Perumusan Strategi Jasa Angkutan Penyeberangan PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry Lintas Bakauheni – Merak
The purpose of this research is to find out strengths and weaknesses (internal factors), threats and opportunities (external factors) and the strategy of the transport service company. PT. ASDP INDONESIA FERRY is a State-Owned Enterprise within the Ministry of Transportation which is authorized to carry out all activities in Ports of Bakauheni - Merak. SWOT Analysis was used as the analysis method. Based on the results, PT ASDP INDONESIA FERRY Bakauheni Branch, Bakauheni - Merak Route is in quadrant I with strength score of 3.82 and weakness score of 2.40. The difference between the two internal factors is 1.42. The score of opportunity value is 3.82 and the score of threat value is 2.80 that shows the difference between the two external factors is 1.02. These mean that the company is in a favorable position, which has positive strength and opportunities. Based on the SWOT matrix, the S-O strategy is obtained, namely by utilizing strengths and making the most of opportunities
Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional di PT Pertamina (Persero) Jakarta
The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the direct and indirect effect of characters or personalities with organizational citizenship behavior. The subject of the research is the pool transportation employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Jakarta 2017. The research method was using survey with correlational approach and sample taken using simple random sampling technique. There are 50 employees and sample taken was 44 employees. There is a positive relation, on the research result, between characters or personalities with organizational citizenship behavior in pool transportation of PT Pertamina (Persero) Jakarta 2017

PT Logwin Air and Ocean Indonesia is in 10th position out of the top 10 forwarding companies that export air cargo, with a market share of 3.22% in 2017. The biggest strength of PT Logwin Air and Ocean Indonesia is having the resources / man power that knowledgeable and reliable. While the lack of shipment nominations (shipment nominations) is the strongest weakness for PT Logwin Air And Ocean Indonesia. The biggest opportunity for PT Logwin Air and Ocean Indonesia is the Indonesian government's policy to increase exports. The biggest threat faced by PT Logwin Air And Ocean Indonesia is price competition with competitors. Based on the CPM Matrix, the company’s rank is in the 5th position after DHL, Schenker, Yusen and Panalpina. In IE Matrix, the company is in cell V that is hold and maintain with a total score of internal strategy factors (2.31) and total external strategy score of (2.36). Based on the 4-K SWOT analysis and Grand Strategy Matrix, it is known that the horizontal axis (X) is (1.45) and the vertical axis (Y) is (0.48), so the company's position is illustrated in quadrant I. There are two alternative strategies obtained from the results of the IE, SWOT 4K, BCG and Grand Strategy matrix analysis, namely: Market Penetration and Product Development, and in the QSPM Matrix, Market Penetration strategies are obtained with a total attractiveness value of (5 , 52) as the first priority and followed by a Product Development strategy (Product Development) with a total attractiveness value of (5.44)
Strategi Meningkatkan Seat Load Factor pada Penerbangan Citilink
PT Citilink Indonesia is one of the low cost airlines or Low Cost Carrier (LCC), a subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero). The problem discussed in this study was how to increase the number of seat load factors of PT Citilink Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's internal and external factors and to analyze the strategies formulation to increase the number of seat load factors of Kertajati - Surabaya route in 2019. The research method used in this study was Qualitative by obtaining data through interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the Internal External Matrix (IE), the company's position is in cell I; growth and development, with a total score of internal factors of 3.12 and external factors of 3.12. The alternative strategies could be applied are market penetration, market development, and product development. While based on SWOT - 4K analysis using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) tables, the internal strength factor is 3.78 and the weakness factor is 2.27, which shows the difference between the two internal factors is 1, 41. As for the external factor the chance is 3.24 and the threat is 3.00, which shows the difference between the two external factors is 0.24. The conclusion of the research based on SWOT-4K diagram the company's position is in the SO quadrant, where the company has great strength and opportunities and based on SWOT-4K Matrix the company's position is in the S-O strategy
Kualitas Pelayanan Keselamatan Penerbangan
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Employee Competence (Co) and Quality of Service (Ku) with Aviation Safety (Ks). This research was conducted at PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk. Jakarta Export warehouse with n = 45 respondents decided to keep due to saturated samples. The method analysis was simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, simple correlation and partial correlation. The results of the research are as follows; (1) there is a positive correlation between employee competency (Ko) and flight safety (Ks), (2) there is a positive correlation between service quality (Ku) and flight safety (Ks), and (3) there is a positive correlation between employee competency and quality of service towards flight safety. Based on the results of the study, the flight safety can be improved by increasing employee competence and service quality

Increasing mobility of human activities requires transportation modes to be more reliable. The technology offered by online transportation service providers is a new technology in the transportation service industry which can grow rapidly. The technology offered also changes the way consumers use transportation services. This phenomenon also has a major impact on the transportation industry and requires the government to immediately improve regulations on transportation services. Along with consumer behavior that is increasingly digital and more dependent on the internet for daily activities such as information retrieval, shopping, and business transactions, making business both local and foreign begin to present online application-based transportation. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the social challenges of transportation and the drivers’ growth in online application-based transportation in Indonesia and their influence on government policy. The population was all application users based on online transportation, and obtained as many as 240 respondents gave responses to the questionnaire. Data were collected by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies, variables studied using a Likert scale. The questionnaire was first tested using validity and reliability testing, analyzed by SEM analysis. The results found in the hypothesis testing of this study are: simultaneously, the social challenges of transportation and the growth of online application-based transportation have a positive and significant influence on government policy. Partially, the online application-based transportation challenge variables in Indonesia have a significant influence on government policy variables, so that they have a positive and significant influence. Partially, the online application-based transportation growth variable has a significant influence on government policy variables, so it has a positive and significant influence. Based on the 11 Goodness of Fit (GOF) criteria models above, the research model has a fairly good model. This means that the measurement model obtained from the data is in accordance with the research hypothesis. This is because of the 11 criteria, there are 8 criteria that have been fulfilled.
Analisis Program Evaluation Review Technique (Pert) terhadap Waktu Bongkar Muat Kendaraan
The increasing need for vehicles brings up several problems for loading and unloadingcompanies due to the dominance of cargo vehicles in the car yards, the increasing cargotraffic inside the port every year, the tardiness of export documents from the Shipper / EMKLowners and the increasing intense competition of similar business fields on the same location.By using Evaluation Review Technique Program / PERT , the researchers would like to findout the process of loading and unloadingvehicle , the factors that influence the time forloading and unloading vehicle and the optimal time in scheduling loading and unloadingvehicle. The results show that the time for loading and unloading vehicle is carried out within22:25:00 25 minutes and the critical path at 21:40:00. The factors that influence the length ofloading and unloading vehicle are (a) Delay in providing export documents, (b) Simplesystem for making stowage plan documents, (c) Lack of Human Resources in the process ofloading and unloading vehicles. The optimal time that can be taken is 14:00:00 withopportunities based on a normal table of 0.99988, which means that there is a chance of99.99% of the process loading and unloading vehicles can be completed in the optimal time
Jumlah Penerbangan Terhadap Jumlah Penumpang pada Antrian Check In Counter
The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of flights and passengers at the Terminal 1A Check-in Counter at Soekarno Hatta Airport. The study used simple linear regression analysis techniques, correlations, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that the regression coefficient analysis, -15859.152 + 164.628X constant of -15859.152 states that if there is no increase in the value of the variable amount of flights (X) then the amount of passengers at Check-in Counter Terminal 1A at Soekarno Hatta Airport will decrease -15859.152. It means that if there is no increase in the amount of flights, the amount of passengers at the Check-in Counter will decrease, whereas if there is an increase in the amount of flights, the amount of passengers at the Check-in Counter will increase. Correlation coefficient, states the price r = 0.943 means that the value of the amount of flights to the amount of passengers at the Check-in Counter is very strong. KP determinant coefficient = 88.9% means that there is an influence from variable amount of flights to the amount of passengers in the Check-in Counter at Terminal 1A at Soekarno Hatta Airport, because tcount> ttable (13,304> 2,074) then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning partially there is a significant influence between the amount of flights on the amount of passengers in the Check-in Counter at Terminal 1A at Soekarno Hatta Airport

This study aims at assessing the risk of operating a material warehouse using the cause and effect diagram method. The data was collected from a survey of 30 material warehouse employees. Risk mapping is applied to the risks of human resources, machinery, methods and materials by measuring the frequency of risk and the weight of impact on organizational performance
Analisis Lalu Lintas Harian Rata – Rata (LHR) dalam Menghindari Kecelakaan
PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is one of the Toll Road Service Provider Operators in Indonesia. Jasa Marga has been trusted to be responsible for toll road construction in Indonesia. With the large number of road growth, there will also be more toll roads to connect several regions in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the Average Daily Traffic (LHR) of the accident rate, to solve the problem, the author used 2 (two) methods, the first method of collecting data in the form of field data (field research) and documents review (based on the data from the company). The second method was data analysis with the basic calculation of Accident Rate. The results from the analysis show there is a contribution from the Average Daily Traffic (LHR) (X) of 27.04% to the accident rate (Jakarta - Cikampek Toll Road) (Y) and the rest 72.96% is the influence of other factors besides the Average Daily Traffic average (LHR)
