PENGIRIMAN KARGO DANGEROUS GOODS DI WAREHOUSE PT JASA ANGKASA SEMESTA HALIM PERDANAKUSUMA
PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Services Halim Perdana Kusuma is a company engaged in the ground and cargo handling. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of handling the acceptance process to the smooth delivery of cargo dangerous goods at the company. The research method used is quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient determinant and hypothesis test. Based on the result of the analysis, regression equation Y = 5,521 + 0,809X means that every increase / decrease of variable X (Acceptance Process Handling) will result in increase / decrease of variable Y (Cargo Delivery Frequency Dangerous Goods) equal to 0.809 units at constant 5,521. Correlation coefficient (r) of 0.744, there is a strong and positive influence between X and Y. The determinant coefficient (KP) of 55.3% that the contribution of variable X affect the change and fall of Y variable 55.3% and the remaining 44.7 % influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test results show t-count t-table (6,865≥1,686), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is a strong and positive influence between the acceptance process handling towards the smooth delivery of dangerous goods cargo at Warehouse PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Halim Perdana Kusuma 2015

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the transport waiting line / vehicle queue at toll gate of Cibubur Utama. The analysis method used was Multiple Server Queue System - single stage. Based on the calculation and analysis obtained service time at the main cibubur toll gate is 9.064 seconds / vehicle. At the average level of business (r) reached 70 %. Peak Hours condition reached 170 % means that it is more than Over Utilized. Low Hours condition reached 39 %. The average number of vehicles queuing up (Lq) on average condition is 0.0241 vehicles. Peak Hours condition is 158 vehicles. Low Hours condition is 0.00003 vehicles. Average time vehicle queue (Wq) on average condition is for 0.028 seconds. Peak Hours condition is for 77 seconds. Low Hours condition is 0.00007 seconds. The average number of vehicles in the system (L) on the average condition is 7 vehicles. The condition of Peak Hours is 177 vehicles. Low Hours condition is as many as 4 vehicles. Average vehicle time is in system (W) at average condition for 9.092 seconds, Peak Hours condition for 86 seconds, and Low Hours condition for 9.064 seconds. In Peak Hours condition, the capacity of the main cibubur toll gate is not able to accommodate the number of vehicle arrival rates
HUBUNGAN KETERSEDIAAN SUKU CADANG MESIN DENGAN KELANCARAN OPERASIONAL MT GEDE PADA PT PERTAMINA JAKARTA
Machine’s spare parts are very important to support maintenance and repair ship’s machine. The purpose of this research is to find out the spare parts availability for ship’s machine and the level of smooth-running operation, and also to analyze the relationship between spare parts’ availability for machine and the level of smooth-running operation of MT. Gede of PT Pertamina (Persero) Jakarta in 2017. To solve the problem, the writer used field research method and library research for collecting data, and data analysis technique used Likert scale. Based on the result, this research shows that Simple Linear Regression Analysis obtains Ŷ = 8,068 + 0,837X which means every increase in spare parts’ availability for machine that is 1 unit of SKU (stock-keeping unit) will increase the level of smooth-running operation of MT. Gede about 0,837 point for PT Pertamina (Persero) Jakarta with 8,068 constant. A correlation coefficient obtained r XY = 0,740 which means the spare parts’ availability for machine has strong relationship between the level of smooth-running operation and PT Pertamina (Persero) Jakarta, because value of r = 0,740 means there is a positive and strong correlation between variable X (the spare parts’ availability for machine) and variable Y (the smooth-running operation of MT. Gede) that can be seen on interpretation of correlation table in Chapter I. The determinant coefficient is Kp = 54,7% which means relationship of contribution of the spare parts availability for machine is about 54,7% and the rest is about 45,3% for other factors outside the variable of this research, such as relationship of tools quality, skill of the ship’s crew, and other obstacle. The hypotesis testing obtained is tcount (5,816 > 1,701) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is a significant relation between variable X (the spare parts’ availability for machine) and variable Y (the smooth-running operation of MT. Gede) so the hypotesis stated in Chapter 1 is absolutely true

The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of the delay arrival of railway to the operational performance of the first regional in Jakarta. To solve the problem, the research used some methods; unstructured data collecting, library research, and companies’ data. While for the data analysis used simple linear regression, basic counting of railway delay arrival and operational performance. The results show that there is an effect of the railway delay arrival (X) as 38.44 to the operational performance of the first regional (Y) with the interpretation of coefficient correlation as 0.62. The results mean that the effect is strong enough
KINERJA KARYAWAN DAN PRODUKTIVITAS PERUM DAMRI
Perum DAMRI is a company engaged in the service of people and goods transportation on the road, with the main task of carrying out land transportation by bus, truck, and other motorized vehicles.The problem in this thesis is how the image of Perum DAMRI employee performance, how productivity generated Perum DAMRI and how the influence of employee performance to productivity Perum DAMRI during period of year 2016. The writer used questionnaires data collection technique to 40 respondents and unstructured interview by using quantitative research method with simple linear regression test. The result of the research shows that the employee's performance is considered good by the respondent, the productivity is good by the respondent, and the result of T statistic test is 2.370 with significance value 0,023 <0,05 which means there is significant influence between employee performance with productivity and R2 test results show the magnitude of the effect of performance variables on productivity is 55.9% (close to 1) and can be said to have a strong relationship between the two variables. The conclusion is that the performance of DAMRI employees is said to be well proven with 41.5% of respondents giving answers Often, DAMRI productivity is said to be good with 44.5% of respondents giving answers Contributing, and there is influence between employee performance on productivity
STRATEGI JASA ANGKUTAN DAMRI TRAYEK SERPONG KE BANDARA SOEKARNO-HATTA
The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of Damri transport service route Serpong – Soekarno Hatta International Airport. The method used SWOT analysis using IE (Internal-External) matrix, IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) which has total score of 3.51 and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) with total score of 3.55. Samples taken from 8 (eight) staff of PERUM DAMRI in Soekarno Hatta Airport branch. It is in quadrant I of IE matrix which still increase and advance. The strategies needed to be applied are market elaboration and product development. Based on SWOT analysis using internal and external table analysis, the route is in quadrant I which has the Strength score of 4.07 and the Weakness score of 2.55 that create the difference of those internal factors of 1.52. On the other hand, the Opportunity score is 3.86 and the Threat score is 3.23 that construct the difference of those external factors of 0.63. The conclusion is the company is in solvent position that has positive strength and opportunity. The company could apply S-O strategy of SWOT matrix which uses the most of strength and opportunity factors
PRODUKTIVITAS BONGKAR MUAT KAPAL RO-RO PT ASDP INDONESIA FERRY
PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a state-owned company specialized on crossing and port sector that is responsible for organizing ferry transportation and ports effectiveness and efficiency. To be able to give an excellent service, the company has to maintain its’ loading and unloading of Ro-Ro ship productivity in a high-quality level. The objective of this research is to find out the improvement of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity, target and achievement of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity during 2012-2014. The result of the research shows that during the period of 2012 to 2014 the Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity result starting in the first semester of 2012 to the second semester of 2014 shows that not all of the targets determined by the company are accomplished. The trend analysis shows that the productivity of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading was fluctuating during the period.
UTILISASI QUAY CONTAINER CRANE DAN PRODUKTIVITAS BONGKAR MUAT PETIKEMAS TERHADAP EFFECTIVE TIME KAPAL PETIKEMAS DI TERMINAL OPERASI 3 PT PELABUHAN TANJUNG PRIOK
PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (IPC) was born as a follow up of Law No.21 of 1992 regarding port business entity. PT. Pelindo II is one of the state-owned enterprises in the transportation sector engaged in the management and exploitation of public ports. The research objective is to find out how big the influence of quay container crane utilization and productivity of loading and unloading to effectiveness of container vessel. Analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis test (f-test)The result of analysis and discussion between quay container crane utilization and container cargo loading productivity with effective time of container vessel is shown by equation of double linear regression line, that is Y = 10.673 + 0.209X1 - 0.056X2. The value of double correlation R = 0.713, there is a strong and undirectional relationship between independent and dependent variables. Pearson correlation test is worth 0.712, Test coefficient determinant equal to 48% means contribution of X1 and X2 to Y 50.8%, while 49.2% is another factor. From the result of F-test show that F count> F table (4,640> 4,26), hence Ho = rejected and Ha = accepted, there is influence between quay container crane utilization and loading and unloading productivity to effective time of container vessel
PERAN MEDIA SOSIAL TWITTER TERHADAP BRAND AWARENESS PADA PERUSAHAAN PENERBANGAN INDONESIA
The objective of this research is to find out the role of social media Twitter toward brand awareness on Indonesian airlines. Research methodology used was regression analysis techniques, coefficient correlation, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis testing. The result of the analysis and discussion shows positive correlation between social media Twitter toward brand awareness shown by simple linear regression equation Y = 7.565 + 0.516X. The role of social media Twitter toward brand awareness is strong since the correlation coefficient (r) equals to 0.604. Coefficient determinant equals to 36.3% which means contribution of X variable (social media Twitter) toward the fluctuation of Y variable (brand awareness) is 36.3%. The result of hypothesis testing shows that tstat > ttable (6.938 > 1.988). There is a significant role of social media Twitter toward brand awareness
STATEMENT PROCEDURES FOR DECLINE INCREASING IN BEKASI KAJIAN KEMACETAN TERHADAP PENURUNAN PENDAPATAN SUPIR ANGKOT DI BEKASI
The purpose of this research is to know the cause of traffic jam in Bekasi high and urban transportation (angkot) not orderly passing, sharp decrease to income of Angkot in Bekasi. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data analysis technique using interview, observation, documentation and triangulation of source. The result of the research, the very high traffic jam in Bekasi is caused by the number of city transportation exceeds the ideal amount, the increase of private vehicles especially motorcycle and road construction such as tolls and housing, flood. The angkot drivers are not orderly in Bekasi because of the chase of the deposit and the lack of angkot passengers and the replacement of the main public transportation drivers, the absence of officers in crowded places such as stations, shopping areas and the lack of strict officers. Revenue angkot very less because of the many rivals such as online-based vehicles, employee buses, school buses and motorcycles
