    The purpose of this research is to do empirical test to know how much the influence of transportation fleet planning is and controlling goods inventory of the improvement of goods distribution services. This research used a case study of distribution division or finished goods warehouse of a drinking water company. The data collection was carried out by perception survey of 48 warehouse employees as subject research on variable study. Multiple regression was used to analyse the data. The result of this research shows that regression equation Y=11,584 + 0,387X1 + 0,368X2. The fleet planning and inventory control have a significant influence and strong relationship to the improvement of distribution service

    In every part of life, the service activities happen naturally. Basically, giving service is the basic human needs to interact with others. The highest level of need for people now is getting service. This could happen because not many people want to serve others. Therefore, it is needed to build a mental of giving service. If the mental of service has been applied, then there will be no complaint from the customers in transportation industry. The study is to find out the quality of services in transportation industry. The study used the qualitative descriptive in library research. The service doers agree that different customers perform different characters who need to be treated differently.

    PT. Tresnamuda Sejati, as one of the manufacturer export documents, is always trying to serve neat and clean work for their customers. To keep their customers loyal in the competition era, they try their best to satisfy them. Customers’ satisfaction is one of the important things in running the company. In order to do so, the company should evaluate all the employees’ performance especially employees who are handling the customers. This study is aimed at finding out the employees’ performance of PT. Tresnamuda Sejati in satisfying the customers. The methods used are combination of quantitative and qualitative. Likert Scale and Cartesius are used to find out the performance indicators. The result of this study shows that their employees do not perform well and do not fulfill the indicators. The employees’ performance needs to be improved especially performance related to responsiveness and assurance

Thebusiness management in 2019 was also strengthened by the values of One Family, One Nation, One Garuda Indonesia, therefore, Garuda Indonesia could continue to provide the best service for Indonesia.Garuda Indonesia is also trying to implement the key work programs to develop revenue beyond the aviation business that would become a strong foundation for Garuda Indonesia to develop and expand in the next period. The purpose of the research is to determine the Cost Index and its impact on operational cost efficiency in B777-300ER (Garuda Indonesia case study). This research used the desciptive qualitative approach. The data was collected through observation, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research was navblue cost index. The results of the study would be used to determine the extent of the cost index, the impact of increasing efficiency of B777-300ER operational costs, and in order to help companies making the right decision

    Buana Selaras Globalindo company is a company which focuses on providing telecommunication equipment network. The main problem in this research is to find out how the optimal purchase of telecommunication network equipment at Buana Selaras Globalindo Jakarta company. The purpose of this research is to know the number of optimal purchases, the amount of safety provided, the time when repurchase is carried out, the maximum procurement (maximum inventory) and the total cost telecommunication equipment. The data was taken from field and library. The data was analysed with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). The result of the analysis and discussion shows that the optimal purchase of OTB equipment is 1.429 units, ODP is 1.676 units, Closure is 1.728 units with four times frequency purchase. The safety stock for OTB equipment is 564 units, ODP is 406 units, Closure is 485 units. The ROP for OTB equipment is 1.402 units, ODP is 1.576 units, Closure is 1.729 units. The maximum inventory for OTB equipment is 1.983 units, ODP is 2,082 units, Closure is 2.213 units. The total inventory cost according to the EOQ method for OTB equipment is USD 1.121.144, ODP is USD 1.901.009, Closure is USD 1.976.33

    The purpose of this research is to identify and analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of specific information system regarding online electronic retribution. Post positivistic qualitative method or qualitative method or interpretive method was used to analyse the data. The population in this research were employees of Transportation Department of Road Terminal Management unit. The sample was the head of operational and road transportation terminal management unit. The data was collected through observation, interview, and literature. SWOT method was used to analyse the data. The result shows that agency’s position is in quadrant I with the condition of SO (Strength – Opportunity) in the e- retribution system with coordinate (0.75;0.40)

    In recent times, there is an increasing trend of logistics service companies. Every company has to perform well especially related to the on time delivery service if they want to bait many customers and compete in the logistics service industry. Otherwise, they will fall behind. Based on the research, there are five specific reasons of late delivery when the service is provided using motorcycles. They are the welfare factors, mentally and physically factors, the vehicle factors, the loading factors, and the IT tool factors. Using the qualitative and cause and effect method, the problems of late delivery can be solved. The solutions are training the couriers especially for time management and use of new technology, providing medical check up for couriers, motivating the couriers to give the best service to the clients, having some new motorcycles to back up the old ones, hiring new couriers and allocating time in routing them, and providing the best or at least good and reliable technology such as computers

    PT Garuda Indonesia should pay attention to which routes contribute significantly to the company. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a strategy for the flight route, one of which is the use of aircraft types that are the company's primary consideration for achieving profit targets. The problem in this research was how to formulate strategies for the use of PT Garuda Indonesia aircraft types. Garuda Indonesia CGK-SIN-CGK route in 2019. The level of competition of PT Garuda Indonesia on the CGK-SIN-CGK route ranked second in the market on this route. According to CPM's matrix, the company ranks second. In 2018 on the route CGK-SIN-CGK, PT Garuda Indonesia used Airbus 330-200, Airbus 330-300, Boeing 737-800, Boeing 777-300 and Boeing 737-Max, 8 aircrafts with a total frequency of 6,315 flights and 844,714 pax. The average passengers that could be transported was 134 pax / flight and actually could be transported sufficiently by a narrow-body aircraft, that was, the Boeing 737-800 with the capacity of 162 seats (12C / 150Y). In the decision stage, the QSPM matrix was used. The product development strategy that can be implemented is that the company uses Boeing 737-800NG aircraft with a low total operating cost of the aircraft as the highest priority and followed by the second priority. In other words, the company uses a large-capacity 330 series Airbus aircraft

     Which one of the service is the overflying billing services (Flying Cross Flight Services) to any airlines thta fly over the western part of Indonesia. The aim of this study is to enhance the service and the billing of the Flying Cross Flight Services. The researchers use SWOT as the analysis method to solve the billing problems. It describes the billing process of PJP Overflying, identifies any factors which caused ineffective billing process and of course analyses the internal and external factor to create a new strategy. This new strategy is expected to control the billing problems that already happened and to increase the effectiveness of the billing process and services of PJP Overflying in the future

    The purpose of the study are to analyse the train’s punctuality and load factor and to verify the effect of the train’s punctuality to its load factor. The study is about the Joglosemarkerto rail transport for 62 days or 2 months from December 2018 to Januari 2019. The data used in this study was a secondary data based on the delay and load factor of daily departure of the rail transport. The data analysis were using two techniques which were descriptive quantitative and linear regression. The result shows that the negative effect of punctuality to load factor due to the delay that giving negative effect to the load factor. The equation from the effect of punctuality to load factor was shown in Y = 310,790 – 1,630X
