Rancang Bangun Lengan Robot Berbasis Arduino Menggunakan Sistem Kontrol Sensor Giroskop
This research focuses on the design and construction of an Arduino microcontroller-based robotic arm, using MPU6050 gyroscope and accelerometer sensors to mimic human hand movements. The goal is to improve efficiency and safety in industrial applications, especially for remote object manipulation in high-risk areas. The development process includes design, testing, and overcoming challenges such as sensor calibration and real-time response. The results show that the robotic arm is able to accurately follow human hand movements, offering a practical solution for industry. This research supports the development of adaptive and safe robotics technology in high-risk work environments
Sistem Kontrol dan Monitoring Level dan Flow Tangki Sirkulasi Berbasis ESP8266
Fluid circulation system is a process that is often carried out in wastewater treatment, chemical industry processes or feed water for boilers. Controlling and monitoring the flow and level of fluid in the circulation system is very vital in a process, especially in the chemical industry process. The Internet of things using the ESP8266 device can be utilized for the effectiveness and efficiency of control and monitoring. In this study, flow sensors and level sensors are combined into a flow and level control model in a fluid circulation system with circulation between 2 tanks. The accuracy of tank level measurement is 97.05% when compared between actual measurements and measurements on wirelessly connected devices. The actuator response in the circulation system is the main part that will be modeled and built on wireless applications and a fairly reliable response is obtained even though there is an average response delay of 1.28 seconds. From the results of the research that was developed, it has been able to become a level and flow control and monitoring system using the ESP 8266 device as part of the control and monitoring system developed in the industrial 4.0 scheme
Public Services Quality at The Land Office of Lubuklinggau as an Integrity Zone Development Area
This study aims to analyze the quality of public services at the Lubuklinggau City Land Office which has implemented the development of integrity zones and the implementation of electronic services. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study results show that the quality of public services at the Lubuklinggau City Land Office is assessed in terms of tangible aspects, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy as good but still needs improvement. Several factors that support service quality are electronic service applications provided by the central government, the use of technology in services, clear procedures and SOPs, supportive policies and regulations, and evaluation and supervision. In addition, factors that inhibit service quality are human resources, community response to accommodation and transportation costs, and community response to electronic certificates. Furthermore, factors that also inhibit are changes in services to electronic certificates, imperfect electronic service applications, and limited facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to improve regulations, increase outreach, consummation at the applications, and fulfill facilities and infrastructure to maximize service quality
Family Support terhadap Kemampuan Adaptasi dengan Persepsi Pengembangan Karir sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kemampuan adaptasi dengan persepsi pengembangan karir sebagai variabel mediasi. Kemampuan adaptasi merupakan kemampuan individu untuk dapat menyikapi perubahan dalam hidupnya, baik dari dalam dirinya maupun lingkungannya. Individu yang kemampuan adaptasinya baik akan bersikap realistik dan objektif sehingga tidak akan menunjukkan adanya kesenggangan antara dirinya dengan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap persepsi pengembangan karir anggota polisi. Terdapat pengaruh persepsi pengembangan karir terhadap kemampuan adaptasi anggota polisi. Tidak terdapat pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kemampuan adaptasi anggota polisi. Terdapat peran mediasi persepsi pengembangan karir pada pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kemampuan adaptasi anggota polisi
Peran Trait Kepribadian sebagai Moderator dalam Hubungan Antara Workplace Ostracism dan Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Generasi Z Jakarta
Tingginya angka turnover karyawan Generasi Z menjadi tantangan serius bagi organisasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah trait kepribadian berperan sebagai moderator dalam hubungan antara workplace ostracism dan turnover intention pada karyawan Generasi Z di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 408 partisipan yang diperoleh melalui teknik convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi workplace ostracism scale, intention to leave scale, dan big five inventory. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS, PROCESS MACRO, dan JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) workplace ostracism berhubungan positif secara signifikan dengan turnover intention; (b) trait kepribadian tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan turnover intention secara langsung; (c) tidak terdapat peran moderasi dari kelima dimensi trait kepribadian (openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, dan neuroticism) terhadap hubungan antara workplace ostracism dan turnover intention. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa trait kepribadian tidak berkaitan dengan turnover intention, dan tidak memengaruhi kekuatan hubungan antara workplace ostracism dan turnover intention. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu fokus pada upaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif sebagai strategi utama untuk menekan turnover karyawan Generasi Z
Exergy Analysis in the Application of Exhaust Heat Utilization Through Diesel Engine Cooling Unit for Organic Rankine Cycle
A Very rapid population growth has resulted in fossil energy being gradually depleted and environmental pollution getting worse. So far, burning fossil fuels has produced about 40% of global carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, which are considered a major source of greenhouse gases. The Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) has become the main power source for cars, trucks, locomotives, and ships. In ordinary diesel engines, less than 45% of the fuel energy can be converted into useful work output from the crankshaft, and the remaining energy is largely lost through exhaust gases and jacket water. One way that can be done is to utilize the waste from the internal combustion engine (ICE). This method uses the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) system by utilizing the wasted heat generated by the Diesel engine when operating, through the engine coolant coming out of the engine gap (water jacket) to the radiator. In this study, the study focused on the exergy analysis of each component in the ORC system integrated in the diesel engine cooling unit which was simulated using Aspen Plus software. The analytical method used in this study is the exergy method with variations in ambient temperature of 20oC, 21oC, 22oC, 23oC, 24oC, 25oC, 26oC, 27 oC, and 28 oC using the working fluid R141B. The results showed that the greatest exergy destruction was found in the components of the pump, evaporator, and turbine
Compressive Strength Characteristics of Mortar Composite Materials Influenced by the Fly Ash Mass Composition Ratio
The application of science and technology to mortar composite materials creates increasingly better economic value advantages and its development potential has a positive impact on the field of building construction with the implementation of household appliances, coral transplant media, sea walls, roads, curbs, paving blocks, reclaimed land, plant vases, wall ornaments, and acoustic panels. Fly ash material as industrial waste has been categorized as non-B3 waste by the government so that the use of Fly Ash can be optimized to maintain environmental sustainability and become a catalyst for driving the community's economy. This study with a 1: 2 ratio mortar material added with fly ash material to analyze the mechanical properties of the material using experimental testing methods on 3 variations of fly ash material compositions in sequence 10%, 30%, and 50% aims to obtain compressive strength characteristics and mass percentage. The test results provide the highest compressive strength value data on 10% fly ash material of 28.10 MPa while other composition variations tend to show a decrease in the ability of material resilience properties in sequence of 9.36% and 20.32%. The mechanical properties of compressive strength meet the quality requirements of SNI 03-0691-1996 for implementation on paving blocks of type B quality and SNI 2442-2020 for application on concrete curbs. The influence of mass composition provides a positive contribution creating an increasing trend towards the mass percentage where the response of fly ash variations is respectively 20.74% and 14.33%
Penerapan Hukum Bagi Pelaku Aborsi Secara Ilegal
The enforcement of law concerning illegal abortion encompasses a range of criminal penalties outlined in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and other legislative frameworks. These legal actions are not only directed at the primary perpetrators, such as healthcare providers or individuals who perform abortions, but also extend to others involved, including parents or partners who assist or support the act. The purpose of this article is to examine the factors contributing to the occurrence of illegal abortions and the application of legal measures against those who commit them. The methodology employed in this study uses a normative approach, utilizing a literature review of relevant laws and court decisions. The findings reveal that although the legal framework imposes severe penalties on individuals involved in illegal abortions, various obstacles hinder effective law enforcement. These include lack of oversight, ineffective enforcement mechanisms, and socio-economic factors that contribute to the high prevalence of illegal abortion. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed to raise legal awareness, improve regulations, and implement more compassionate strategies in addressing illegal abortion cases
Evaluation of Employee Performance in the Implementation of UPT Inpatient Services. Gunung Tinggi Health Center in Deli Tengah Regency
This study aims to evaluate the performance of employees in improving inpatient services at UPT. Gunung Tinggi Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. Employee performance greatly affects the quality of services received by the community. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with an in-depth interview, observation, and documentation approach to collect data. The research informants consisted of the head of the Health Centre, medical personnel, and inpatients who provided views related to the service. The results of the study show that inpatient services at the Health Centre have been running well with clear standard procedures, although there are still challenges in the limitations of facilities and infrastructure. High employee performance, including discipline and motivation, has contributed to community satisfaction, although some constraints related to the facilities and location of the Puskesmas need to be improved. This research provides an overview of the importance of employee performance management in maintaining the quality of public services and enhancing the public's perception of Puskesmas
Analisis Aktor dan Dinamika Collaborative Governance dalam Pengelolaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Pagutan Kota Mataram
Penelitian ini didasari oleh pergeseran fungsi RTH yang seharusnya mulai melibatkan banyak actor agar tercapainya pemanfaatan RTH secara maksimal, baik secara ekologi, lingkungan maupun social budaya. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pengelolaan dan pengembangan RTH masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti minimnya keterlibatan multi actor sehingga menjadikan beban yang cukup tinggi bagi DLH. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi aktor kunci yang berperan dalam proses koordinasi, dan dapat mengungkap pola collaborative governance dalam setiap tahapnya melalui metode SNA (Social Network Analysis) sehingga dapat menjawab tantangan pengelolaan dan pengembangan RTH. Hasil dari penelitian ini sendiri adalah DLH sebagai faktor dominan atau sebagai aktor kunci, disetiap tahapan yaitu tahapan assessment, initiation, deliberation, dan implementation sudah berjalan, tetapi tidak seimbang. DLH tampil sebagai aktor dominan di semua tahap, sementara dinas lain hanya berperan periferal atau bahkan tidak berkontribusi. Sehingga Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa pengelolaan RTH ke depannya dapat dilakukan transisi dari pola jejaring “star network” menuju “collaborative network” yang lebih seimbang, dengan distribusi peran antar aktor, Pemerintah Kota Mataram dapat menetapkan regulasi atau kebijakan khusus yang mengatur kolaborasi lintas dinas dalam pengelolaan RTH, agar keberlanjutan lebih terjamin dan dapat membentuk forum komunikasi khusus pengelolaan RTH sebagai forum komunikasi aktif antar aktor
