Transformasi Permukiman Kumuh Melalui Konsep Kampung Vertikal Berbasis Potensi Sosial dan Lingkungan di Kampung Aur, Medan
Slum settlements remain a global challenge requiring localized and sustainable interventions. Kampung Aur, located in Medan City along the Deli River, is one such densely populated urban area classified as a slum. Considering its environmental risks, social conditions, and flood vulnerability, this study aims to formulate a vertical kampung (vertical village) strategy as a renewal solution rooted in the community’s local character. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using field observations, interviews, and spatial analysis in Neighborhood Units III and IV. The findings highlight Kampung Aur’s strategic potential in terms of historical value, socio-cultural resilience, and proximity to urban and commercial centers, which make it a viable candidate for vertical upgrading. Four alternative massing models are proposed—low-rise blocks, high-rise slabs, courtyard and tower, and high-rise cluster—each assessed for spatial efficiency, ventilation, flood resistance, and livability. The study further recommends integrated strategies including improved microclimate design, green open spaces, and functional zoning to enhance social interaction and environmental resilience. In conclusion, vertical kampung development represents a context-sensitive transformation strategy for waterfront slum areas. Its success relies on participatory planning, socio-economic empowerment, and the preservation of local identity within a sustainable and inclusive urban framework

Analyzing Impact Hyperreality Blackpink The Game in Metaverse World of The Game Players
The increasing K-pop music industry phenomenon happens because of the influence of social media, which people quickly access. The simplicity of social media allows collaboration in the K-pop music industry. It can be seen from the partnership of a game developer with a Korean music agency to make a game named Blackpink The Game. By inviting players, players will be asked to simulate being a girl band producer so that the girl band becomes famous and builds a simulacra. Moreover, the players will be invited to be stimulated to be anoBlackpink members to complete a specific mission. With the hyperreality analytics of Baudrillard, simulacra in the Game chooses one member of Blackpink and finishes the task. At the same time, hyperreality is the interaction between members of Blackpink and the producer until there are no boundaries between reality and the virtual world. The study method is a literature review with Jean Baudrillard's theory of the reality of The Game players. The purpose of the study is to see the impact of hyperreality on Blackpink. The Game Player
Revisiting the ASEAN Charter: Urgency and Implications
This article examines how the ASEAN Charter, which came into force in 2008, has transformed the dynamics and effectiveness of ASEAN in addressing regional challenges, strengthening cooperation among member states, and clarifying ASEAN's identity and role in the international arena. However, the implementation of the ASEAN Charter faces implementation challenges and substantive relevance challenges. This has prompted an urgent need to review and revise the ASEAN Charter, which is no longer relevant to the rapidly changing global and regional landscape. This revision will enable ASEAN to adapt to changes, ensure its relevance, effectiveness, and readiness to meet AMS's evolving needs and priorities, and address complex and dynamic challenges in the region. The researcher conducted a desk study approach to collect primary and secondary data from 2008 – 2023. The study method is qualitative descriptive and analyzed using the triangulation method with narrative content analysis. This article concludes that the revision of the ASEAN Charter will pose risks, uncertainties, and a series of unforeseen consequences that could undermine ASEAN's stability and unity. Thus, the recommendation to ensure the relevance of the ASEAN Charter is to conduct a review focused on developing a familiar voice and resolving conflicts effectively
Optimum Antenna Height for 5G Radio Networks Using the Spatial Multi-tier Microcell Method
The construction of macrocell towers in large numbers has become a concern for city governments in terms of aesthetics. In 5G network technology, with a higher operating frequency, the resulting coverage becomes smaller, allowing for a reduction in antenna height. This study aims to re-evaluate the optimum antenna height based on coverage proportion criteria. Coverage calculations were performed using the COST 231 Hata path loss model and the Kathrein 742215 antenna model. A cellular network with a coverage radius of less than 500 m can utilize an antenna height of 10 m, where the required transmission power tends to be low, such as 1-watt, and a downtilt angle of 0° is sufficient. As the required cell radius increases beyond 500 m, the antenna height also becomes higher, starting from 20 m, with transmission power ranging from 10-watts to 20-watts and a downtilt angle in the range of 6°. Research findings also indicate that previous methods for calculating antenna height overlooked overshooting in the subsequent tier areas. Based on this method, coverage can be adjusted by considering handover zones and overshooting beyond the first tie

Business Education Reformation Through Innovative Funding in Nigeria
The study investigated Business Education reformation through innovative funding in Nigeria. It is an expository research design using secondary data. Recently, the discussion on the economy has brought the government's attention to the Business Education program in the Nation's educational system to combat unemployment and poverty in society and improve the Nation's economic performance. The system put in place by the Federal Government of Nigeria is to allow all sectors of the economy, including education, the need for the change of vocational training education, and the introduction of new strategies for its funding in the country. In this study, we learn and understand how to reform Business Education with proper funding in Nigeria. The sector faces funding challenges that limit its ability to deliver the desired outcome. Findings revealed that the government was solely responsible for funding business education in the country, and the available funds were inadequate to achieve the desired goals. Suppose the desired reformation of business education is to be completed. In that case, a new funding process for business education must be adopted for all institutions and sections, as well as private and multinational companies. However, it was suggested that for the transformation of business education in the Nation, funding processes that are innovative, such as alum endowment funds, foreign aid, increase in government budgetary allocation, Non-Governmental Organizations contributions, and rule of law on industries and manufacturing companies to contribute to business education growth in Nigeri
