Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad (Student Teams Achievement Divission) Pada Mata Kuliah Studi Kelayakan Bisnis
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect on improving student achievement on Business Feasibility Study course in Management Studies Program between before and after application of STAD type cooperative model. This research is an experimental research. The population in this study is all students of Semester V (five) Management Studies Program Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatera that take Business Feasibility Study Course both the Morning and SIANG class in Odd Semester 2015/2016 academic year. While the sample is taken from the population with cluster random sampling technique, which is taking the number of students as much as 2 classes of all existing classes. Data collection techniques used are documentation. To analyze the data of this research is by using t-test formula. The result of the research shows that there is no significant difference of student achievement of class K Morning Management (control class) with the achievement of student study of Class A of Morning Management (class of experience) on Management Study Program of Economics Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatera at 5% significant level with application of learning method Cooperative type STAD
Meningkatkan Keaktifan Dan Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa Melalui Metode Diskusi Kelompok Berbasis Pembelajaran Kooperatif Model Learning Together Pada Matakuliah Konsentrasi Pemasaran Di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara
This study aims to determine the extent to which students can be actively involved in the classroom by using group discussion methods based on cooperative learning model learning together, and also to know the extent to which students can express opinions and give responses to the opinions of his classmates communicatively by using the method of discussion group learning cooperative learning model together. The approach used is through classroom action research (Classroom Action Research), through cooperative learning methods. Steps taken with stages: (1) plan, (2) action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The results showed that: (1) During the learning process using the method of group discussion based on cooperative learning method of learning together student learning activity can increase because students are empowered and given trust and actively involved in learning activities. The average percentage achievement of students' learning activity continues to increase which in pre cycle stage is only 34,1%, then reaching 65,8% percentage in cycle 1 and increasing again to 92% in cycle 2. (2) Positive impact from increasing activeness learning is on student learning outcomes which also experienced an increase wherein the precycle cycle the average value of students only 61.3 and increased in the cycle 1 to 75.7 and increased again to 83.09 on cycle 2
PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS SOSIAL DAN TENAGA KERJA KOTA MEDAN
This study aimed to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation to work on the performance of employees at the Department of Social Welfare and Labor of Medan. Population and sample of this study were employees of the Department of Social and Labor Medan, amounting to 94 people. Data collection techniques used in this study is a list of questions (questionnaire), which consists of five options with Likert scale, the study documentation and interviews (interviews). While the techniques of data analysis in this study uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study concluded that jointly independent variables have an influence on the performance of employees. PENGARUH PROMOSI DAN MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA PT. SINAR SOSRO MEDAN
Hasil analisa dengan alat bantu statistic program SPPS Vers.16. Diperoleh hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah Y = a+ b1X1 +b2X2 (Y = 5,584 + 0,523 + 0,312 ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil variabel promosi (X1) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan Thitung Ttabel ( 3,578 1,664) dan variabel merek (X2) Thitung Ttabel ( 1,979 1,664) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima,sehingga ada pengaruh signifikan antara promosi dan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan secara simultan pengaruh variabel promosi (X1) dan merek (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) adalah (Fhitung19,617Ftabel 2,72). Dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan nilai R Square adalah 0,338 atau 33,8% sisanya sebesar 66,2% merupakan konstribusi dari variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Promosi , Merek , dan Keputusan Pembelia
PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADAPT. JASA MARGA CABANG (BELMERA) MEDAN
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa variabel pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawandiperoleh nilai2,2961,997 dengan taraf signifikan 0,025 0,05 dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawandiperoleh nilai4,1541,997 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 0,05. Pada uji F terlihat bahwa 19,2093,14 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 0,05. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa variabel pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitaskerjakaryawan. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi hasil penelitian ini adalah 0,691 atau 69,1 % menunjukkan sekitar 69,1 variabel produktivitas (Y) dipengaruhi pelatihan (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2). Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas Karyawa
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Kasus Pada Kolam Renang Bengawan Solo Pangkalan Brandan)
This type of research is a causal research, useful for analyzing how a variable affects other variables, and also useful in experimental research in which the independent variables are treated in a controlled manner by the researchers to see the effects on the dependent variable directly. The result of simple regression analysis is Y = 4.764 + 0,198X1 + 0,096X2 + 0,425X3 + 0,268X4 + 0,602X5 + e which variable of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction at Bengawan Solo swimming pool . The test results (t) or partial test indicate that all the independent variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The result of determination test (R2) is 0804 (80,4%). So it can be said that 80.4% variation of bound variable that is physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in the model can explain the satisfaction of visitors while the rest of 19.6% influenced by other variables outside the model
PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN MEREK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN (STUDI KASUS PADA PT.INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK) TANJUNG MORAWA
The company was running a business, either directly or indirectly affects the viability of the company. From the ANOVA or F test , obtained F count of 49.839 with a significance level of 0.000 . So F count F table (49.839 3,09) or sig F 5% (0,000 0,05). It means that the variable quality of products and brand significantly the simultaneous influence towards the customer loyalty (y). By this it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study can be proven .R-square for y ( customer loyalty ) is 0.526. This means that 52.6% of variation in customer loyalty (y) is influenced by the variable x1 ( product quality ) and variable x2 ( brand ) or influence product quality (x1) and brand (x2 ) collectively or synchronously to the variable y ( customer loyalty ) amounted to 52.6 % and the balance of 47.4 % is determined by other variables .Due to the quality of products significantly affect the increase of customer loyalty , then the quality of the resulting product is maintained and if necessary enhanced through increasingly sophisticated technology so the results more satisfying consumer. Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Putri Hijau Medan
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and employee discipline on the work performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Putri Hijau Medan. This type of research is associative. The population of this research is all employees in a marketing department of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Putri Hijau Medan as many as 31 employees and all become sample. This research uses census method or saturated sample. Methods of data collection of this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, Discipline has the positive and significant influence on performance, while simultaneously job satisfaction and work discipline together positively influence to employee performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch of Putri Hijau Medan. Employee discipline has a dominant influence on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.162 means that 16.2% performance variables can be explained from job satisfaction and employee discipline while as much as 83.8% can be explained by other variables which are not examined by researchers in this study
PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN BATUBARA DI INDONESIA
Hasil uji signifikan simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return OnAsset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap harga saham. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil SPSS yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan yang lebih besar dari ? (0,111 0,05). Hasil uji signifikan individual (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan pada Return On Equity (ROE) tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham dimana tingkat signifikannya lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama ReturnOnAsset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham yang mana kontribusinya terlihat lemah. Karena nilai R-Square sebesar 0,112 atau sebesar 11,2 %.Kata Kunci : Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), HargaSaha
