PENGARUH HARGA DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SURAT KABAR PADA PT. SUARA BARISAN HIJAU HARIAN ORBIT MEDAN
Hasil korelasi sederhana diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Suara Barisan Hijau harian Orbit Medan dimana r hitung sebesar 0,332, sedangkan kualitas produk juga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian PT. Suara Barisan Hijau harian Orbit Medan dimana r hitung 0,409. Dari uji F diperoleh 5,296 dengan sig 0,008 ?0,05, menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti harga (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada taraf ?0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh (R-Square) adalah 0,184 atau 18,40%, menunjukkan sekitar 18,40% variabel keputusan pembelian (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel harga (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2). Atau secara praktis dapat dikatakan bahwa kontribusi harga (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) terhadap variabel Y (keputusan pembelian) adalah 18,40%. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.Kata Kunci: Harga, KualitasProdukdanKeputusanPembelia

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and satisfaction on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The sample used was 100 respondents. Data collection method using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is Path analysis. The results of this study prove that there is a significant influence between employee performance and leadership, leadership with satisfaction, leadership with work motivation, satisfaction with work motivation, employee performance with satisfaction, employee performance with work motivation. Path analysis shows leadership, satisfaction, and work motivation influences changes in employee performance variables
Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Raya Sugarindo Inti Tasikmalaya
This study aims to find out the training conducted for employees, employee productivity influence the impact of training on increasing employee productivity, and obstacles faced by PT. Raya Sugarindo Inti Tasikmalaya in conducting training and how to overcome them. The research method used in this research is explanatory research explaining causal relationship between independent variable (training) and dependent variable (work productivity) with data collection technique using interview, observation, spreading of questionnaire, and library study. This study uses a population of 244 people. While the sampling technique used is a random sampling technique, where samples taken from some of the population of 71 people. The results showed that Training Implementation has significant effect on the Increasing Employee Productivity PT. Pengaruh Receivable Turn Over Dan Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR ) Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) Pada Perusahaan Pertanian Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Receivable Turnover dan Debt to Asset Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Sedangkan secara simultan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Rceivable Turnover dan Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada perusahaan Pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2013.Kata Kunci : Return on Asset, Receivable Turnover , Debt to Asset Ratio
Peran Rotasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai
Performance measurement of public sector employees that are oriented to results (output) is not just assessment (input) and (output) only, the process of discussing progress related to the achievement of predetermined goals and objectives so that this study aims to improve employment relations of employee performance. This study is a descriptive study using data statistics derived from primary data. The method used in this study is descriptive statistics. The sample in this study amounted to 64 respondents. This research was conducted at Simed Prakarsa Indonesia. The results of the study show that the work rotation system that has been done well for the level of organizational performance is also in the good category, with a level of achievement at the level of closeness
PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA DALAM MATA KULIAH EKONOMI MIKRO MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ACTIVE LEARNING METODE PEER LESSONS DI PROGRAM STUDI MANAJEMEN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Ekonomi Mikro di Program Studi Manajemen antara sebelum dan setelah penerapan Model Pembelajaran Active learning Metode Peer lessons. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen (experimental). populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Semester Satu (I) Program Studi Manajemen yang terdaftar pada Tahun Akademik 2015/2016. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik cluster random sampling, yaitu pengambilan jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 2 kelas dariseluruh kelas yang ada. Dari 2 kelas tersebut diundi kelas mana yang menjadi kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar mahasiswa kelas D Manajemen Malam (kelas kontrol) dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa Kelas A Manajemen Malam (kelas eksprimen) pada Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan penerapan model pembelajaran active learning metode peer lessons

Career development has no significant effect on organizational commitment at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Compensation does not significantly influence the job satisfaction of employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Career development and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Pengaruh Penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning Terhadap Kinerja Supply Chain Management
This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on the performance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at PT Latinusa Tbk. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents using a sampling technique in the form of random sampling. The instrument used to collect data is a list of questionnaires in the form of Likert model scale and arranged based on the constructs of various theories. The analytical model used in this study is Descriptive Analysis, Analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS programs. The results showed that ERP implementation consisting of operational, tactical and strategic benefits had a significant effect on SCM's performance consisting of internal business, external business, customer service, and in cost management of PT. Latinusa Tbk. This can be interpreted, if the ERP implementation has increased, the performance of SCM will also increase

This study explain Academic Support with production base education method or vocational which is applied in Polytechnic State Of Cilacap (PNC) to Influence Factor Attitude that will ultimately increase student interest to plunge in the world of technopreneur. The sample used is 170 students majoring in technology field. Determination of sample using purposive sampling with technique of path analysis and test sobel. The result of the first hypothesis shows the pattern of vocational learning applied in PNC as Academic Support does not support student entrepreneurship interest, the second hypothesis shows the role of Academic Support in the PNC environment has a significant impact on the increase of student attitudes in the effort to influence entrepreneurship interest, and the third hypothesis shows that attitude Factors influence the interest of students to entrepreneurship. The mediation test of attitude factor variables acts to mediate between the variables of Academic Support on the entrepreneurial intention variables in technology (technopreneur)

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on firm value. Data collection was carried out from 2012 until 2017. This study analyzed the effect of financial performance which is proxied by 3 (three) independent variables, namely quick ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Total Assets Ratio to Price Book Value (PBV) for companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The data analysis technique used in this study is using panel data regression. The results of this study are independent variables profitability and solvency ratios have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable in the form of firm value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV).
