Determinan Struktur Modal dan Nilai Perusahaan
The purpose of this study is to formulate a determinant model of capital structure and firm value. The population of this study is the tourism industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. In this study the entire population is sampled (Total Sampling). Data collection procedures by collecting audited (annual report) financial report data issued by the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that partially profitability, institutional ownership and firm size had a significant effect on capital structure while company growth had no significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneously the profitability variables, institutional ownership, company growth and company size affect the capital structure. Partially profitability, institutional ownership, company size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, while company growth does not significantly influence firm value Simultaneously profitability, Institutional ownership, company size, company growth and capital structure have a significant effect on company value in the sector tourism industry
Pengaruh Pemasaran Berbasis Pengalaman, Efikasi Diri, dan Kepercayaan terhadap Niat Beli Kembali Layanan Bus Premium
This study aims to analyze the effect of Experiential Marketing, Self Efficacy, and Trust in Repurchase Intentions in Royaltrans Premium Bus Services. The data used are primary data compiled using a questionnaire, data analysis using a positive Structural and Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (smartPLS 3.0). The object of this study is Royaltrans Premium Bus Service customers in the Bekasi region with four customer routes West Bekasi - Blok M, West Bekasi - Kuningan, East Bekasi - Kalideres, East Bekasi - Tebet Jatibening - Kuningan using Royaltrans Premium Bus Service. The sample used amounted to 160 respondents using Royaltrans Premium Bus Service through a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant effect between Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Intention, Self Efficacy on Repurchase Intention, and Trust on Repurchase Intention. From the results of this study indicate the independent variable (Experiential Marketing), (Self Efficacy) and (Trust) to the dependent variable (Repurchase Intention) gives an R-square value of 0.788 which can be interpreted as the construct marketing variable Experiential Marketing, Self Efficacy and Trust of 78, 8% while 21.2% are discussed by other variables beyond those to be submitted
Model Loyalitas Pelanggan Klinik Kecantikan
This study aims to analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty in the city of Palembang. The sample that will be used in this study are customers who regularly visit beauty clinics in Palembang, consisting of men and women from two beauty clinics aged between 15 and 65 years and have been customers for a long time. The sample of respondents consisted of 101 people using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS Amos 24 program's Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was a mediation (intervening) of the satisfaction variable which caused an indirect influence between professional medical professionals and quality. service to customer loyalty has a greater value than direct influence. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This positive influence is significant, so it can be concluded that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the Palembang city beauty clinic

The research objection are to obtain information about the relationship between the young generation lifestyle that related to the domestic food and beverage products consumption (case of warteg). The research methods was descriptive method with 100 samples. The data analyzed by mutlivariance analysis with structural equation modeling. The developed research model 70.7 percent is represented by exogenous variables. Consumption motives in the form of economic and social motives that developed in the young generation, the pleasant experiences of domestic food products consumption, the consumers' perceptions about ethnocentrism and consumer attitudes that appreciate the domestic product are influencing factors for love domestic product lifestyle among the young generation
Penentuan Prioritas Dan Kelayakan Finansial Dalam Investasi Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
The present study aimed to analyze the determination of MRI priorities and financial feasibility. This study applied a mixed method approach, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. This studi used primary and secondary data. Primary data used are the opinions of stakeholders in selecting criteria and alternative MRI collected directly from selected stakeholders. Primary data was obtained through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with stakeholder data sources. Secondary data includes MRI prices and specifications on the LKPP e-catalog website, financial reports, data on MRI examinations, and patient diagnostic data. Data analysis used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and investment feasibility analysis. AHP analysis results explain the priority order of MRI criteria are software, hardware, accessories and prices, while alternative MRI priorities are GE 16-CHANNEL, Philips 1.5T, Siemens 1.5T, and Canon 1.5T. MRI investments with the GE brand are declared feasible because they have an IRR value above the applied discount factor (16%), a positive NPV value, a Payback Period value of less than 6 years, a Benefit of Cost ratio 1, and a PV of proceeds / Net value investment above 1
Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Komitmen Organisasional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja
Badan Pusat Statistik has a vision as a provider of quality data needed in the planning, monitoring, and evaluating development for the government and the community. The current focus of BPS is on improving data quality and excellent service so that the role of BPS staff, especially the District Statistics Coordinator (KSK) in improving data quality, is very important. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the performance of KSK in Statistics of Regency / Municipality in East Java as many as 447 people using SmartPLS software. The results showed that organizational commitment had a positive effect but did not have a significant impact on the performance of KSK. In contrast, OCB and emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on KSK performance. Other factors influence variable emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and OCB influence the performance of KSK by 75.89 percent and by 24.11 percent

Brand passion, brand trust and brand love directly have a significant and positive effect on repurchase intention. Brand love is a variable that mediates the influence between brand passion and repurchase intention, with the nature of mediation is full mediation.Brand love is also a variable that mediates the influence between brand trust and repurchase intention with the full mediation nature of mediation. Increased passion and trust in the brand will increase the love for the brand which will ultimately make consumers make purchases

Reflecting on netizen lifestyle and shifting behavior phenomena in e-commerce platform, this study appoints to examine the influence of lifestyle (Price-oriented, Net-Oriented, Time-Oriented, Innovative) toward e-ticket purchasing decisions in Tiket.com. A total sample of 102 respondent was stipulated refer to purposive sampling technique criterion. To measure the significance of the predictors variable, SEM (Structural Equation Model) PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis was applied. The outcome show that Price-oriented and Time-oriented Lifestyle has no significant impact on online purchasing decision in Tiket.com and is contradict with the findings from prior research. The implications of the results are expected to enrich future studies and develop e-commerce strategies in Indonesi

The purpose of this study was to study partial and simultaneous research of transformationalleadership and self-efficacy on job performance. The sample in this study were employees atPT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana. The sampling technique used was random sampling with thenumber of samples taken were 128 employees. Meanwhile, to collect our data using aquestionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique usedis multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study reveal that transformationalleadership and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on employee jobperformance partially. Besides, simultaneously both constructs of job performance also have apositive and significant effect
How Corporate Governance Affects Corporate Financial Performance
The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of profitability as measured by ROA, size as measured by total assets, and growth as measured by asset growth on firm value as measured by Tobin's Q; to test and analyze how corporate governance as measured by the CGPI scores moderates the effect of profitability, size, and growth on firm value.Data used in this research is secondary data. There are 126 population used in this research which is companies wereincluded in the CGPI rating in period 2012-2015 (pooled data). There are 32 samples(8 companies 4 years of observation) was selected by using purposive sampling method.
