Service quality, although intangible, remains crucial, so this study aims to find out student satisfaction index numbers and attributes that need to be followed up to improve the quality of service. The sample of 337 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Maria Kudus who were still active. The method used is the Importance-Performance Analysis approach. Anteseden dan Motivasi Kerja
This research examines antecedent and consequent of work motivation. Variables in antecedent are perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, while variables in consequent are job performance and intention to leave. The respondent are 80 employees (civil servants) of Riau Archipelagos mining and energy agency. The method used in this research is survey method, which uses questionnaire and it is distributed to the respondents. The result indicates the perceived organizational support positively affects job satisfaction, work motivation positively affects job performance, and there is a negative affects between work motivation and intention to leave. Job satisfaction is not affecting work motivation, perceived organizational support is not affecting motivation and job performance is not affecting intention to leave
Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio Dan Non Performing Loan Terhadap Return Saham Emiten Bursa Efek Indonesia Subsektor Perbankan
This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) and non performing loan (NPL) to stock returns of issuers of Indonesia Stock Exchange banking subsector. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study as many as 43 issuers Indonesia Stock Exchange banking subsector but who qualified samples only 7 emiten. Technique of collecting data is done through secondary data that is financial report of emiten become sample. While to analyze the data obtained used path analysis. The results showed that DER and NPL have a very strong effect on stock return that is equal to 81,4%. Based on the path analysis of the effect of DER on ROA of 50.5% and the effect of NPL to ROA of 30.9%

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the factors that can be used for the purchase of houses in the city of Batam. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 20 program. Population which is society of Batam City. The sample used is 399 people with proportional sampling method. The results show that the quality of products to buy consumers in buying a house in the City of batamuling significant. The influence of prices on consumers in buying a home in Batam City is significant. The partial influence of location on consumer interest in buying a house in Batam City is significant. The effect of partial promotion on consumer interest in buying a house in Batam City has a significant effect. And requirements have a significant effect on product quality, price, location, promotion to consumer purchase in buying house in Batam City
Pengaruh Atribut Produk, Kualitas Produk Dan Promosi, Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Honda Di Kota Medan
This study aims to identify and explain the influence of product attributes, product quality, and partial and simultaneous promotion on purchasing decisions. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Sampling using Non-Probability Sampling is the saturated sampling of 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variable product attributes, product quality, promotion of partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the simultaneous shows that the variable product attributes, product quality, and promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions. Therefore, the company should be able to inform the Honda brand car with a better understanding of product attributes, product quality, and price through the sales conversations, so that they are understood in marketing their products
Ketertarikan Masyarakat Terhadap Bisnis Ritel Di Kota Medan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketertrikan masyarakat berbelanja di pasar modern atau bisnis ritel di Kota Medan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan assosiatif. Variabel di gunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pasar modern dan pasar tradisional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berbelanja di pasar modern di Kota Medan, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel ketertarikan atau minat beli masyarakat pada pasar modern atau bisnis ritel, dimana hampir 70% masyarakat tertarik untuk berbelanja di pasar modern dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya dan sisanya 30% lagi berbelanja di pasar tradisional.Kata Kunci : Bisnis ritel, minat beli masyaraka
Perbedaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif ThinkPairShare (TPS) Dengan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Matematika Di Smpn I Tanjung Morawa
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) mempunyai perbedaan dari pembelajaran Numbered Kepala Kooperatif ini Together (NHT), di mana didapatkan 1 = 83,00 dengan SD x 1 = 8754 untuk kelas eksperimen 1 sementara itu pada 2 kelas eksperimen didapat 2 = 80.889 oleh SD x 2 = 7672. Data hasil analisis ini menunjukkan t komputasi t tabel (0.348 1.670). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara hasil siswa yang diajarkan oleh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Kepala Kooperatif ini Together (NHT) pada materi pelajaran matematika di SMPN I Tanjung MorawaKata Kunci :Model Pembelajaran,Kooperatif Think Pair Share,Numbered Togethe
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Materi Pasar Valuta Asing Pada Mata Kuliah Ekonomi Internasional 2 (Studi Mahasiswa Semester 5 Jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas Ekonomi UMSU)
Based on the test results, there is increasing students understanding of the material implementation of IS-LM model in each cycle. The average value in the first cycle for the fourth semester / A / IESP reached 76.16 and the second cycle is 91.88. Mastery learning in the first cycle is 57.1% and the second cycle is 98.22%. The average value in the first cycle for fourth semester / B / IESP reached 76.25 and the second cycle is 97.95. Mastery learning in the first cycle is 54.5% and the second cycle is 97.73%. Increased understanding of the students followed by increased activity.The conclusion of this study is the student's understanding increased with applied learning model CTL in the 4th semester student majoring in economics faculty UMSU economic development. Researchers suggest that professors use in the CTL learning model learning course material application of IS-LM model in macroeconomic 2 courses and lecturers should earnestly to guide students in learning.Keywords : Understanding of material application IS-LM model, Contextual Teaching and Learnin
PENGARUH HARGA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DI TITIPAN KILAT JNE MEDAN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di PT. JNE Medan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Harga terhadap Kepuasan konsumen Besarnya pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 68,4%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen. Besarnya pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 12,1%. Harga dan Kualitas pelayanan secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen di JNE Medan, dengan tingkat kemampuan Harga dan Kualitas pelayanan untuk menjelaskan Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 86,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasa
