Discussing the motives to learn Russian as a foreign language during COVID-19 pandemic: psychopedagogical aspect
The article shows that the coronavirus pandemic has led to a rapid modernization of Russian education due to the widespread introduction of online learning. The features of the modern educational environment are considered, its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. It is proved that psychologists and teachers should pay special attention to the study of the motives of learning Russian as a foreign language at the pre-university stage of training. Maintaining motivation will contribute to the success of training, maintaining the prestige of Russian education and, as a result, attracting foreign applicants and students to study in Russian universities
Assessing the factors affecting the development of rural entrepreneurship: A case study of villages in Torbat-e Heydarieh, Kadkan district
Entrepreneurship is one of the most important tools for planning and achieving the development of rural communities. Today, due to the problems in these communities, attention and emphasis on rural entrepreneurship is very important; because entrepreneurship can with creation an effective role in improving the economic and living conditions of villages by creating new employment and income opportunities. This article has been written with the aim of evaluating the factors affecting the development of rural entrepreneurship in a case study of villages in Torbat-e Heydarieh, Kadkan district. The research method was descriptive-analytical and the data collection method was library and field. One-sample t-test with principal component analysis was used to analyze the data. The statistical population of the study was the villagers of Kadkan district of Torbat-e Heydarieh, from which 240 people were selected as a sample and they were asked to complete a questionnaire. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, the content and face validity technique was used with the judgment of experts on research questions. The reliability of the research instrument was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which is above 0.75 for all dimensions and indicates the desirable capability of the questionnaire. The results showed that among the factors affecting entrepreneurship, the economic factor is the most influential factor in the study area. The results also showed that rural entrepreneurship is one of the suitable fields for creating employment in agricultural and non-agricultural sectors and one of the important factors in achieving sustainable development in rural areas.
Presenting an Extended Model of Money Laundering Control According to Factors Related to Transparency in the Banking System of Islamic Republic of Iran (Case study of Melli Bank of Iran)
The aim of this study is to present an extended model of money laundering control according to the factors related to transparency in the banking system of Melli Bank of Iran. Accordingly, in this study, the factors affecting money laundering control were first identified through exploratory studies and survey of experts familiar with the subject using Delphi technique, and then, these factors were tested in the form of a model designed in the statistical population. The statistical population of the study to test the model included all 321 senior managers of Melli Bank branches in Kerman province, 200 of whom were selected as the sample through a convenience random sampling method. The present study is a descriptive-survey study conducted using field method. Also, this research is applied-developmental in terms of objective. The method of data collection in this study was a combination of library and field studies and data were collected through reviewing of documents, interviews and questionnaires (2 questionnaires) that their validity and reliability of were confirmed with a high percentage. The research data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS 22 software. The research results confirmed the research model and showed that controlling and supervising foreign currencies, creating a powerful organization, providing statistical reports, the role of supervisors and transparency in financial and administrative systems are effective in controlling money laundering
Building of professional communicative competence in foreign students
The Turkish students who study at Russian universities continue learning Russian at the main departments. The main difficulty which foreign students face while learning Russian is scientific style. Those who teach Russian as a foreign language admit that foreign students are often unprepared to learn specific vocabulary. A reflection on Attar Neyshabouri's Masnavi illustration
Image or imagination, ink and paste are the main themes of poetry, and since the end of the sixth century, which is one of the most fertile periods of Persian literature, the poets of this period freely imposed many poetic fantasies on Persian literature, And for centuries, with various acquisitions, they were influential in the poetry of the poets of the generations after them (Shafiee, 1999, pp. 404 and 405). The use of abstract and difficult philosophical and philosophical concepts in mystical poetic works has been common in various ways and forms in the form of allegorical anecdotes, educational stories and moral sermons. And provides various perspectives for the study and evaluation of such works. Attar Neyshabouri also believes that the world is a picture of the beauty of truth that reflects all the beauties of the beloved in itself, and one can easily see the attributes of beauty in the world and creatures. Since Attar Neyshabouri is both a poet, a Sufi and a sage, his works can be examined from three mystical, philosophical and literary perspectives. Attar Neyshabouri's works, such as his Masnavi, are among the mystical works in which the poet has used legal and philosophical themes and terms in accordance with the subject. He has also benefited greatly from the elements of imagery in order to make his words effective. The Necessity of Redefining and Presenting a New Perception on the Comprehensive Interpretation of the Holy Quran
The Holy Quran is an infinite ocean which benefits everyone to the extent of their scientific ability and scope of existence. This divine book would not be only a text; rather, its interpretation and explanation open various chapters of science, wisdom, and knowledge to human beings. Therefore, the only way to enter this gate of science, wisdom, and knowledge is its interpretation. Up to now, various approaches and interpretive books have been emerged to decipher and decode this divine blessing, but non of them has been perfect, and each is considered as a defect. Therefore, the best and the safest way would be to refer to a new definition of the “comprehensive” interpretation. In the following research paper, we will try to express the need and necessity of applying a comprehensive approach to the interpretation of the Holy Quran, providing a new definition of it in the description of the divine words
Cultural cooperation between Russia and Japan
It is necessary to conduct an analysis of relations between Japan and Russia to determine the main trends and prospects for joint development. The purpose of the article is to study and disclose the stages of development of cultural relations between Russia and Japan and determine its features, highlight the most pressing problems of relations and identify possible ways to build strong interstate relations. The methodological basis of the study is the analytical method, for a comprehensive analysis of the changes that occurred during the development of cultural relations between Japan and Russia. Also a prerequisite is compliance with the principles of historicism and objectivity. In the course of studying used the method of study and systematization of literature. As a result of studying the problem, we can evaluate the historical development of cultural relations between Russia and Japan. Assess the state of relations between Russia and Japan and uncover limitations and growth points to strengthen relations between Japan and Russia. The results of this study can be useful as Japanologists and to specialists dealing with the problems of Asia-Pacific as a whole
Hopelesseness And Pessimism Among Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgenders (Lgbt): Effect of Counseling on Problem Coping Strategies
The aim of this study is to develop effective counseling approach for the socially deprived and discriminated lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people in Northern Iraq to enhance the physical and mental well-being. The study aims to develop effective problem-coping strategies to deal with social, economic, and political setbacks. The problem identified to conduct this study is that the LGBT people in Northern Iraq are not only inacceptable as normal members of the society but they also face rejection, isolation, and discrimination in society. This consistent hatred and discrimination against the LGBT people develop many psychological disorders that include anxiety, depression, isolation, pessimism, and hopelessness. These psychological disorders enforce suicide attempts and socially deviated behavior among the LGBT people. The study has a qualitative research design and the researcher conducted 10 interviews with LGBTs in northern Iraq. The results of the study outlined that LGBTs in Iraq have social and psychological issues that contribute to hopelessness and pessimism among LGBTs. The society has zero tolerance in the name of religion and the conservative norms do not allow these people to live their life as normal people. They commit suicide or get into depression because of unending suffering. However, the LGBTs that received counseling improved their condition as compared to those that could not receive counseling services. Counseling helped these people to come out of depression and live a normal life by accepting the reality
