Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja UMKM dimoderasi Teknologi pada masa Pandemi Covid-19
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the marketing approach during the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of MSMEs with technology as a moderating variable with the research subject in the Medan City Court Street workshop. This thesis uses an associative and quantitative analysis approach. The population of this research is all workshop entrepreneurs who are on the street of Medan Court. Saturated sample is the entire population of 100 respondents as the sample of this study. The data collection approach has been tested for validity and reliability by reporting, interviews, and questionnaires. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS) is an analysis of the data used in this study. The results showed that: (1) With a value of 0.767 and a P-value of 0.0033, the effect of production on the performance of MSMEs is positive and significant. (2) With a result of 0.000 (0.05), technology moderates the impact of production on MSME performance positively and significantly. (3) production on the performance of MSMEs is positive and significant with a value of 0.468 and a P-Value of 0.042 (4). direct marketing to the performance of MSMEs with a value of -0.265 and a P-Value of 0.000. (6) the positive and significant effect of direct marketing on the performance of MSMEs, which is moderated by technology, shows the result of 0.000 (0.05)

Nowadays, almost everyone uses smartphones in their daily activities. This is an opportunity for the smartphone industry to produce good products and create consumer attractiveness so that consumers want to buy them. This study aims to determine the role of brand image, product quality, and celebrity endorser in purchase decisions. Data collection was gathered online via google form using a structured questionnaire. A total of 200 samples were recruited using a purposive sampling method. The sample used as respondents are consumers who have purchased a Vivo brand smartphone during last year. This study uses the SmartPLS statistical tool to process data. The results showed that brand image and product quality had a significant positive effect on purchase decisions. Meanwhile, celebrity endorser has no effect on the purchase decision
Apakah Kepercayaan Memediasi Pengaruh Reputasi Bank dan Religiusitas Terhadap Purchase Intention?
The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank Products in Medan City and produce models for measuring trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank products in Medan City. In this study the population is unknown, therefore a representative sample with non-probability sampling technique is needed and the method used is purposive sampling. In this study, the number of indicators is 21, so by using ten times the indicator calculation, the required sample size is 170 people. Data collection was carried out using observations, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study was carried out by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Trust, There was a positive and significant influence of Religiosity on Trust, there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence on Religiosity on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence. trust in Purchase intention. Trust can positively mediate the effect of Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention and Trust can positively mediate the influence of Religiosity on Purchase Intention
Peran Job Crafting Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Masa Pandemi Covid Melalui Burnout Dan work Life Balance
ABSTRACT.This study aims to explore how the role of job crafting on teacher performance during the Covid pandemic through burnout and work life balance. The responden was 211 high school teachers in the West Java. Model Data collection using an online questionnaire with the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this research show that job crafting has a positive effect on performance and work life balance while burnout has negative effect. Teacher performance is negatively affected by burnout and positively influenced by work life balance. Burnout and work life balance have been shown to partially mediate the relationship between job crafting and teacher performance, but the effect of job crafting on teacher performance is better directly without going through burnout and work life balance
Perceived Organizational Support Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan
PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana is a company engaged in the export-import field. The production division is a division with a large workload and generally has the highest employee turnover compared to other divisions. Employee turnover can be suppressed by increasing perceived organizational support. This is because perceived good organizational support is directly proportional to organizational commitment and employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and employee performance on production division employees at PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana, located in Situbondo. This research uses causal quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees of the production division at PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana, located in Situbondo. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. Research data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with an R-Square value of 0.9123 (91.23%). Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an R-Square value of 0.8997 (89.97%)
Job Outcome: Job Involment, Job Characteristics Dan Work Engagement Sebagai Variabel Intervening
This study aims to determine and analyze the model of performance achievement (job outcome) and variables that affect job outcomes including job involment, job characteristics and work engagement. The population in this study were private banking account officers in the city of Medan with a total sample of 385 Account officers. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling Part Least Square (SEM PLS) model. The results of this study prove that Job Involment, Job Characteristics and Work Engagement have a significant influence on the Job Outcomes of Private Banking Account Officers in Medan City, then Job Involment and Job Characteristics ob Characteristics have an indirect effect on Job Outcome through Work Engagement as an intervening variable
Apakah Profitabilitas Bank Syariah Didorong oleh Faktor Internal?
The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the factors that influence the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The approach method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data needed for this research is secondary data which is a report from the Annual Sharia Banking Statistics for the period 2018-2020 obtained and obtained from the Financial Services Authority. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques (multiple linear regression method). The results show CAR, NPF, FDR and BOPO have a simultaneous influence on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2020 period, and CAR, NPF, and FDR partially have no effect on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2020 period and BOPO partially has a significant negative effect on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2020 period. This research is limited by internal factors that affect the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia
Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan Purchase Intention Sebagai Variabel Intervening
This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions through buying interest. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical model used in this study is path analysis using SPSS 16. The data used are primary data through questionnaires. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Product Quality had an effect on Purchase Decisions with a significance of 0.016 0.05. Price has an effect on Purchase Decision with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Buying Interest has an effect on Purchase Decision with a significance value of 0.002 0.05. This study also shows that Purchase Interest is able to be a mediating variable between Product Quality on Purchase Decisions and Price on Purchase Intention
Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan Terhadap Knowledge Sharing: Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Mediasi
Organizational citizenshipxbehavior has been recognized as an important variable for every organization both in academicians and practitioners. Thexpurpose of this study is to investigate thexrole of organizatinal citizenship behavior as mediator onxthe relationshipxbetween perceivedxorganizational support, job characteritics and knowledge sharing. The number of respondents that could be used in this study was 37 employees of the CivilxServants inxthe Public Works andxPublic Housing Agencyxof the West Sumatra Region of Padang City. The resultsxof analysis showedxthat the perceived organizationalxsupport and jobxcharacteristics did not affect significantly knowledge sharing. Perceived organizationalxsupport wasxfound to have positive effect onxorganizational citizenship behavior and jobxcharacteristics did not influencexorganizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore,xorganizational citizenship behaviorxwas found to havexpositive effect on knowledgexsharing. In addition, organizationalxcitizenship behavior wasxproven to mediate thexrelationship between perceived organizationalxsupport and knowledge sharing.xHowever, it did notxmediate the relationship between jobxcharacteristics and knowledge sharing

Human Resource Management (HRM) during the current covid-19 pandemic must be carried out optimally. Maximum management can have a positive effect for the realization of the goal of reaching the peak of expectations in line with the current period. Therefore, the urgency of research on human resource management is needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the superior, creative, and innovative HRM in the education and organizational sector. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with the type of literature review research. The data sources used are secondary data sources by reviewing articles in journals and secondary data from books to support this research, all of which are in accordance with the research objectives or research relevance. The result of the research is that HRM can be carried out in a superior, creative, and innovative way, so that management objectives can be achieved and are effective in the activities carried out. Excellent in managing human resources, creative in activating activities, and innovative in finding ideas
