    Optimalisasi Kinerja Pegawai: Stres Kerja dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja

    Purpose – This research explores the influence of work stress and Quality of Work Life (QWL) on employee performance by considering the mediating role of job satisfaction.Method – The research used a quantitative approach involving a complete census method, with a sampling number of 74 employees of the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra Province. Data was collected using a questionnaire to collect numerical information related to research variables. The data analysis method applied is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) as an analysis technique.Finding –  Job stress does not have a significant favourable influence on employee performance but is negatively correlated with job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the quality of work life contributes significantly positively to employee performance and job satisfaction. Apart from that, there is a significant favourable influence of job satisfaction on employee performance; then, there is a positive and significant influence of work stress and quality of work life on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction.Originality (Novelty) – Reveals previously unrevealed findings and comprehensively contributes to a theoretical and practical understanding of work behaviour and human resource development.Implications – Providing direction includes; developing stress management programs, improving the quality of work life, and strengthening job satisfaction to improve employee performance and welfare

    Social Anxiety dan Perceived Performance terhadap User Acceptance dan Kepuasan Pengguna dalam Penggunaan Ticket-Vending Machine

    Purpose – This research aims to evaluate the relevance of providing ticket-vending machines at railway stations in the context of train ticket purchases by measuring user satisfaction based on factors that influence user acceptance of the machine.Methodology – The research is quantitative and uses a descriptive approach. Non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 230 respondents who have used the ticket-vending machine service. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software.Findings – The study's results indicate that social anxiety and perceived performance have a positive and significant effect on user acceptance, with the same result for the relationship between user acceptance and user satisfaction. Originality/Novelty – This research contributes to the decision of rail service providers in Indonesia to maintain the provision of ticket-vending machines for purchasing tickets at train stations considering that the ticket purchase options that have been provided are easier and more sophisticated at this time by using 4 (four) variables where each relationship in the research model were analyzed using PLS-SEM.Implications – The provision of ticket-vending machines is still very relevant for KAI and MRT passengers in Indonesia because they are considered to meet expectations and are reliable even when used independently. Therefore, KAI and MRT service providers are expected to maintain quality assurance

    Purpose – The purpose of this study was to find out the role of womenpreneurship and the influence of ecopreneurship on the marketing performance of MSMEs through implementing the Entrepreneurial Marketing model.Methodology – The population are women who have eco-friendly SMEs in Sumatra. The sample was 50 womenpreneurs who own SMEs, which was obtained by purposive sampling. The criteria set by the researchers are: 1) women entrepreneurs who own MSMEs; 2) SMEs are eco-friendly. The data analysis is used SEM PLS.Findings – This study shows that ecopreneurship managed by women affects marketing performance only through Market Orientation and innovation. Entrepreneurial Orientation and value creation do not affect marketing performance.Originality/Novelty – Providing a new and valuable contribution to the understanding of how to improve marketing performance in Ecopreneurship using the Entrepreneurial Marketing Model, whose focus is different from conventional marketing and highlights sustainability as an essential element in marketing strategy.Implications – This study indicates that women-ecopreneurship must apply the suitable Entrepreneurial Marketing model to improve marketing performance

    Purpose – To understand more deeply user decisions in the context of online transportation, this research aims to analyze the key factors that influence user decisions, including price, promotions, service quality and convenience.Method –Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling through an accidental technique, where the samples taken were coincidental but met the criteria, namely having a history of using online transportation applications, with a total sample of 200 people in the Medan City area. Data was collected through questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling - Part Least Square (SEM-PLS).Findings – The analysis shows that the price, promotion and service quality variables partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to use Gojek in Medan. However, the convenience variable only significantly influences consumers' decisions to use the service.Originality (Novelty) –This research focuses on user decisions in the context of online transportation and an in-depth study of critical factors, such as price, promotion, service quality and convenience. Uniqueness is also seen in combining key variables and understanding the influence of convenience in online transportation.Implications – To improve consumer decisions to use online transportation, companies must focus on pricing strategies, promotions, and improving service quality. Even though convenience is insignificant, companies can still consider improving this aspect. These findings provide a basis for companies to design more effective marketing strategies according to consumer preferences

    Purpose- This research examines financing and investment decisions on company value related to financial performance.Method – This research uses moderated regression analysis (MRA) on the consumer goods industry period 2013 – 2022. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling method, and found 16 companies. Debt financing, dividend distribution and investment are moderated by financial performance on company value.Findings - Increased debt contingent on financial performance reduces firm value. Investment decisions are influenced by economic performance to increase company value. The role of financial performance needs to be visible in dividend policy on company value.Originality (Novelty) – Combining financing and investment decisions and moderating them with financial performance can provide a deeper understanding of how companies can optimize enterprise value through integrated strategic financial choices..Implication - Companies should consider their financial performance so that financing and investment can be positive signals for investors to increase company value. Debt financing should reduce company value when the company obtains more profit.

    Kredibilitas Social Media Influencer Marketing terhadap Minat Beli: Hedonisme Sebagai Moderasi

    Purpose Social media influencers (SMIs) have become a major source of influence in influencing consumer behaviour in the decision-making processes. As such, this justifies scholarly attention in understanding how SMI translates its meaning into preferred brands and drives consumers positive behavioural intentions. This paper aims to examine the impact of SMIs credibility, as manifested by trustworthiness, attractiveness, and expertise, along with the moderating effects of hedonism, on followers purchase intention.Methodology Sampling data was collected by purposive sampling and obtained 174 valid samples of Instagram social media users. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS methodFindings The results show that SMIs trustworthiness have positive effect on followers purchase intention. Moreover, the moderating effect of hedonism on the relationship between SMIs trustworthiness, attractiveness, and expertise, does not affect followers' purchase intention. Originality/Novelty This research contributes to the SMI literature by examining the influence of SMIs source credibility, along with the moderating effect of hedonism, on followers purchase intention. Implications At the end of the day, many organizations choose to engage SMIs for advertising given their high number of followers and expertise in their niche. However, regarding merely these requirements can result in wrong decisions. The findings of this research indicate that companies need to carefully select an SMI who is perceived as trustworthy by their followers to generate purchase intent

    Purpose The purpose of this research is to formulate a measurement model of Emotional Exhaustion for non-permanent lecturers with SEM-PLS at Private Islamic Higher Education (PTAIS) in North Sumatra.Methodology The research population is all non-permanent lecturers of Private Islamic Higher Education (PTAIS) in North Sumatra. To determine the sample size, Maximum Likelihood estimation is used in the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Therefore, based on the need for researchers to use data analysis techniques using the Structural Equation Model and also because later the maximum likelihood estimation technique will be used which requires a sample size of 100-200 samples, the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 non-permanent lecturers. The analytical method used is SEM-PLS analysis.Findings The results showed that there was a significant effect of Role Conflict on Emotional Exhaustion. There is a significant effect of Self Efficacy on Emotional Exhaustion. There is a significant influence of Leadership on Emotional Exhaustion. There is a significant effect of Emotional Exhaustion on Job Satisfaction. There is a significant effect of Role Conflict on Job Satisfaction. There is a significant effect of Self Efficacy on Job Satisfaction. There is a significant influence of Leadership on Job Satisfaction. There is no significant effect of Leadership on Job Satisfaction through Emotional Exhaustion. There is no significant effect of Role Conflict on Job Satisfaction through Emotional Exhaustion. And there can be no significant effect of Self efficacy on Job Satisfaction through Emotional ExhaustionOriginality/Novelty The research model uses five (5) variables and applies the concept of mediation, where each relationship in the research model is analyzed by SEM-PLS.Implications This study has shown that Emotional Exhaustion does not have a mediating effect on the influence of leadership, self-efficacy and role conflict on job satisfaction. Starting from the results of this study, the recommendation for further research is to try to analyze or use the Emotional Exhaustion variable as an independent variable, not as a mediating variable

    Purpose - This study aims to determine the right promotion concept for 212 Mart Medan with variables studied are sales promotion, advertising, direct marketing and public relations in increasing customer loyalty.Methodology - Data collection is done through a questionnaire with a sampling technique used random sampling by using 100 customers of 212 Mart Medan. Data processing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis.Findings - The results of this study indicate that the variables of sales promotion, advertising, direct marketing and public relations have a significant influence on customer loyalty at 212 Mart Medan.Originality/Novelty - Digital marketing model through the Website, Facebook (FB), Instagram IG), and Whatsapp Group (WAG) which are integrated with social media owned by FOSIL BKM MEDAN as a forum for gathering representatives of mosque management to mobilize Muslims united to build sharia economy through shopping at 212 Mart Medan.Implications - With the availability of those media, 212 Mart Medan can be used as a place for sales promotion, advertising, direct marketing, public relations in an effort to increase customer loyalt

    Purpose -This study aims to examine the impact of Fintech on the Sustainable performance of MSEs, with mediating role of Financial Literacy and Financial InclusionMethodology -The purposive sampling technique was used to get 266 samples of MSEs' owners in the West Java province. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method.Findings -This empirical study revealed that Fintech positively affects MSEs' sustainable performance with small effect size. The mediating testing confirmed an essential role to strengthen the relation within research model, with largest effect size from Financial literacy. The non-linear relationship between Fintech towards financial literacy and financial literacy towards sustainable performance in the early-stage decreases, and the subsequent stage increases positivelyOriginality/Novelty -The research framework used four types of the business model of Fintech application for MSEs and applied multiple mediations concept. The non-linear relationships in the research model were analyzed using the newest WrapPLS 7.0.Implications -Implication for MSEs, in the early stage, is crucial to scrutinize the learning process, adaptation process and manage the risk appropriately to optimize Fintech for sustainable business. The issuer company needs to provide adequate and proper information to maintain continued trust from fintech users from the beginning stage of launching the productsand services
