PEMANFAATAN PARKING STAND DI BANDAR UDARA HUSEIN SASTRANEGARA BANDUNG
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of flight frequency development on parking stand utilization at Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung from 2014 to 2016. PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) manages 13 airports which one of them is Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung. The researchers want to find out whether there is influence of aviation frequency development on parking stand utilization at Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung from 2014 to 2016. The data collection was using field research or observation method and questionnaire. Techniques used to analyse the data were simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis test. From the result of the hypothesis test, it is known that the development of aviation frequency has a significant relationship to parking stand utilization
PENERAPAN INTERNAL PROCEDURE SYSTEM TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PADA PERUSAHAAN JASA EKSPOR LAUT
Get PDFPT. Mitsui O.S.K Lines Logistics Indonesia is a freight forwarding company engaged in export and import activities. The main issue studied in this research is whether or not the application of Job Description and Internal Procedure System affect the effectiveness of sea export services. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the relationship between job description and internal procedure system applied to the effectiveness of sea export services. In this study, the researchers use multiple regression analysis techniques, multiple correlation, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis and discussion show the existence of positive and strong influence on the job description implementation and Internal Procedure System towards the Effectiveness of Sea Export Services. This is shown by multiple linear regression equation Y = 1,463 + 0.379.X_1 + 0.553.X_2, correlation coefficient equals to 0,769 and coefficient determinant equals to 59.13%. Hypothesis test also shows that F stat > F table (20,9 > 3,3) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a significant relation between job description implementation and internal procedure system towards the effectiveness of service export of sea at PT. Mitsui O.S.K Lines Logistics Indonesia
DAMPAK KEDISIPLINAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA OPERATOR FORKLIFT
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation of forklift operators in compliance with safety regulations at PT. YCH Cibitung. The research used quantitative method with simple regression data analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a significant correlation between disciplines to comply with safety regulation with forklift operators’ safety. Based on the correlation coefficient r = 0.8694, means Discipline to Comply with Safety Regulation (X variable) has strong correlation to Forklift Operators’ Safety (Y variable). The value of coefficient determinant equals to 75.58%, this means contribution of Discipline to Comply with Safety Regulation in forklift operation increases work safety by 75.58%. The hypotheses testing shows t stat = 9.9514 > t table = 1.6938. This suggests that there is a significant correlation between Discipline to Comply with Safety Regulation to Forklift Operators’ Safety at PT. YCH Cibitung
PRODUKTIVITAS BONGKAR MUAT DAN WAKTU SANDAR KAPAL PELABUHAN TANJUNG EMAS
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to find out how big the influence of the loading and unloading productivity and the berthing time in a case study at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. The data analysis method used was simple linear analysis and hypothesis test. This research used secondary data of loading and unloading productivity (BCH) and berthing time in a year. The analysis results and discussion show that there is a proportional influence of loading and unloading productivity and berthing time that is shown in equation of simple linear regression line of Y = 35,38 - 0,832X. Furthermore, the hypothesis test results show that F count = 11.36 and F table = 4.96 , therefore, F count > F table or 11.36 > 4

The main issue discussed in this research is the relation between charter flight costs to crew rotation practiced in PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in flight route Jinan – Denpasar based on an agreement with Royal-Sino Energy Aviation. The objective of this research is to find out the influence of charter flight cost by crew rotation. Data were analyzed using descriptive explorative. Based on the result of the analysis, it is revealed that PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk uses crew pairing system in its applied crew rotation, but it is not fully optimized. The crew pairing and crew scheduling optimization can be applied in PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk so that the crew cost expenses can be reduced thus giving bigger margin to the company
UNDERSTANDING CORE CAUSE AND ACTION OF DELAY ISSUE FOR AIR EXPORT DOCUMENTS USING LFA
Get PDFFreight forwarding activities includes both export and import. The issue in this study is the lengthy process of document types of general cargo air export, resulting in the delay of release to customers. The research objective is to determine the core and cause of delay in releasing air export document, and the action of it. Research method used in this study is Logical Framework Approach (LFA) to analyze the factors that cause the delay with problem and objective tree by using a technique SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time bound). Results show an increase in number of shipments towards the end of the observed period (12 months) has been accompanied by an increase in the amount of delay in release air export document caused by the constraint in the work process and systems namely, yet integrated of development process of working with systems used, quality of human resources that not all meet the standards should be. The solutions may fit with existing problems is integrating the development process of working with the systems with supported by the quality of human resources for very competitive so as to expedite the process of release air export documents and increase company profit

Get PDFThe purpose of the research is to find out how big the effect of service to the passengers of DAMRI route west Bekasi – Soekarno Hatta airport. The types of services regulated in SK.97 / HK.003 / DAMRI-2012 on Minimum Service Standards (SPM) Integrated Transportation Mode determine the quality of transport services that will affect the user decisions on DAMRI route West Bekasi - Soekarno Hatta Airport in 2016. This study was analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with questionnaires spread of 100 respondents. The result of analysis shows that there is a significant influence simultaneously between the variables of service quality to user/passengers decision on DAMRI route west Bekasi – Soekarno Hatta airport. Partial analysis results show that security, safety, convenience, affordability, and equality variables do not have a significant effect on user/passengers decision. However, order has a significant effect on user/passengers decisions

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to find out the conformity degree between performance and interests. This research used a survey method with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. The result shows that the service implementation is already good enough. Based on Cartesian Coordinate Analysis, there are two factors of service which have not met customer expectations in Quadrant A yet; punctuality in shipping goods and staff as the problem solver. The two factors become main priorities of the company. While in Quadrant B, there are three factors of company achievement that need to be maintained; customs clearance service fee, employees work thoroughly and detailed with experience, and good office facilities. Quadrant C shows the ability of employees to work smart using concepts; greet and smile, and also give attention to the customers. The last is Quadrant D that shows although customers do not need phone or email assistance anymore, the company still provides them
KINERJA TRANSPORTER TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN ON TIME DELIVERY PADA PERUSAHAAN LOGISTIK
Get PDFPT Inti Dinamika Logitama Indonesia is a company engaged in loading and unloading cargo services as well as freight forwarding. The main issue studied in this research is how big the effect of transporter performance to the achievement of on-time delivery at PT Inti Dinamika Logitama Indonesia is. The objective of this study is to find out how big the effect of transporter performance to the achievement of on-time delivery is using two methods. Data were collected by (1) Field research, in form of interviews and library research; and (2) Correlation analyses, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis testing. The result of the analysis and discussion shows that there is a low yet definite effect between the transporter performance to the achievement of on-time delivery with multiple linear regression equation Y = 35, 90 + 0,145X. It means, if there is a change in transporter performance data, it will affect the achievement of on-time delivery performance. The correlation coefficient equals to 0.3460.769, which means there is a low effect between X and Y. The coefficient determinant shows that the contribution of employees’ performance towards the achievement of on-time delivery equals to 11.97% while 88.03% comes from other factors. Hypothesis test also shows that F stat > F table (2,272 > 1,686), then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. It shows that there is a significant effect between the employees performance to the achievement of on-time delivery.
