    Pergerakan Pesawat Komersial Terhadap Pergerakan Penumpang di Bandara

    The purpose of the research is to find out the effect of aircraft flying frequency to passengers’ movement in Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport from 2016 to 2017. The problem of the research is how the flying frequency of commercial aircraft in Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport effects the passengers’ movement in 2016-2017. The analysis techniques used in this study were simple linier regression, coefficient correlation, determinant coefficient and hypothesis test. The first result is Y = 140152 + 75,96X (from simple linier regression analysis) which means each changes from one variable X will be followed by Y changes of 75.96 times X in constant of 140152. The second result is 0.74 from coefficient correlation analysis which shows there is a strong and positive relation between commercial aircrafts’ flying frequency and passengers’ movement. The third result 55 % is from determinant coefficient analysis which shows the contribution of variable X (aircraft flying frequency) to variable Y (passengers’ movement) while the other 45 % is from other factors. The last result is 5.18 and 1,717 or > (5.18 > 1,717) from hypothesis test which means there is a significant relation between X and Y variables (Ho is rejected while Ha is accepted)

    This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery on purchasing decisions at J&T Express Bekasi branch in 2021. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection methods using a survey method with a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach, using 100 respondents. The test was carried out using the SPSS version 21 program.The result of this study indicates that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meanwhile the price did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions whereas the results of the partial test show that Ho is accepted. and Ha is rejected, and timeliness of delivery has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test showed that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. As a simultaneous test results showed that brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the simultaneous test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Suggestions given in this study include the company is expected to always improve the quality of service related to company employees in serving consumers and improve the quality of delivery of goods so that there are no delay

    Coronavirus Disease 2019 or what is often referred to as COVID-19 which began to enter Indonesia in early March 2020. To prevent its transmission, policies such as work from home, social distancing and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) were issued. The problem that is being faced by Garuda Indonesia is a very drastic decline in passengers and IATA predicts that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic will end in 2024. The aim of this study is to analyze and determine the internal and external factors of PT. Garuda Indonesia and Analyzing Porter's Five-Forces Model and PESTEL. The method used is a qualitative method and the tools that the authors use to analyze using the SWOT analysis method, Porter's Five-Forces Model and PESTEL analysis. The time of the research starts from December 2020 to August 2021. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there are four alternative strategies including downsizing as an alternative strategy with the first priority and the total attractiveness value of (6.73), Related Diversification as an alternative strategy with second priority with a total attractiveness value of (5.82), Divestment as an alternative strategy with a third priority with a total attractiveness value of (4.17) and Liquidation as the last alternative strategy with a total attractiveness value of (3, 71)

    The Sea Highway is a program of the Indonesian government that aims to improve connectivity between regions, equitable distribution of goods and reduce price disparities between the western region of Indonesia and the central region of Indonesia. This program started in 2014 and is still running today. However, at the beginning of 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic hit every country including Indonesia and had an impact on all sectors, including the Sea Highway program. The purpose of the study is to determine the extent of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the effectiveness of the Sea Highway, it is necessary to conduct a study to compare the operational conditions of the Sea Highway during conditions before the pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. To conduct this research, it is necessary to collect primary and secondary data. The method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting primary data obtained from PT Djakarta Lloyd which is directly involved in the Sea Highway program and collecting secondary data from related literature and previous research. This research is limited to Central Indonesia shipping lanes and operational effectiveness in terms of shipping route criteria. The results of this study show that the frequency of shipping, and delivery times before and during the pandemic are constant, while the number of cargoes and prices have decreased. In conclusion, this study can be the basis of a solution to increase the effectiveness of the operation of the Sea Highway during the Covid-19 pandemic

    Analisis Permasalahan Transportasi Berkelanjutan di Kota Metropolitan Surabaya : Studi Kasus Perkotaan Padat Penduduk

    This research aims to examine the issues and solutions of sustainable transportation in the metropolitan city of Surabaya, focusing on densely populated urban areas. The research method used in this study is qualitative, relying on secondary data sources. The findings of this study reveal that one of the main factors causing transportation problems in urban areas, especially in Surabaya, is the high number of motorized vehicles leading to traffic congestion. Secondly, there is a lack of efficiency in public transportation. Thirdly, there is a lack of comfort and safety. Fourthly, there is a scarcity of facilities in public transportation, and lastly, there is a lack of awareness among the population regarding the use of traffic facilities. Then, the high rate of growth in Surabaya city will result in a significant amount of traffic congestion in certain areas. Transportation challenges with cross-regional impacts, such as in the metropolitan urban areas of Surabaya, cannot be addressed or handled separately by individual regions. To overcome these challenges, coordination and cooperation between various areas are required. In order to achieve efficiency and optimal results, it is recommended that management be carried out in an integrated manner as a single system, without considering administrative boundaries. From these issues, the researcher proposes a solution, which is the establishment of sustainable transportation such as the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), improving facilities and infrastructure to support the transportation sector, and raising public awareness to encourage the use of public transportation

    Along with the rapid development of internet technology, various online travel agents (OTA) were born, one of which is Tiket.com. Even though it has been established longer, Tiket.com is still less competitive with OTA competitors, Traveloka. This is marked by more consumers making purchase decisions through Traveloka than Tiket.com. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence  of electronic word of mouth (EWOM)  and brand trust both partially and simultaneously on the decision to purchase airline tickets through Tiket.com services. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires with a sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is that EWOM  and brand trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously

    The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the simultaneous effect of occupational health safety and work discipline on employee performance of PT Gapura Angkasa Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport during the 2021 pandemic with quantitative approach method and the data collection method was in the form of field research, and library research data. The data analysis method used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation, Coefficient of Determination (R2 Test), F Statistics Test, and T Test and the results of this study indicate that the F test result shows that the score of F value = 354,564 > F table = 3,12 that means occupational health and safety and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance on PT Gapura Angkasa Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport during the 2021 pandemic

    The objectives of the research are to identify and analyze circulation of passengers and services at PuloGebang Integrated Terminal waiting area during peak season. Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal is the South-East Asia’s largest terminal, inaugurated in December 2016. The method used in this research was simple linear regression. The result shows that the value gap between the level of expectation and the level of performance is negative, with the correlation coefficient of 0,751 and coefficient of determination of 56,4%. The hypothesis test result shows 10,913 > 1,66, meaning that the quality of services has strong and positive effects towards passengers’ satisfaction at Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal departure waiting area

    Service Quality Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Online Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Pengguna Layanan Aplikasi Grab

    The purpose of this study is to determine whether Service Quality could increase customer loyalty which in this study shown by Grab service customer satisfaction. This research method used path analysis techniques (path analysis). Path analysis is an extension of regression analysis, to estimate the causal relationship between pre-defined variables. The results of statistical calculations show that the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable with a coefficient value of 0.893 and a significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable with a coefficient value of 0.204. Moreover, the Customer Satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable with a coefficient value of 0.668. Based on those results, the Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.204 and a significant value of 0.000 (sig probability <0.05). The other result of indirect testing effect between the Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction shows the path coefficient of 0.596524 which means the indirect effect is significant. Thus, it could be concluded that the Service Quality could increase Customer Loyalty or act as a mediating variable

    Studi Komparatif Operasional CRJ 1000 dan B 737-800 Rute CGK-BWX-CGK

    The aim in this study was to compare the level of efficiency and advantages of operating the Bombardier CRJ 1000 and Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft on the Jakarta-Banyuwangi-Jakarta route in order to face competition between airlines. Selection of aircraft types with a larger seat capacity is important to increase market share. However, it should be approved whether the technical operational takeoff weight, operational costs, and payload of the selected aircraft can generate optimum profit. Hence, the study is designed to solve these problems by using a comparative qualitative study with the research subjects being the airlines owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and collecting secondary data from company documentation. Data analysis tools used are payload allowable calculation data based on aircraft structure and aircraft performance, as well as the BCG (Boston Consulting Group) matrix to determine the company's position in terms of market growth and market share. The results of this study indicate that the Bombardier CRJ 1000 aircraft has a small but efficient capacity, while the operation of the Boeing 737-800 NG incurs higher costs. However, with a large load capacity, the Boeing 737-800 NG can generate greater profits than the Bombardier CRJ 1000. Garuda Indonesia's position in the BCG matrix is in the star quadrant, with a relative market share value of 0.74 and an average market growth of 78.04
