Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to find out the upcoming implementation, development and trend of JKT PDG JKT route of CityLink Airlines using the Allotment System. The problem of this study is the decreasing development of seat sales with the allotment system method. The method used in this study was a linear trend method to forecast sales in the following year. The results of this study are to use the Allotment System. The previous application of the seat allotment on CityLink flights is now no longer applied, because with many low-cost airline competition, all branches should try to sell as many seats as possible. The Padang branch and the Jakarta branch no longer sell tickets using the rationing system because it will reduce sales in other areas. Besides, with the existence of the global distribution system and computerized-system (CRS), and e-commerce, each customer could buy tickets easily though in areas that do not have branch representatives
Kartel dan Tarif Tiket Perusahaan Penerbangan Terhadap Persaingan Usaha Penerbangan di Indonesia
Full text linkThe purpose of the study is to determine whether there is a direct and indirect influence between cartels and ticket tariffs of airlines business competition in Indonesia or not. The problems in this study were due to the high ticket price and public’ indication and suspicions of domestic airlines cartels practicing. The method used in this research was path analysis, to determine the direct and indirect effects of each variables. The result of the study states that the direct and indirect effect between the cartel, ticket rates, and business competition variables are equally significant. This could be seen from the result of the hypothesis analysis which state that the coefficient is above 0.300. It means that the influence is very strong. From some previous research of monopoly and price, it was found that monopolies in the aviation industry are often unavoidable because they protect airlines from losses. The result also shows that several customers in different levels do not matter about ticket price. For this type of passengers, they only need the route and flight schedule

Full text linkPeople live in Jakarta, called as Jakartans by the Jakarta Post, like to use private vehicles due to low maintaining budget especially for motorcycle. This evidence creates a trend of increasing private vehicles nowadays which impacts on the traffic jam. This phenomenon affects the decreasing use of public transportation which creates the decreasing number of public transportation every year. Based on the statistics, the number of public transportation in 1980’s was 50 % of the whole vehicles. However, in 2010 it was decreasing much on 12, 9 % only. The government was asked to revitalize the management of public transportation in Jakarta and apply the regulation especially for those who against it. Full text linkPT. Indonesia Port Company (IPC) Tanjung Priok Container Terminal (TPK) is a company serving loading and unloading services of goods to and from ships. It is located at Ocean Going Pier which is a terminal with the main activity to serve loading and unloading container. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of productivity of Loading and Unloading Equipment (Crane) toward Berthing Time at the Ocean Going Pier at PT. Tanjung Priok TPC IPC Year 2016-2018. This research used quantitative methods with primary and secondary data sources. The expected output with the correlation of productivity of Loading and Unloading Equipment (Crane) toward Berthing Time at Ocean Going Pier at PT. Tanjung Priok TPC IPC Year 2016-2018 is that the company could make decisions and policy. The results show that there is a partially significant positive correlation between Crane variables (X₁) and Berthing Time (Y), where t-count 4.839> t-table 2.03224 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then Hₒ is rejected and Ha is accepted. Judging from the correlation coefficient between Productivity Crane (X₁) and Berthing Time (Y), 0.639, it is indicated as a strong correlation because it is in the interval of 0,600-0,799

Full text linkThe objective of the research is to determine the correlation between Employees’ Competence (Ko) and Service Quality (Ku) with Aviation Safety (Ks). The research was conducted at PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk Jakarta Eksport warehouse with n = 45 respondent decided fixed due to saturate sample. Data analysis uses simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, simple correlation and partial correlation. The result are as follow ; (1) there is positive correlation between employees’ competence (Ko) and aviation safety (Ks), (2) there is positive correlation between service quality (Ku) and aviation safety (Ks) (3) there is positive correlation between employees’ competence and service quality all together toward aviation safety . Based on the result of research, aviation safety could be enhanced by increasing employees’ competence and service quality

Therefor, form the result of SWOT analysis in internal factor in PT Andromeda Sentral Pasifik, Semarang, found there is more strength than weakness. The dominant strength is lies in professional human resource services with score 0.72, whereas the dominant weakness lies in infrastructure or IT with score 0.18. From external factor, the opportunity has a higher score than the threat. The dominant opportunity is Indonesia geographic region with score 0.72, whereas the dominant threat is political stability and rising fuel price with score 0.18. The strategic steps that was taken by business developer is giving the excellent service in documentation, providing customer with fast, accurate, dan trustworthy information, offering the customer a complete service start from land transportation, custom clearance, and all that is needed in export and impor activity, giving attractive payment term. Proses Stripping, Stuffing dengan Distribusi Sparepart Excavator pada Gudang Pusat Logistik Berikat
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of stripping process and stuffing process of Excavator distribution at PLB ware house Kawasan Berikat Nusantara company. The problem in this research is the limitation of operational equipment, lack of maintenance service of operational equipment, and lac of number of employees. Quantitatif method with multiple linera regression technique was used in this research. There were 28 employees as sample. The result shows that the stripping process and stuffing process were significant positive relation with spareparts distribution Excavator at Kawasan Berikat Nusantara company.
PELAYANAN PENANGANAN BAGASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN PENUMPANG
Full text linkEvery day, PT. Metro Batavia Air is serving more than 170 flights in 42 destinations in Indonesia and outside Indonesia such as Guangzhou, Kuching, Singapore, Dili, Riyadh, and Jeddah. This study is aimed to find out the adjustment level of the service of baggage handling to the customers’ satisfaction of Batavia Air route Makassar-Jakarta in 2011. This study used two methods which are data collection from the field and library research and data analysis using Likert Scale and Cartesius Diagram. The result shows that the mean score of the company’s performance is 3,66 % and the mean score of the interest level of passengers is 4,39 %. The result of the adjustment level of the company’s performance and the interest level of passengers is 83, 37 %. It means Batavia Air serve well and can fulfill the customers’ satisfaction for route Makassar-Jakarta

Full text linkThere is a significance correlation between the productivity of Quay Crane Twin lift to the time used for shipping dock at the north pier. It could happen due to suffice and qualified human resources, facilities and equipments provided by the company. Based on the analysis of correlation, PT. Jakarta International Container Terminal in 2008-2010, performs r = 0.376 which means that there is a relationship between variables X and Y. The determinant coefficient test showed 14.14% means that the contribution of the productivity of quay crane twinlift (X) to the time used for shipping docked (Y) is suffice.

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of loading and unloading performance and the application of auto gates to the effectiveness of shipping goods. Koja Container Terminal is the busiest container terminal compared to other terminals in Indonesia. In this research, the data collection techniques was using observation. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression equations which one unit of X1 and X2 changes (adding / subtracting) will change the Y percentage either increasing or decreasing. Using the calculation of correlation, it could be seen that the application of auto gate and loading and unloading performance has a very strong and positive relationship to the effectiveness of shipping goods
