Perencanaan Distribusi, Pemilihan Moda Transportasi, dan Kelancaran Pengiriman Bantuan Darurat Bencana
The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of logistics distribution planning and the choice of transportation modes on the delivery of disaster emergency assistance. The data collection method used a survey of 30 BNPB employees as respondent. Multiple regression method was used in this research. The result shows that there is influence of logistics emergency distribution relief and the choice of transportation modes has a significant positive effect and a strong relationship on the smooth delivery of disaster emergency assistance.

The purpose of the study is to find out the employees’ development and motivation towards the performance of PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera employees. The method used in the study was quantitative method. The data analysis technique was using the multiple linear regression. The population was taken as the samples from the company of 35 employees. The result shows that there is a positive and significant effect of employees’ development and motivation towards the performance of the company’s employees

The object of this research is PT Baruna Raya Logistics in Jakarta. This company operates the ships main service which provides logistic support for offshore exploration, drilling, construction, production, and other activities related to offshore petroleum and mining industries. The company also develops business related to the boats’ crew, anchor handling vessel and supply vessel. This study conducted to know the effect of Anchor Handling Towing Vessel operating Harrier Supply to the performance of PHEONWJ PT Baruna Raya Logistics in Jakarta. The researchers use the linear regression method and look for correlation of the research object. From the data processing can be seen that there is a significant effect on the operation of a ship Anchor Handling Towing Supply PHEONWJ Harrier of performance. The influence of these two variables is significant which can be seen from the results of hypothesis: t-count> t-table or 3.384> 1.701
Kepuasan Penumpang Terminal Antar Kota di Kabupaten Malinau Provinsi Kalimantan Utara
The purpose of the study is to find out the effect of service quality of Malinau district inter-city terminal passengers’ satisfaction in North Kalimantan. The problems faced by the district were about the inadequate terminal’s condition, bad terminal’s management, naughty passengers who ride the bus from outside the terminal, the inadequate ticket box facility, and no integrated Standard Operating Procedures. To get the research subject, the writers were using Servqual analysis (gap), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with 30 Malinau inter-city terminal passengers as samples and Cartesius diagram. Based on the results, the writers find out that the terminal has not fulfilled the standard of the service quality which included the safety and security services, well-organized/reliable service, comfortable and convenience services, and the equality service
PENYEBAB KETERLAMBATAN PENGIRIMAN BARANG IMPOR PADA CUSTOMER
There are four problems found when delivering the imported goods and being delayed. First, the manpower problem which is related to the number of employees with a percentage of 71.88%. The second problem is machines (technology and computer systems) with a percentage of 53.33 %. The third is methods which are forecasting with a percentage of 56.25 % and administration (78.13%). The last one is motivation which is known as welfare with 53.13 % of percentage.
E-Service Quality dan Repurchase Intention pada Travel Agent Online di Wilayah DKI Jakarta
This research aims to identify the impact of e-service quality on repurchase intention of on-line travel agencies, especially in DKI Jakarta. On-line travel agency is a travel website (e-commerce) providing various services related to tourism, such as: on-line transportation and hotel bookings and entertainment. On-line travel agency also serves as an alternative option in addition to the conventional ones. This research employed quantitative approach. The data was gathered by distributing on-line questionnaire to 96 online travel agencies users as the samples. The data was then analyzed by using simple linear regression through SPSS 23. The result shows that e-service quality is in good category while repurchase intention is in very good category. The correlational value between e-service quality and repurchase intention is in the strong category and the percentage that shows e-service quality affects significantly positive to repurchase intention of 62,1% while 37,9% as the other variables not examined in this research

Based on Break Event Point (BEP) in this article, the most effective plane is Boeing 737-800 used by Sriwijaya Air which has the route from Jakarta to Makassar. The ticket price is ranging. The ticket for the upper class is Rp 1.650.769,- while the lower class is Rp 608.333,- For middle class ticket, the price is Rp 850.000,- The total revenue for a one time flight from Jakarta to Makassar is Rp 211.609.327,-The researcher concludes that Sriwijaya Air with its Boeing 737-800 although offers a reasonable price for the route Jakarta-Makassar still gains high income
Budaya Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Direktorat Pemasaran dan Pelayanan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kemayoran. The research method used quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study was employees of Direktorat Pemasaran dan Pelayanan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kemayoran and the sample was saturated with a total of 36 samples. The results show that Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance has a strong influence. From the coefficient determination, the contribution value of the Organizational Culture variable and Work Environment variable on Employee Performance is 51.7%, while the remaining 48.3% is another variable which is not examined in this study
