Research on Meeting the Demand of the Population for A Group of Medicines Intended for the Treatment of Skin Diseases
The problem of the spread of skin diseases in Russia and abroad in the last period is quite acute. Among the reasons for the development of this group of diseases, researchers determine genetic factors, poor ecology, impaired liver function, etc. In this regard, those suffering from this group of diseases are necessarily provided with qualified medical care, and pharmacy institutions form the necessary range of drugs that can improve the standard of living of patients. For this reason, we consider it necessary to analyze the level of demand for certain drugs used for the treatment of skin diseases in the pharmacy network of Belgorod, as well as factors that allow us to assess certain aspects that affect the formation of the range of these drugs in pharmacies. The purpose of the work was defined as follows: to conduct a study of meeting the demand of the population for groups of medicines intended for the treatment of skin diseases. The conducted analysis shows the following. Drugs intended for the treatment of skin diseases are in high demand (59.09%); 22.73% of drugs are in low demand, the lack of demand was observed in 18.18% of the studied group of drugs. In this paper, recommendations were formulated to optimize the assortment policy of the World of Medicines pharmacy chain in Belgorod. Since it was determined that high demand drugs such as Argosulfan, Belosalic, Avekort, Cinocap, Candiderm, Alorom, Lomaherpan, Metrogyl, Nitrofungin. It is for this reason that it is necessary to increase the volume of their purchases to better meet the demand of the population for these drugs. It was also revealed that it is necessary to reduce the volume of purchases of drugs, the demand for which is reduced. It is drugs such as Daktarin, Adolen, Camadol, Ammifurin, Bramisil, Batrafen, Berestin, Hiporhamin (they came in the results of ABC-analysis to the group C). In addition, the pharmacy should promote this group of drugs to familiarize consumers with them and offer them at a reduced price, so as not to burden the turnover of medicines and not to reduce the effectiveness of the pharmacy. The paper concluded that, according to the study, the demand for medicines used in the treatment of skin diseases is quite high. At the same time, the administration of the pharmacy chain should pay more attention to the analysis of the purchased groups of medicines in this category in order to prevent overloading the pharmacy balance with drugs, the demand for which is reduced, as this negatively affects the effectiveness of the pharmacy organization. In this regard, it is advisable to conduct an ABC analysis of the assortment groups of drugs at least once a quarter, as well as take the necessary measures to promote drugs used in the treatment of skin diseases that are in insufficient demand among the population
Advantages and Disadvantages of Distance Learning in Universities
Distance learning has always been of interest to researchers and scientists since its inception. In the current environment of the modern world, this type of training is becoming increasingly popular despite the large number of its opponents. Of course, it can not be called absolutely perfect, because it requires the availability of impeccable technical equipment of educational institutions, uninterrupted Internet, a perfectly working portal and an appropriate platform for such training. The Article is devoted to the description of the advantages and disadvantages of learning in higher education. In the context of modern realities, distance learning is spreading faster and faster in all areas of our life, in particular in the educational process. However, it cannot completely replace traditional learning. There is no doubt that distance learning has a number of advantages, but in view of the lack of uninterrupted Internet outside of large cities, and sometimes its complete absence, there are many problems regarding the organization of this type of training. It should also be noted that distance learning requires a lot of self-discipline of a person and the ability to independently study a particular subject. Therefore, before making a decision to completely replace traditional distance learning, it is necessary to weigh all the pros and cons, remembering that distance learning cannot be perfect enough and that it cannot be a worthy replacement for traditional learning
Individual Model of Psychological Health in Educational Process Subjects in Distance Learning Conditions
The article examines the problem of studying the individual model of psychological health of the students and employees of the Moscow International Academy (MIA). The goal is to explore the specific characteristics of personal psychological health in MIA students and employees. The implementation of the research program required the researcher to be ready and able to interact in the field of mental and psychological health of the individual, knowledge of age, individual psychological characteristics of the respondents to develop a research program, the ability to conduct psychodiagnostic work, the ability to analyze their own activities in order to optimize it, as well as to be creative. solving the assinged tasks. Authors used the methodology “Individual model of psychological health” by A.V. Kozlov. The method “Individual model of psychological health” was developed in 2014 in the course of psychosemantic analysis of the concept by students of the phenomenon of psychological health. Based on the data acquired, it can be concluded that the hypothesis on the influence of self-isolation on the model of psychological health in various age groups is partially confirmed as older study participants face difficulties with life prospects and experience stress when planning their future. Students also demonstrate low development levels in some components of the model explained by the general level of personality development in the intellectual and spiritual aspects
Management Model of Energy Enterprises Innovative Development Within Physiological Working Conditions
This paper takes into account scientific approaches to mathematical modeling usage of interval data analysis to develop and improve the innovation management system due to effective innovative solutions related to the sale of energy resources and services including physiological working conditions of employees. The research outlines the tools for implementing the strategy of energy companies’ innovative development based on dynamic interval management models of enterprises innovative development, which substantiate management decisions and correlates physiological working conditions of employees. As a result, all these factors make it possible to predict the impact of a system of innovative development factors on the enterprise financial condition. Construction methods of an integrated indicator level combined with workers physiological conditions of energy enterprises innovative development have been used and provided on the optimization of the factor space that creates the company's innovation policy and takes into account its causal links, human factor, physical level of readiness. The article results allowed its usage for modeling the impact of innovation level on the financial performance of energy companies as well as a study of the state of innovative development of energy enterprises in the region. The mathematical modeling has been used to build such a tool for managing the innovative development of energy market enterprises. One of the most effective approaches to modeling the dynamics of economic processes is the set-theoretic approach accompanied with physical level of employee. Within this approach, the models contain parameters and variables represented as sets of guaranteed or acceptable values, or as fuzzy sets with known matching functions. The paper determines that the advantage of this approach is that it does not require large samples of data (time series) to obtain adequate models, and preliminary study of statistical characteristics of data, such as the law of data distribution and others. The interval models, which describe indicators of economic processes in intervals of possible values or functional corridors, have been chosen as one type of models. It has been proposed to choose gross income as an indicator of the financial condition of energy market enterprises, because the activities of energy companies are essentially the sale of energy resources and services. Accordingly, innovative solutions aimed at improving sales should receive a response to gross sales revenue. The management mathematical dynamic models proposed in the work scientifically substantiate the decisions made and allow predicting the influence of the system of innovative development factors and physiological working conditions of employees on the financial condition of the enterprise

Social Partnership: The Development of Soft Skills In Young People In Regions
Improvement of value orientations in the process of forming the professional competence of teachers
This study examines the issues of value orientations of a teacher and their development as an integral part of professional competence. We drew attention to the relationship between the value orientations and the value sphere within the process of teacher’s professional development, the conditionality of professional competence by the value system. The aim of the research is the theoretical and empirical study of value orientations as a component of the professional competence of teachers. Particular attention is paid to the role and significance of creativity in the teaching performance. Based on the analysis of current literary sources, we examined the phenomenon of professional creativity of a teacher, made an attempt to define this concept and considered its structure and structural components. The research methodology and its algorithm were selected due to the purpose of the study. Experimental work included a complex psychological and pedagogical experiment and diagnostics of the stated parameters before and after the implementation of the advanced training. The study was carried out on the basis of the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “The Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia” (RUDN). The results of the study allow us to conclude that there is a significant relationship between the professional creativity of a teacher and the effectiveness of professional performance, which is confirmed by the results of statistical processing of the data obtained. In the Russian psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of professional competence two basic concepts are discussed, competence and competency. Researchers argue that these concepts are multidimensional and systemic in nature. In Russia, the difference between these concepts is most thoroughly substantiated in the glossary of the Federal State Educational Standard. It is indicated that competencies consist of knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as of practical experience. The ability to apply them in professional activities is called competence.
Self-determination of the transformation process of the body self-image in the structure of self-awareness of persons with cerebrospinal injuries
The research objective is to determine the specific features of the influence of self-determination on the transformation of the body self-image in the self-awareness of people with cerebrospinal injuries. The study involved 2,482 people: 682 subjects (18 to 40 years old) with an injury sustained in a period of up to 2 years; 811 subjects (18-40 years old) with an injury sustained in a period of 2-5 years; 989 subjects (18-40 years old) with an injury sustained in a period of over 5 years. The study of the body self-image was carried out with the proprietary methodology of MSBSI (multidimensional study of the body self-image) and the BIQLI questionnaire by T.F. Cash. The dynamics of the body self-image in individuals within different post-injury periods has been determined. The strong correlations between the features of the body self-image and the development level of a person's self-determination have been revealed. Psychological recovery of persons with cerebrospinal injuries should include programs focused on the development of a person's ability of self-determination.
