Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Di Kantor Keyahbandaran Utama Makassar
This study aims to determine the motivation of employees at the Office Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar. The type of research is descriptive, with population of all employees at Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar Office amounting to 265 people / employees. Determination of samples as much as 20 percent with the technique of sampling by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, as many as 53 people. Data collection was done through observation technique, questionnaire, interview and documentation, while data analysis was done by percentage technique then interpreted descriptively. The result of the research shows that employee work motivation at Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar Office is in high category, seen from maintenance factor and satisfaction factor with sub indicator of organization policy, good supervision, adequate compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, job performance, and responsibility
ANALISIS BAURAN PROMOSI DALAM MENINGKATKAN VOLUME PENJUALAN GENSET PADA PT. SEJAHTERA LESTARI ABADI MEDAN
Dalam suatu perusahaan, penjualan adalah kegiatan yang penting, karena dengan adanya penjualan tersebut maka akan diketahui volume penjualan dan keuntungan yang diperoleh untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif, yaitu metode penganalisa data dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data, serta menafsirkan data yang memberikan gambaran objek yang diteliti. sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data skunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari bagian marketing di PT. Sejaterah Lestari Abadi Medan berupa dokumen dan data lainnya seperti data penjualan marketing dan data agenda promosi penjualan tahun 2011 sampai 2014.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikesimpulkan bahwa belum memaksimalnya pelaksanaan bauran promosi yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan, dimana kurang optimalnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, serta masih kurang luasnya penyebaran produk ke konsumen. Disisi lain banyaknya bermunculan produk sejenis yang menetapkan harga lebih murah serta memasuki pasaran dan wilayahnya yang cukup luas sehingga dengan keadaan yang ada tersebut cukup menyulitkan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan.Kata kunci : Bauran Promosi, Volume Penjuala
Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
Career development is a process and activities to prepare an employee to occupy a position in an organization or company, which will be done in the future. The objective of this study was to determine whether there is influence career development and motivation on employee job satisfaction BPJS Employment Branch Office Belawan. Data collection techniques in this research is the study of documentation, interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire). Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test and F) and determination. The results of this study concluded that: (1) the career development have positive effect on job satisfaction which means that career development can improve employee job satisfaction; (2) motivation does not affect the job satisfaction; and (3) that the career development and motivation significantly influence job satisfaction
Pengaruh Perputaran Persediaan Dan Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Likuiditas Pada Perusahaan Otomotif Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Priode 2010-2013
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variable perputaran persediaan dan perputaran piutang terhadap likuiditas baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia priode 2010-2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia priode 2010-2013 yang berjumlah 12 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini di tentukan dengan cara purposive sample. Jenis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data skunder. Analisis data menggunkan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 17.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable perputaran persediaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap likuiditas, perputaran piutang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap likuiditas, dan perputaran persediaan dan perputaran piutang secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Likuiditas.Kata kunci : Perputaran Persediaan, Perputaran Piutang, Likuidita
Persepsi Generasi Y Terhadap Kerajinan Tangan Daerah
At this juncture, the growth of handicraft business in the world is quite rapidly which marked by the hard competition increasingly of handicraft products between the district of regions Aceh, therefore the handicraft entrepreneurs from Aceh must show a high competitiveness to other regional products through conduct a good marketing strategy. Y generation is an important consumer market segment in future due to the rapid growth of this generation and is also a high-income community. Consequently, the "Y" generation has attracted various research groups and scientific discipline attention. The aim of this research is to identify the perception of "Y" generation regarding the Lhokseumawe handicraft product. Through the quantitative approach via questionnaire this research found that: marginally, the perception of The generation Y at Lhokseumawe city to local handicraft products is still sufficient with low quality and the relatively expensive price. The purchasing of local handicraft products is only a gift or souvenir to introduce Aceh region and still not become a culture that shows the love of local products
PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PENEMPATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PTPN III MEDAN
Perumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah pengaruh pendidikan dan Penempatan kerja Karyawan, baik parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja Karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusnatara III (Persero) Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan. Dimana sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 78 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Data diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, Selanjutnya dilakukan uji analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, ujit t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial dan simultan, Pendidikan dan Penempatan Kerja Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Kemampuan Pendidikan dan Penempatan Kerja Karyawan dalam menjelaskan kinerja adalah sebesar 43.7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56.3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini

This study aimed to obtain of locus of control on employees performance, analyze the effect of job stress on employees performance and analyze the effect of locus of control and job stress on employees performance. Pengaruh Promosi, Harga Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Titipan Kilat JNE Medan
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence Promotion, Price and Quality Service to Customer Satisfaction at PT. Maxim Housewares Indonesia Medan. The result of this research is there is significant influence of Promotion to Consumer Satisfaction, The amount of influence of Promotion on Consumer Satisfaction is 20,9% There is significant influence of Price to Customer Satisfaction, the amount of influence Price to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 16,2% There is significant influence Quality service to consumer satisfaction, the amount of influence Quality of service to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 63.6% Promotion, Price and Quality of service together significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at PT. Maxim Houseware Indonesia Medan, with the capability of Promotion, Price, and Quality of service to explain customer satisfaction is equal to 82,5% while the rest equal to 17,5% explained by another variable not included in this research model
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada PT. Ira Widya Utama Unit Usaha Driving Range SBCC
Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,306. Hal ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan harga mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 30,6% dan sisanya 69,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari Fhitung Ftabel (21,394 3,090) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 0,05.Kata Kunci : Kualitas pelayanan, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan
Analisis Penerapan Metode Discussion Dan Role Playing Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Pada Mata Kuliah Manajemen Kinerja
This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of discussion and role playing methods in the performance management class, whether more effective than the lecture method previously used by most students. This is because the old method is considered less effective and does not get optimal results. Visually the students tend to be less immature in learning, less expressive and less terganli abilities inidividunya. This research is expected to provide new colors for students and teachers, so that will make students become more creative and passionate in learning so that learning achievement will become better. This research will also help to increase the self-reliance, self-confidence and competitive spirit of the students because the method is applied more interactively, involving both parties ie students and lecturers and the ability to work together in groups so far from monotonous impression. This research is a classroom action research, designed specifically in its application and adapted to the syllabus and lecture unit units agreed upon by the institution. The results of the study was as expected although not maximal, the increase in student achievement has been seen with the results of tests conducted by researchers. Student behavior is also seen there are changes, more confident, creative, better tolerance, cooperative and more independent
