    PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta (JAS) Halim Perdana Kusuma who tried field cargo handling and ground handling and has a network of cooperation with international and domestic companies. The problem in this research is the lack of employee training in understanding the Health Safety in the warehouse. The research objective was to determine the variable analysis training, Health Safety and Employee Performance, to solve the problems the author uses two (2) methods: the first method of field research sample population 30 and 30. Both methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, test validity, reliability test, t-test, f, the coefficient of determination. And the analysis and discussion show a proportional relationship between training, Health Safety and performance of employees that level of relationship variables classified in the strong category Health and Safety at Work provides a significant influence on employee performance variables

    PT. DHL Exel Supply Chain Indonesia (Kraft Project) is a private company focused on domestic and international delivery and logistics. The company thinks that qualified human resources are important and needed that is the reason why they implement health and work safety procedure to decrease accidents at work. Using simple linear regression analysis and coefficient correlation, the research shows that the implementation of health and work safety contribute 56.4 % to the accident at work. Other factors, 43.6 %, are due to employees’ training, maintenance of operational equipment, and clean and neat work environment.

    Human Resources of better known as the workforce is one of important factor that must be considered by the company in order to achieve its goals. It is needed the company’s ability to manage resources in a planned, especially human resource as the company’s executive power to generate power operational effectiveness and efficiency in any activities of the company. One factor that is important to note the company’s management in an effort to improve the quality of human resources, so the impact of increased labor productivity is a factor of discipline and compensation.The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of discipline and compensation to labor productivity. The study design using hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis method, to determine the magnitude of the relationship of independent variables on the dependent variable. In this study , data collection is done by spreading the census questionnaire to 36 employees of PT. Marindo Jaya Abadi, which of 36 questionnaire distributed a total of 36 answered in full by the employee and can be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study concluded that the first, the discipline has a strong relationship with work productivity. Second, compensation has a strong relationship with work productivity. Third, discipline and motivation jointly strong associated with work productivity

    One of the airport which is handled by PT Angkasa Pura II and the biggest in Indonesia is Soekarno Hatta Airport,Tanggerang. In 2014, the airport rank is 12nd as the busiest airport in the world (aci report), while the existence of the parking stand is limited. The aim of the research is to analyze the need of parking stand at terminal 2F, especially on the weekend. This research use a queue method with the result; the data is processed with probability 1 or when the airplane in the queue to the parking stand at 46.18%, the utilization value of the parking stand services during weekends 6.02%. Meanwhile, for a regular time the probability is 71.00%, utilization value is 14.70%

    Tanjung Priok Harbormaster Office is a unit at the Sea General Directorate in the Ministry of Transportation. This unit has a task to carry out surveillance and law enforcement in shipping. To know the service performance of vessel inspection, the Public Satisfaction Index is used, due to PAN Ministerial Decree No. KEP-25 / M.PAN / 2/2004 on 24th February 2004 concerning on the Guidelines of Public Satisfaction Index in the Service Unit of the Government Agency. This study aims to analyze the service performance of Indonesian vessel inspection by the Marine Inspector to the level of Public Satisfaction Index at the Tanjung Priok Harbormaster Office Jakarta. The result of the study shows that 1 from 14 indicators measured is still not good, which is the accuracy of time in vessel inspection. This means that the organization has less competency in recruiting the Marine Inspectors or Marine Inspector Candidates. The organization also lacks of facilities and infrastructures to support the activities of vessel inspection, resulting the user dissatisfaction at the Tanjung Priok Harbormaster Office

    PT. Sriwijaya Air is one of the national airline was established on November 10, 2003. The paper  purpose is to analyze the degree of correspondence between the performance of flight services operations officer with customer expectations (pilot) PT. Sriwijaya Air, using qualitative methods, while data analysis using the five-dimensional approach, and Cartesian diagram. The analysis shows the level of implementation of quality of service with the average performance of 4.42. Level expectations or interests of customers / pilot average of 4.69, which means that the service performance of flight operations officer told the pilots are considered very important to be well run. At the level of concordance between the implementation of services to the benefit of customers amounted to 94.19%, based on the interpretation table can be interpreted pilots are very satisfied with the performance of flight operations officer PT. Sriwijaya Air

    PT. Indonesia Air Asia is one of the Indonesia national flight company which is using Airbus 320-200 and Boeing 737 – 300 for route Jakarta – Yogyakarta – Jakarta. The problem of the research is the high frequency of the flight based on the number of passengers on that route. Using two methods; field and library research and analyzed by market share analysis, linear trend, seat load factor (SFL), to find out the needs of flight frequency, the number of passengers, and diagram rotation. The result shows that there is an addition to the number of passengers and flight frequency of the route. Based on the analysis, Y = a+bX, the fluctuation trend pax on the first quarter route Jakarta – Yogyakarta is 68 % and on the second quarter route Yogyakarta – Jakarta is 67 %. For SFL, route Jakarta – Yogyakarta in the third quarter is 86 % dan the opposite route is 80 %

    PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal is a subsidiary of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II, which was established specifically to serve the cargo vehicle, according to the demand from the automotive industry in Japan. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of utilization or the current flurry of loading and discharging activity in international docks at PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal. By using qualitative methods and queue theory, is clearly visible that the utilization rate at the time of loading activity was 15% (p), 24.23 units / hour (λ), 144.84 units / hour (μ), while the utilization rate at the time of discharging activity by 10% (p), 12.99 units / hour (λ), 125.23 units / hour (μ). Its proves that the current utilization rate of loading and discharging activities in the international docks is low (under-utilized), so it needs to increase vehicle traffic in order to increase the utilization rate

But in fact in the process of delivery of goods are still common problems, such as delays in delivery caused by various factors, including wage service trips within the scope of delivery, a factor congestion on land and the diversion of traffic flows, frequent damage to the fleet operational, operational fleet is not in accordance with the needs and the goods component is lacking. This study aims to determine the factors that cause delays in shipping products to alfamart Arnotts Greater Jakarta and Banten area at PT Intan Utama Logistik Year 2015. To find out the root of the problem of delays in shipping products to alfamart Arnotts Greater Jakarta and Banten area and the solution at PT. Intan Utama Logistik Year 2015. To find out effective measures or solutions in addressing delays in shipping products to alfamart Arnotts Greater Jakarta and Banten area at PT. Intan Utama Logistik Year 2015. The data analysis techniques used by the author is a fishbone diagram or cause-effect diagram ,. the writer has the conclusions that can be drawn as follows: (1) Total shipments (shipment) the PT Intan Utama Logistik in 2015 amounted to 9280, goods were delivered (delivery) amounted to 7868 and the total of goods that experienced delays amounted to 1410 with the performance results achieved by 15:19%. (2) Analysis of the root cause of the problem is known 10 variables rated by the respondents there are four variables that have problems with the average - average percentage of problematic factor is> 43.66%. The four variables are problematic, namely Machines, Methods and Money. (3) Having found a major problem in this problem, there are several factors that cause delay that disbursement of funds should wait for the decision of GM, the number of operational fleet is used to handle distribution activities are limited, the whole process delivery of goods should use transport fleet and has become a liability to determine for courier service
