Konstruksi Hukum dalam Standarisasi Tata Kelola Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah untuk Mendukung Efektivitas Pembangunan Nasional
Regional development planning is a crucial component of the national development system. However, decentralization and variations in institutional capacity across regions pose serious challenges to the uniformity and effectiveness of planning governance. This study aims to analyze the role of legal construction in promoting the standardization of regional development planning governance to support the effectiveness of national development. Using a normative juridical approach, this research applies a literature review method focusing on laws and regulations, policy documents, and relevant academic literature. The findings indicate that a strong and adaptive legal framework is essential to establish a well-coordinated, data-driven planning system that is responsive to long-term development needs. The main obstacles identified include overlapping regulations, disparities in institutional capacity, and the suboptimal application of accountability and public participation principles. The study recommends regulatory harmonization between central and regional governments, strengthening the capacity of planning institutions, and developing an integrated information system with clear legal provisions. In conclusion, an effective legal construction serves as a fundamental foundation for creating a standardized governance structure for regional development planning, capable of accelerating and sustaining national development
Transformasi Sekolah Digital dalam Tantangan Hukum dan Perubahan Sosial Era Pendidikan 5.0
The conventional-to-digital school transformation represents a fundamental shift in the educational system that is not merely technological, but also social and normative. This transition reflects a movement from traditional learning models toward a technology-based educational ecosystem that demands legal adaptation and structural social change. This study aims to analyze how educational digitalization influences the form of social solidarity and the role of education law in maintaining social equilibrium in the Education 5.0 era. The research employs a socio-legal approach with a descriptive-analytical method, utilizing content analysis and thematic analysis of relevant literature, statutory regulations, and digital education policies. The findings indicate that digital transformation reshapes social solidarity from Durkheim’s mechanical form toward an organic model, wherein social relations within education are increasingly built upon differentiated roles and functional interdependence among educational actors. Furthermore, education law undergoes a process of rationalization, shifting from a repressive to a restitutive function, in line with Soerjono Soekanto’s perspective, emphasizing digital rights protection, technological ethics, and social balance. Thus, digital transformation constitutes not only a technological innovation but also a process of social and legal reconstruction that shapes new patterns of solidarity and responsibility within modern education

Understanding Consumers Intention toward Electric Vehicles Through the SOR Framework
This study investigated the determinants of electric vehicle (EV) purchase intentions in Batam, Indonesia, utilizing the Stimulus–Organism–Response (SOR) framework. We examined how four external stimuli government support, perceived monetary benefits, technology orientation, and perceived risk influence consumer attitude and subsequent purchase intention. Data collected from 356 potential EV adopters via purposive sampling were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that government support, per-ceived monetary benefits, and technology orientation significantly enhance consumer attitude, which, in turn, strongly strengthens purchase intention. This confirms attitude as a central psychological me-chanism mediating the SOR process in EV adoption. However, perceived risk was found to have no significant effect on either attitude or intention, suggesting that a strong policy-supported environment in Batam might mitigate consumer concerns regarding EV technology. These findings validate the SOR framework's application in understanding EV adoption in developing markets. Practically, the study em-phasizes that accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility requires continued government fiscal incentives, sustained technological advancements, and effective public awareness campaigns. By strengthening these positive stimuli, policymakers and practitioners can significantly enhance consumer readiness and contribute to national green-transportation goals
ENGARUH KONSENTRASI MAMIGRO DAN PUPUK KANDANG AYAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN KACANG ERCIS (Pisum sativum L.)
Efforts to increase the growth and yield of peas by providing foliar fertilizer or chicken manure. If the dose, type, time, and method of fertilization are correct, the plant's response to fertilizer application can increase growth and yield. This study aims to determine the effect of plant growth on the provision of Mamigro concentration and chicken manure on pea plants. This study used a Randomized Block Design consisting of two factors and repeated three times. Factor I is the concentration of Mamigro (M), consisting of 3 levels, namely M0 (Control), M1 (2 g / L), M2 (4 g / L). Factor II is chicken manure (P) consisting of 3 levels, namely, P0 (Control), P1 (1 kg / plot), P2 (2 kg / plot). The observation parameters are plant length, number of leaves, flowering days. The provision of Mamigro concentration has a significant effect on the parameter of flowering days. The best growth was found in the M2 treatment (Mamigro concentration 4 g / L). The provision of chicken manure has a significant effect on the parameters of plant length, number of leaves. The best growth was found in treatment P2 (chicken manure 20 tons/ha). The best combination was found in treatment M1P1 (Mamigro concentration 2 g/L and chicken manure 10 tons/ha
