (2) work process, teamwork, and communication are needed by team work in achieving the quality; (3) training is held by the school to improve the quality of human resources. Those aspects done effectively since school management of 115 Junior High School implemented ISO 9001:2008. The findings lead to the recommendation that (1) continuous improvement should be done though not monitored by ISO; (2) increasing commitment to team work; (3) monitoring and evaluation on training should be done internally and externally. It is also recommended for education stakeholders to improve accountability in assessing standard of education

The Research has been implemented by using path analysis, after all variables put into a matrix of correlation. In this research, employees had been choosen as a unit analysis and 104 samples selected by randomly. The result of research indicates : (1) there is direct effect of team characteristic on job performance, (2) there is direct effect of trust on job performance, (3) there is direct effect of team characteristic on trust.
