Strategi Meningkatkan Pemerolehan Bahasa Arab dengan Memperhatikan Tipe Kepribadian Siswa
The Arabic language is often categorized as a second language that is hard to learn and practiced as a means of communication. Although the government has made the Arabic language as the subject of elementary school through college, it does not make the Arabic language acquisition is easier and practicable for students to learn it. The level of language acquisition of each person is different; some can easily absorb the new language. This is because language acquisition is based on a natural process beneath the conscious. Therefore, by using descriptive qualitative research methods, this study aims to find the appropriate strategies for improving Arabic language acquisition based on student personality. The result of this study proves that extrovert or introvert personalities have different approaches to language acquisition. Extroverts tend to be more open, while introverts tend to be more closed. Extrovert personalities with more open tendencies have a more spontaneous language acquisition pattern, whereas introvert personalities with more inclined tendencies have a more disciplined and structured language acquisition pattern.The Arabic language is often categorized as a second language that is hard to learn and practiced as a means of communication. Taṭwīr al-Wasā’il al- Ta‘līmīyah fī Dars ‘Ilm al-Balāghah bi-Istikhdām Barnāmij Lectora Inspire fī Ma‘had Darussalam Gontor, Ponorogo
This study aims to develop learning media for ‘ilm al-Balāghah (the science of Arabic rhetoric) using Lectora Inspire at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, Ponorogo. Lectora Inspire is an electronic learning (e-learning) development application. This application is used to create online training courses, assessments, and presentations. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor has developed the curriculum of ‘ilm al-Balāghah, to be spesific ‘ilm al-Bayān, ‘ilm al-Ma‘ānī, and ‘ilm al-Badī‘. The students of the third semester in Kullīyat al-Mu‘allimāt al-Islāmīyah are considered from the stage in which they start learning ‘ilm al-Balāghah, especially ‘ilm al-Bayān, to encourage the language towards students in the Arabic language. The results of this study indicate that the tendency of students and their ability to learn ‘ilm al-Balāghah is lacking. This is evidenced by the low written test scores. Also, students face several problems in their learning, specifically, they feel learning difficulties and boredom. Strategi Group Investigation dalam Pembelajaran Mahārat al-Qirā’ah pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Malang
In learning reading skills (mahārat al-qirā’ah), especially Arabic texts, students are required to be able to reach existing indicators, which are at the level of critical reading. One effort to foster a critical attitude is to implement a group investigation strategy in the learning process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see how far the effectiveness of applying the group investigation strategy in learning mahārat al-qirā’ah 2 to the students of Arabic Language and Literature Department, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. The results of this study prove that the application of the group investigation strategy applied in learning mahārat al-qirā’ah 2 can make students active and critical in analyzing discourse. The obstacle is the lack of student commitment to time so that the learning seems rushed. Penerapan Metode Bernyanyi dalam Meningkatkan Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Arab
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode bernyanyi dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosa kata bahasa arab di MTs Ma’arif NU 07 Purbolinggo. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini dengan metode wawancara sebagai metode pokok, metode observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metode penunjang. Kemudian untuk menganalisa data digunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode bernyanyi di MTs Ma’arif NU 07 Purbolinggo dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menguasai kosa kata dalam bahasa Arab. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hafalan nyanyian yang mana lirik lagunya sudah diganti dengan kosakata bahasa ArabThis research aims to determine the application of singing method in improving Arabic vocabulary mastery at MTs Ma'arif NU 07 Purbolinggo. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this research were the principal, teachers and students. To obtain the data in this research with the interview as the main method, observation and documentation as a supporting method. Then to analyze the data used descriptive analysis. Analysis of the data used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the application of the singing method at MTs Ma'arif NU 07 Purbolinggo could improve students' ability to master vocabulary in Arabic. This can be seen from the memorization of songs where the song lyrics have been replaced with Arabic vocabular
Pembelajaran Mahārat al-Kalām pada Program Kursus Bahasa Arab Spesial Ramadan di Pesantren Darul Lughah Waddirasatil Islamiyah, Pamekasan, Madura
The purpose of this study was to determine the learning process (material, methods, media, and evaluation), effectiveness, and efficiency of learning mahārat al-kalām on the Ramadan Special Arabic course program at Pondok Pesantren Darul Lughah Waddirasatil Islamiyah (PP DLWI), Pamekasan, Madura. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive methods, while quantitative data used simple statistics consisting of the stages of preparation, tabulation, and data processing. The results of this study prove that (1) the learning process of mahārat al-kalām consists of materials, methods, media, and evaluations that are tailored to each level; mubtadi’, mutawassiṭ, and mutaqaddim; (2) the effectiveness of mahārat al-kalām learning in this program is, the mubtadi’ level of 87.33% (very effective), the mutawassiṭ rate of 95.6% (very effective), and the mutaqaddim rate of 98% (very effective); (3) The efficiency of mahārat al-kalām learning in this program is, the mubtadi’ level of 88.25% (very efficient), the mutawassiṭ rate of 90.88% (very efficient), and the mutaqaddim rate of 94.05% (very efficient).The purpose of this study was to determine the learning process (material, methods, media, and evaluation), effectiveness, and efficiency of learning mahārat al-kalām on the Ramadan Special Arabic course program at Pondok Pesantren Darul Lughah Waddirasatil Islamiyah (PP DLWI), Pamekasan, Madura. Evaluasi Buku Ajar Bahasa Arab Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah: Pendekatan Saintifik Kurikulum 2013
This study aims to evaluate Arabic teaching materials in Islamic High School (Madrasah Aliyah). The purpose of this evaluation is to find out the quality of Arabic textbooks for class X based on the 2013 curriculum, published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs Republik Indonesia in 2014. The 2013 curriculum is a curriculum based on character and competence that requires children to be active in learning. The Arabic language textbooks are evaluated using a scientific approach to know the quality. In this study, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely by emphasizing the aspect of understanding quality in depth to a problem and the results are not in the form of numbers, then systematically describing the facts and characteristics of the objects and subjects studied appropriately. The evaluation results of this teaching material show that from the aspect of presentation it has been systematic, coherent, consistent, and balanced between the chapters. From the aspect of supporting the dish, it does not contain a complete list of supporters. What's more, the connection of sentences is rather complicated. Meanwhile, from the linguistic aspect, there are still some misconceptions, especially in the use of alif and hamzah.This study aims to evaluate Arabic teaching materials in Islamic High School (Madrasah Aliyah). Konstruksi Citra Joko Widodo dalam Sampul Majalah Milenial Arrajol, Arab Saudi, Edisi 20 Mei 2019
Indonesian President Joko Widodo is widely discussed on social media because he was chosen as the cover story in Arrajol, a monthly Arabic men’s lifestyle magazine published in Saudi Arabia. On its official Facebook page, Arrajol displays a promotional video of their latest edition by writing, “President of Indonesia, a figure in the new edition of Arrajol magazine.” The video was uploaded by Arrajol on Thursday, May 16, 2019. The purposes of this study are to determine the symbol contained in Arrajol, the meaning contained within the symbol, and how these symbols constructing Joko Widodo’s image as a role model. This study uses qualitative methods with semiotics analysis from Charles Sanders Peirce. The result of this study showed Arrajol magazine consists of two main symbols, the gesture symbol of Joko Widodo who is dressed in a suit with a thin smile on his face, is Joko Widodo’s authority, and followed by the text on the bottom right showing Joko Widodo’s personality. These symbols have different meanings. Poetry is a notable record for historical events, a tool for arousing enthusiasm and a capability of emotional expression that drives society. The objective of this article is to investigate and appraise the degree for special literary description on poetic influence in the recording of historical events in the 19th century in Nigeria. The article contains a biography of the poet Shaykh Muhammadu Bello bin Sheikh Usman bin Fodio and preamble that will assist in understanding the meaning of historical Arabic poetry. The theme of this article comprises the meaning of historical Arabic poetry, word expression, skills in the language of poetry, the poet’s artistic doctrine, and the belief of the poet feels. The poetry of historical events is counted among the best poems in Arabic literature of the past and present period. The author collected lots of data and will use the descriptive and analytical methods in carrying out the research
Ẓawāhir al-Tikrār fī Murthīyāt al-Shā‘ir Bashīr al-Ḥāj Ghāji li-Tijānī al-Miskīn
Repetition (al-tikrār) represents one of the most artistic and stylistic phenomena in contemporary critical studies. It is achieved a creative and aesthetic value in the literary discourse since it reveals us about the underlying real contents behind this sort of discourse. This paper seeks to monitor 'Repetition' types and their impact in the formation of poems of Bashīr al-Ḥāj Ghāji through the investment of principles and mechanisms of the artistic approach in the structure analysis of the repetition in his poems. They are many types such as repetition in letter, word and phrase as well as derivational repetition. It was due to that repetition those structures the obvious impact in the giving of some of his poems a rhythmic dimension and a musical tune which share in the overall rhythmic structure as well as achieved some of the its semantic purposes which the poet tried to express it and deliver it to the recipient
Pengaruh Mazhab Naḥwu Kūfah dalam Kitab Matn al-Ājurrūmīyah
The school (madhhab) of Kūfah had given a lot of influences on the development of naḥwu, including the use of terms. This study uses a qualitative method and the result indicates that there are many terms in the school of Kūfah used in the book of al-Ājurrūmīyah, including (1) the use of term al-khafḍ for i‘rāb al-ism is written with kasrah, not in the term al-jarr; (2) the use of term al-maf‘ūl al-ladhī lam yusamma fā‘iluh for the term subject in a passive verb, not using the term nā’ib al-fā‘il; (3) the use of term kayfamā is part of al-af‘āl al-jawāzim or from ‘āmil (particle) which can place a fi‘l muḍāri‘ into the jussive mood (majzūm), as the Kūfah scholars believe it; (4) The signs of ism are the entry of alif and lām as believed by the scholars of the Kūfah, while according to the scholars of Baṣrah it is based on the rules of alif and lām; (5) the use of term al-na‘t, not al-ṣifah; (6) al-asmā’ al-khamsah means abūka, akhūka, ḥamūka, fūka, dhū māl, but the scholars of Baṣrah believe that al-asmā’ al-sittah is by adding one ism, namely hanūka
