Memprediksi Potensi Kebangkrutan Dengan Metode Fullmer H-Score Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah
This research was conducted on water hyacinth woven craft SMEs in the city of Gorontalo. This study aims to further analyze the performance of water hyacinth SMEs in the city of Gorontalo, especially their financial performance in maintaining their existence and how much effort SMEs make to minimize the potential for bankruptcy that will occur. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative by calculating and analyzing bankruptcy ratio items consisting of 9 (nine) measurement indicators from the Fullmer H-Score method such as total assets, sales, returns, income, total debt, working capital, gross profit. , interest and cash flow (cash flow). The sample in this study amounted to 10 MSME actors. Based on the results of this study, it was found that all water hyacinth MSME actors in the city of Gorontalo, totaling 10 (ten) MSMEs were all in the HEALTHY category according to the measurement results of the Fullmer H-Score method
Model Perilaku Brand Switching Konsumen Dalam Pembelian Produk Otomotif di Kota Medan
This study aims to determine how the Consumer Brand Switching Behavior Model in Purchasing Automotive Products in Medan City. This research is basic research. The population in this study were consumers of car owners in Medan City. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique. The criteria used in the sampling are that the respondents of this study are consumers who own cars, have changed car brands in the last 3 years, and reside in Medan, while the sample is set at 145 people. Data collection techniques used were interviews (Interview) and a list of questions (Questionaire). The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results showed that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Brand Image has a negative and significant effect on Brand Switching. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Product quality has a negative and significant effect on Brand Switching. Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Brand Switching. Satisfaction can negatively mediate the effect of Brand Image on Brand Switching and Satisfaction can negatively mediate the effect of Product Quality on Brand Switching
Kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional terhadap perilaku inovatif: Mediasi oleh Variabel Psychological Empowerment
and transactional leadership on innovative behavior with psychological empowerment as the moderator variable. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Cirebon City with a total population of 203 people. The sampling measurement technique used the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, so the number of samples in this study was determined to be 67 respondents. The sampling technique uses the incidental sampling approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on innovative behavior either directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The transactional leadership variable did not have a significant effect on innovative behavior either directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The psychological empowerment variable has a significant effect on increasing innovative behavior
Kepemimpinan Spiritual dan Reward Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance; reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable; Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. Model Kinerja Pegawai: Kepemimpinan, Budaya Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja dengan Kepuasan kerja variabel intervening
The research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Leadership Variables, Work Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction towards Job Satisfaction Variables and Performance Variables on the Investment Alert Task Force of the Financial Services Authority. A total of 100 samples were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that leadership had a significant positive direct effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on performance. Work Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Culture has a significant positive effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Investment Alert Task Force. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate on Leadership on Performance. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the Work Culture of Performance. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate on Work Motivation on Performance. This study aims to examine whether the influence of compensation, work motivation, and job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the performance of lecturers and education staff of the Trisna State College of Economics. This study uses descriptive and causal research types (causality) in explaining the influence between compensation variables, work motivation, job satisfaction, and performance. In the inferential analysis phase, data analysis is assisted by a statistical program using analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) program, which is the Smart-PLS computer analysis program. The population of this study is the lecturers and education staff of the Trisna Negara College of Economics. The sample was determined based on the purpose sampling method, with a total sample of 100 teachers and employeesdata collection techniques using the method of distributing questionnaires. Disiplin Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pengawas
This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of work discipline and work experience on job satisfaction and supervisor performance in the Education office of South Sulawesi Province. The research used is explanative with survey approach Sampling technique with simple random sampling method. The method used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. From the results of the study to the direct influence shows work discipline does not affect job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work experience has no direct effect on performance, further influence of work discipline negatively and significantly affects performance through job satisfaction, and work experience has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction
Indonesia Sharia Stock Index and Global Sharia Stock Index
This study aims to analyze the effect of the Global Sharia Stock Exchange on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Price Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the study period of 2016 to 2018. On 31 December 2015, the ASEAN Economic Community began to be implemented, then resulting in a free flow of goods, services, and investments, so this study took samples starting in 2016. Dependent variables used are the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index, while the independent variables are Dubai Financial Market General Index (DFMGI), European Dow Jones Islamic Market Index, (DJIEU), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index 25 USD (Malaysia) and Tadawull All Share Index (Saudi Arabia). While the independent variable used is the Indonesia Sharia stock index (ISSI). The data used are monthly stock index data from all sharia stock indexes in Indonesia, Malaysia, the US, Japan, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia from 2016 to 2018. This research was processed using Eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that partially Dubai Financial Market General Index (DFMGI) and the European Dow Jones Islamic Market Index (DJIEU) have no significant effect on the Indonesia Sharia stock index, while the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index 25 USD (Malaysia) and the Tadawull All Share Index (Saudi Arabia) have a significant effect on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-WOM on destination image, tourist satisfaction, and tourist loyalty. Analyze the influence of destination image on tourist satisfaction and loyalty, and analyze the effect of satisfaction on tourist loyalty. This research approach is an associative approach. The location of this study was conducted in the tourist destination of the Lake Toba Region in North Sumatra. The population in this study is domestic tourists. This population was chosen, because theoretically and empirically it has various characteristics that are appropriate to the topic and purpose of the study. While the sample size is 145 tourists. Data collection techniques are a list of questions and interviews. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model with data processing using the Lisrel 8.0 computer program. The results showed that E-WOM affected Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, and Tourist Loyalty, Destination Image influenced Tourist Satisfaction and Tourist Loyalty and Tourist Satisfaction influenced Tourist Loyalty
Efek Impresi Fintech Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Usaha Kecil Menegah (UKM)
The purpose of this study was to determine the Impression of finance technology (Fintech) in the form of benefits as well as theeasy to use that has an impact on SME intentions to use it, even though problems in its implementation are indicated. The sample used was 80 SMEs spread in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data collection using purposive sampling technique provided that the respondents chosen already use fintech. Data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the benefits of fintech had a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of SMEs to intend to use it. The more the benefits increase, the behavior of using fintech is growing. It is human's rational nature that what is beneficial to him will encourage behavior. The impression of ease of use of fintech has no positive and significant effect. It is generally known that the attitude towards computer use is a significant determinant of the intention to use fintech. However, the impression of simplicity did not encourage the intention to utilize fintech. Although fintech is perceived as easy, if the benefits are low, UKM does not intend to use it. The implemantation problem has not been proven to have an effect on preventing SMEs from using fintech. Public awareness of the importance of security has not been considered, this is because the community has never felt the impression of the impact of cyber risk. That the problem of fintech implementation is realized is a risk that has a negative effect on the intention of adopting fintech.
