    The level of customer interest in the services provided by PT. Supra Raga Transport is very important that is 57.48%.     Investors often see financial report of logistics companies only from one side such as profit - loss report. They assume that profit - loss report presented by the companies are real. The management of the companies know about that and they tend to do profit management in financial report. There are three important problems in the companies, there are investment decision, funding decision, and a policy to propose how much dividend should be distributed to shareholders. For that reason, the purpose of this research is to analyse about institutional ownership, managerial ownership, dividend policy, and debt policy towards profit management in logistics companies. The result of this research used statistical analysis by linear regression analysis. The data shows that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and debt policy do not have an influence on management profit while dividend policy has significant effect in management profit. It signifies that if the companies do profit management, the company will do income decreasing that will be effect to dividend policy where the owner will get smaller dividend than they should get or the owner will decide to hold the existing profit and use it for investment.     The General Directorate of Customs is an agency assigned by the government to regulate goods entering and leaving the country, and Customs has customs facilities, namely temporary import and recently customs clearance together with KADIN and IMI makes temporary import easier with carnet system. The problem in this study is the role of the carnet system in the completion of the temporary import goods in the main service office of the Soekarno Hatta Customs Office. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the carnet system in the settlement of temporary import goods. To solve the problem of the author used 2 methods, first the method of collecting data in the form of field data and literature data. The second method of descriptive qualitative analysis is the analysis used to analyze and observe social situations broadly, thoroughly and deeply. The results of the analysis and discussion of carnet are documents used for temporary import with a period of 12 months. In the carnet there is the ATA carnet (Admission Temporary/ Temporary Admission Carnet) and CPD carnet (Carnet de Passages en Duane). There is a procedure for obtaining approval of temporary import facilities, terms and conditions for temporary import and sanctions. The procedure for using the carnet is that the importer reports to the general directorate of customs or the head of the customs service office and pays a guarantee until the completion of the temporary import by the carnet. There are the relevant agencies dealing with carnet KADIN (Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and IMI (Indonesian Motor Association) as well as the advantages and role of carnet in the temporary import settlement. The advantage of using this carnet system is that it is very fast in checking the release of goods because it only uses carnet document for each item

    This study aims at investigating the effect of transportation mode readiness and cargo planning on the smooth distribution of CBU. The data was obtained through a survey of 48 CBU logistics company employees in Jakarta with multiple regression analysis tools. The results of the study prove the hypothesis of the simultaneous influence of transportation mode readiness and load planning on the smooth distribution of the CBU, with the F count of 36.080 greater than the F table value of 3.20. In addition, there is a partial effect of transportation mode readiness variable on the distribution smoothness which is significant with t count 2.121 greater than t table 1.679 and the effect of cargo planning variable on distribution smoothness is significant with t count 5.919 greater than t table 1.679

    The research objective is to determine the integration between Corridor 13 development planning and the quality of Transjakarta Bus services. Transjakarta Bus Transport is one of the mass transports operating in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted by providing alternative solutions to problems with the proposed development of facilities located in Corridor 13 of the Ciledug - Tendean route and also the future needs of the fleet to support the smooth operation of Corridor 13 in the future. The research method used quantitative analysis through average waiting times, frequency of public vehicle departures, headway, load factors, and Round Trip Time. To get the benefit for service providers, this research is expected to be a reference for evaluation materials for service providers related to the operation of Transjakarta Corridor 13 Bus route. The sample size used 45 service users as the object of the questionnaire. From the analysis, some solutions can be obtained as in the development plan by adding frequency, headway, and operating hours on Transjakarta operations. For Service Quality, there are efforts to improve facilities and infrastructure facilities for repairing the Platform Screen Door and adding the fans. It is expected that the operator of TransJakarta considers the inputs to anticipate the high expectations of the number of passengers in the coming 5 years

    The purpose of this study is to test and understand the effect of Investigator Accountability and Gender Empowerment on Performance of the Investigation Team. According to National Transportation Safety Committee, gender equality has become an important issue in development because socially it has differenciate roles, responsibilities, rights and functions as well as the activities of men and women in society. These differences ultimately make people tend to be discriminatory and picky about the treatment of access, participation, and control in the results of development of men and women including in the field of transportation and accident investigation. This research was using quantitative analysis methods with multiple regression analysis tools with a sample size of 40 respondents, calculated the relationship between the accountability of investigators along with gender empowerment on the performance of the investigation team. The results of the study: there is a positive relationship between Investigator Accountability and the Performance of the Investigation Team of the National Transportation Safety Committee as well as Gender Empowerment. And this also applies to the positive relationship between Investigator Accountability and Gender Empowerment together with the Performance of the National Transportation Safety Committee's Investigation Team. This research is not only useful to improve policy making in the field of human resource development in the National Transportation Safety Committee but also in other institutions that have the same scope

    This study was conducted at the operational division of PT. DFDS Transport Indonesia. The problem in this study is to know the influence of vendor management to the implementation of export shipping in the operational division. To solve the problem the author used 2 methods. First, the data collection method in the form of questionnaire distributed to 19 respondents with saturated sample techniques used as many as 19 and processed data from the questionnaire. Second, the method of data analysis using regression, correlation analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is a positive influence of vendor management on the export shipping, which is shown by a simple linear line equation, that is; Y = 14.25 + 0.68X, means that every change in one score of variable X will be followed by change in the Y score of 0.68 and a constant value of 14.25. Based on the correlation analysis r = 0.534, it means that there is a moderate influence of variable X on the variable Y. Determination coefficient test shows the number 28.09%, means that the influence of the information system quality to the employee performance is 28.09% while 71.91% is the influence of other factors that were not examined in this study. And the results of the hypothesis test show that tcount = 2.579 and ttable = 1.740 or tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, means that there is a significant influence of vendor management towards the implementation of export shipping

Angkasa Pura II is a company that manages airport services and air traffic services that prioritizes flight safety and customer satisfaction, in an effort to provide optimal benefits to shareholders, business partners, employees, the community and the environment by upholding business ethics. The author used data from field through interviews, observations, and questionnaires to analyze the problem. Based on the IE matrix, the company's position is in cell II, which is in the position of growing and developing, with a total score of internal factors 2.78 and external factors 3.05 so that alternative strategies that can be carried out are market penetration, market development and product development and (Backward Integration, Forward Integration, Horizontal Integration). While in the SWOT analysis using IFE and EFE tables, the internal strength factor is 3.70 and the weakness factor is 3.35, so the difference between the two factors is 0.35. Moreover, the external opportunity is 3.60 and the threat factor is 3.40, so the difference between the two external factors is 0.2. The conclusion of the research based on the SWOT diagram is that the company's position is in quadrant I, where the company has great strengths and opportunities, so that in the SWOT matrix the company's position is in the S-O strategy

    This study aims to analyze the influence of operating costs, freight costs and tonnage of ships in the distribution of fuel in eastern Indonesia. The data was obtained through interviews and data collection in the field. The problem was solved using quantitative descriptive methods. From this research, it can be concluded that 1) The effect of Ship Operational Costs (OPEX) on Tonnage ships (GT) with the increase in ship Tonnage will increase ship operating costs, or vice versa. 2) The effect of transport costs (Freight Cost) on Tonnage ships (GT) with increasing vessel Tonnage will increase the cost of transporting ships, but the transport costs per liter will be smaller if the size of the ship is getting bigger. 3) The effect of operational costs (opex) on freight costs (Freight Cost) with increasing operational costs (opex) will increase ship freight costs. The ship's operational costs are greatly updated by the component of Depreciation costs, maintenance / repairs and Crew salary. There are many factors and dimensions that affect operational costs and transport costs in eastern Indonesia, therefore, in-depth research needs to be done in the future by including the vessel operating factor and ship load factor, regulation and best practices in other shipping industries
