Performance Analysis of Yayasan Jasa Aviasi Indonesia as One of The Pioneer Flight Operators in Papua Province
Full text linkThis study discusses YAJASI's Operational Performance as one of the pioneer flight operators in Papua, as a basis for supporting pioneer aviation operations in the rural areas of Papua. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive analytic technique. The presence of YAJASI supports the community development program as one of the providers of air transportation services to provide convenience and fluency in community development efforts in the rural areas of Papua. YAJASI's aviation performance effort outlines the needs of air transportation and conducts medical help to evacuate people in the depths. To achieve the objectives expected by Yayasan Jasa Aviasi Indonesia (YAJASI), it is necessary to pay attention to the recruitment of prospective national candidates for aviators, aircraft maintenance technicians and avionics. This can be supported by training programs for national personnel who have met the screening and recruitment requirements. In addition, it is necessary to provide aircraft as an operational support to meet the demand for air transport service
Implementation of Inward Manifest Notification Management Based on Regulation of The Minister of Finance
Full text linkThis research aimed to evaluate the implementation of inward manifest notification procedures on PT Bollore Logistics Indonesia in the air import business unit.. The research method used are interview, observation, and documentation. The number of research samples was four people taken through purposives way. Data analysis using descriptive qualitatives. Based on the results of the triangulation and evaluation carried out on the implementation of inward manifest submission on PT Bollore Logistics Indonesia, it is known that the submission process of the implemented inward manifest has several process characteristics and the achievement of targets from the submission of inward manifest is still fluctuating because it is influenced by existing obstacles. The conclusion of the study is that at the stage of the implementation of the inward manifest submission which applicable in PT Bollore Logistics Indonesia, need to be added several stages that can help to minimize the occurrence of errors in the notification process and determine how to overcome the obstacles that have occurred to achieve the company's targets

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the extent to which consumer attitudes and perceptions of the interest or desire of the public to use the train as the preferred means of transportation during the Covid 19 pandemic, either partially or simultaneously. In this study using quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis, t-test, and f test to determine the effect of variables either partially or simultaneously using a convenience sample of 96 respondents. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on consumer attitudes and perceptions of interest in using trains during the Covid 19 pandemic
Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Atas Perluasan Ganjil Genap Terhadap Aktivitas Logistik di Wilayah DKI Jakarta
Full text linkThis research aims to identify the impact of delivery in full, on time (DIFOT), just in time (JIT), and logistics costs due to the expansion of odd-even policy on logistics activities in DKI Jakarta. This research used primary data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to business people in the logistics sector. The instrument model used in this study was multiple linear regression. The result shows that the three variables, which were delivery in full, on time (DIFOT), and just-in-time (JIT), has strong (significant) impacts on logistics activities. On the other hand, logistics cost has less impact on logistics activities since anticipation could still be done by hiring outsourcing partners for transportation vehicle units and adjusting distribution times for areas affected by odd-even policy.
Peranan Inovasi Dan Komunikasi Marketing Terpadu Dalam Keputusan Memilih Perguruan Tinggi (Kasus ITL Trisakti)
Full text linkThis study was conducted in ITL Trisakti Jakarta in order to analyze the effect of the application of IMC and Innovation towards Purchase Intention of university selection. The study was conducted using quantitative-hypothesis testing research. The validity and reliability testing research was conducted using SPSS program, while the data was analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of the study shows there is not significant influence of innovation to the respondents’ decision making on university selection. However, there is a significant influence of the IMC strategies applied to the respondents’ decision making. Furthermore, respondents’ quality perception, as the intervening variable, shows direct and significant influence to the respondents’ decision making on university selection. Specifically, internet and marketing evenst have big contribution to the application of IMC in ITL Trisakti, despite; Advertising and Personal Selling show the least. Therefore, ITL Trisakti is expected to develop the marketing strategy in order to get the best result.
Operational Performance of Privately Owned Ship
Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to determine and identify the effect of warehouse infrastructure and spare parts procurement on ship operational performance with the effectiveness of ship maintenance as an intervening variable on ships owned by PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk in 2020. Methods of data analysis use linear regression analysis, simple correlation, partial or simultaneous and path analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion, it shows that there is a significant positive direct effect of warehouse infrastructure on the effectiveness of ship maintenance, there is a significant positive direct effect of spare parts procurement on the effectiveness of ship maintenance, there is a significant positive direct effect warehouse infrastructure on ship operational performance, direct positive which is significant the procurement of spare parts on the operational performance of the ship, there is a significant positive direct effect of the effectiveness of ship maintenance on the operational performance of the ship, there is an intervening effect between warehouse infrastructure on the operational performance of the ship through the effectiveness of ship maintenance and there is an intervening effect between the procurement of spare parts on vessel operational performance through effective ship maintenance on vessels owned by PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk
Cycle Count Dan Quality Control dalam Pendistribusian Barang
Full text linkPT Agility International is a company that provides warehousing services. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effects of cycle count and quality control on the distribution of goods. The research method used was quantitative method using questionnaires and library data as the data collection methods. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The result shows that there is a significant impact between the effect of cycle count and quality control on the distribution of goods, meaning that each increase in cycle count X1 is followed by an increase in Y distribution and each increase in quality control X2 is followed by an increase in distribution. With r=0,337 as the coefficient correlation, there is a low impact between X1, X2 and Y. Coefficient of determination test shows 11,35% meaning that there is a positive contribution by the cycle count and quality control to the distribution of goods. On the other hand, 88,65% of it is determined by other factors affecting X1 and X2 variables to Y

This activity will provide an overview of the conditions of Throughput, Dwelling Time and Yard Occupancy Ratio. And these three elements will be the object of this research. The research objective was to determine how much influence the Throughput and Dwelling Time have on the Yard Occupancy Ratio. The research analysis method is Linear Regression analysis.The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between Throughput, Dwelling Time, on the Yard Occupancy Ratio

The research objective in this study was to determine the effect of Inter Terminal Transfer and loading and unloading activities on Throughput at KSO TPK KOJA in 2019. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of respondents' answers by distributing questionnaires to employees. This research is a quantitative research by collecting The data is using the Likert scale, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing, both simple and multiple. Then the results obtained are if the Inter Terminal Transfer variable has a partial effect on Throughput, loading and unloading variables on Throughput, and the effect of Inter Terminal Transfer variables and loading and unloading variables jointly on Throughput variables. The results of the F test show that there is a significant regression effect of the Inter Terminal Transfer Variable (X1) and Loading and Unloading (X2) on the Variable Throughput (Y) KSO TPK KOJA in 2019
