Pengaruh Humor Appeals Terhadap Brand Awareness Pada Iklan Televisi
Television is a communication network with a role as a mass communication is one-way, causing heterogeneous simultaneity and the communicant. Every day people look at a number of television commercials. There are thousands of products on the market and It would be interesting to know why certain people respond to ads or not. Advertising is a multi-billion dollar industry with one main goal: to persuade people to buy the product. Advertising is an industry that spends a large amount of time and effort to figure out the best strategy to do what they want. Television advertising has a sense part of a series of activities to promote a product that emphasizes the image elements there in through the intermediary of television media.This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of humor in television advertising on brand awareness (brand) of the product. Based on research that has been done, it is known that the humor in the ad has a positive and significant impact on the brand awareness of the product. The result of consumers' assessment of the use of humor in television advertising, including in both categories so that the brand awareness (brand awareness) by consumers is acceptable
HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PDAM TIRTANADI PUSAT
From the calculation gained result for R=0.861 and R Square=0.742, it means relationship between leadership and work ethic to performance is 86.1 % and 74.2% (for R Square) it shows that the relationship is strong and positive, and the rest amount of 25.8 % explained with another thing that researcher doesnt do.For influence of variables (leadership and work ethic to performance) can seen from calculating result of F-test (anova/simultaneous test) and T-test (partial test). From F-test gained 226.890 with 0.000 as a significant level, and F table for 161 in significant 0.05 is 3.84, it means F calculated F table. From T-test for influence of leadership to performance gained significant level is 0.048 0.05, and T calculated is 1.995 T table 1.960. Work ethic also has influence to performance, it seen from significant score is 0.000 0.05, and T calculated 12.795 T table 1.960.Keywords: leadership, work ethic and employee performanc
Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Dan Dukungan Akademik Terhadap Niat Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa (Studi Pada Mahasiswa STIEPARI Semarang)
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and academic support on entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Data from 68 students STIEPARI Semarang is used to test the hypothesized model. Research using saturation sampling techniques and data was collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and academic support in a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Theoretical implications of the results of research supports the theory and existing research. In addition, managerial implications of the results of research suggest the educational institutions to consider entrepreneurship education and academic support as a factor that is important enough to encourage student interest in entrepreneurship
Pengaruh Financial Literacy Terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha (Business Sustainability) Pada UMKM Desa Jatisari
The SMEs sector is one of the drivers of the economy, but in its development there are still many unresolved problems, one related to finance. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of financial literacy or financial knowledge owned by the SMEs businessman (manager) towards the sustainability of their business from the SMEs in the village of Jatisasri. This research is a quantitative research, using simple lineir regression to test the hypothesis and take the popolation as well as the sample of research is the businessman (manager) of SMEs in the village of Jatisari Wonogiri a number of 38 respondents. Independent variables in this research are financial literacy and business sustainability is dependent variable. The results showed that financial literacy gives effect to business sustainability of 28.9%. This shows that financial literacy or financial knowledge owned by the SMEs businessman (manager) in Jatisari is important in supporting the sustainability of their business

The main objective of this research is to provide insight to companies about the importance of forming an alliance portfolio in the development of sustainable innovation. The method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 19. The sample was drawn from the entire population of Large and Medium Enterprises who never committed a strategic alliance and are in Medan. Based on the analysis found that the diversity of resources alliance portfolios provide significant pegaruh to business innovation for medium and large companies in the city of Medan. Peran Moderasi Kepemilikan Institusional Terhadap Determinan Return On Equity Di Bursa Efek Indonesia
This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Turnover Turnover and Fixed Assets Turnover to Return On Equity (ROE) with Institutional Ownership as moderating variables either partially or simultaneously on the company Property and Real Estate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. The approach of this research is the quantitative approach, population in this research is a company of Property and Real Estate which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2011-2015, sample in this research is determined by purposive sampling from 50 companies, and 14 companies that meet the criteria to be sampled research. The type of data in this study is secondary data. Analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that partially Cash Turnover effect is not significant to Return On Equity. Receivable Turnover has no significant effect on Return On Equity and Institutional ownership does not moderate the influence of both. Fixed Assets Turn over significant effect on Return On Equity and moderate Institutional ownership. Simultaneously variable Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Fixed Assets Turnover significant effect on Return On Equity. Institutional Ownership has no significant effect on Return On Equity and Institutional Owners moderate the relationship between Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Fixed Assets Turnover with Return on Equity. Analisis Pembiayaan Mudharabah Terhadap Peningkatan Laba Bersih Pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah Amanah Insan Cita William Iskandar Medan
This study aims to determine (1) how mudharabah financing in PT. BPR Syariah Amanah Insan Cita, (2) to find out why mudharabah financing decreases in 2015, (3) to know the ability of mudharabah financing in generating profit at PT. BPR Syariah Amanah Insan Cita William Iskandar Medan. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with case study approach. The technique of collecting data is done through primary data that is data obtained directly from the data source where this research conducted at PT. BPR Syariah Amanah Insan Cita William Iskandar Medan and secondary data are data obtained from the literature and books that have to do with the problem to be studied. The analysis tool used is trend analysis. The results showed that the ability of mudharabah financing in generating profits can be said to be able to increase profits for the company although the financing decreased the profit generated increased. mudharabah financing has a significant ability to increase net income for the company
PENGARUH KELELAHAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BANK MANDIRI (Persero) Tbk CABANG MEDAN IMAM BONJOL
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan variabel X (Kelelahan Kerja) terhadap variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan) yang ditunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar -2.569 dengan probabilitas sig 0,013 lebih kecil dari ? = 0,05. Dengan hubungan seperti itu terkandung arti bahwa makin tinggi/baik variabel X(Kelelahan Kerja) maka akan tinggi/baik variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan ditunjukan oleh nilai determinasi yaitu nilai R-Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,121 menunjukan sekitar 12,1% variabel Y dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel X(Kelelahan Kerja). Secara praktis dapat dikatakan bahwa kontribusi variabel X(Kelelahan Kerja) terhadap variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan) adalah sebesar 12,1% dan sisanya 87,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kelelahan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawa
