THE ANALYSIS OF FLIGHT FREQUENCY ON ROUTE JAKARTA - ISTANBUL CONNECTING TO OTHER CITIES TO COVER MARKET DEMAND
The purpose of this research is to analyse the flight frequency required for Turkish Airlines on 2018-2019. The problem of the research is the route of Jakarta-Istanbul that is used for Umrah and Leisure often have overbooked due to Turkish Airlines only provide one flight per day to carry all passengers. The methodology used quantitative descriptive analysis with the least square method to estimate the trend value that will be used as a tool to forecast the number of passengers. Seasonal variations in the data are regular upward or downward movements in a time series that tie to recurring events. The result of the data recorded in 2016 the average load factor reached by airlines of Turkey was 83.48%, aircraft seat capacity and inadequate and therefore cannot meet the demand of passengers, as well as using airline indicator calculation to analyse the flight frequency needs. It is resulted that the total passenger in 2018-2019 will increase, where in 2018 is in amount of 110.612 passengers and in 2019 is in amount of 125.645 passengers. Turkish Airlines needs to add 1 time flight frequency in a particular day on that route
PENERAPAN IPC TERMINAL OPERATING SYSTEM DAN LAYANAN PETI KEMAS PELABUHAN TANJUNG PRIOK
This study aimed at understanding the effect of the application of IPC Terminal Operating System (ITOS) on container receipt and / or expenditure services to and / or from the Nusantara II Field of Tanjung Priok Port. The problem of this research was whether the implementation of the IPC Terminal Operating System can make container acceptance and / or container services at the container terminal better. The analytical method used was simple regression, correlation coefficient, determinant coefficient, and t test. The results of statistical calculations obtain that the linear regression equation Y = 6.26 + 0.80X, explaining that the level of container acceptance and / or expenditure services can be predicted to be better if the implementation of ITOS increases better. The level of relations between the two variables is very strong and positive (r = 0.82). ITOS contribution to the level of strong container acceptance and / or expenditure services with a determinant coefficient value of 67.24%. ITOS has a significant effect on container revenue and / or expenditure services with a t count value (7.61) greater than t table (2.048)
PRODUKTIVITAS BONGKAR CURAH KERING PANGAN GANDUM DI DERMAGA 005C PADA PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA II
PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II in Banten is one of the port businesses in Indonesia located in Banten province. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the use and maintenance of Gantry Luffing Crane, the impact of unloading process of dry bulk in port 005c and the correlation of the used of Gantry Luffing Crane for productivity of dry bulk in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II. Field research and document analysis were used as the methods of this study. T-test was used to analyze the data. The result of this study shows that there is positive impact utilization of Gantry Luffing Crane in productivity dry bulk of grain. It could be seen from the point of productivity that increase 1 point or 0.6 point. Based on the correlation coefficient (r) 0,770 there is strong relation of the used Gantry Luffing Crane in loading productivity of dry bulk of grain. The determinant coefficient was 59.3% which is the contribution of the use of gantry luffing crane to the rise and fall of unloading productivity of dry bulk food of 59.3% and the rest of 40.7% is the unexamined influence of other factors. From the result of hypothesis test known that t value < t table is 3,511 <1,684 <1,684. There is a significant influence between the usage of gantry luffing crane to productivity of dry bulk food at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II in Banten
KETERSEDIAAN GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT DAN KINERJA OPERATOR RAMP SERVICES DI BANDAR UDARA SOEKARNO HATTA
The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the equipment availability towards the operator’s performance. The data collection method used in this study was questionnaire that was spread out to 30 respondents using saturated sample technique. There were 30 samples used and data processed taken from the questionnaire. The data analysis method of regression, correlation analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing were also used in this study. The result of the study shows that there is a positive effect of the equipment availability towards operator’s performance which is shown by the simple linear line of Y= 22,898 + 0.461 X. It means, there is Y value change of 0.461 times X at 22,898 constants in every one-value change of X variable. Based on the correlation analysis of r=0,421, there is a moderate effect of X variable to Y variable. Determinant coefficient testing result shows a value of 17.72% for the contribution effect of the equipment availability towards the operator’s performance. Meanwhile, there is value of 82.28% for the effect of other factors which are not analyzed in this study. Furthermore, the result of the hypothesis testing shows that t-score = 2,475 and t-table= 1,701 or t score > t table, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It is concluded that there is a significant effect between the equipment availability and the operator’s performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of inland ports in reducing the total cost and total delivery time of goods. Inland port is an alternative solution to logistics problem, which will ultimately reduce product competitiveness due to high logistics costs. The main power of the inland port is intermodal integration since it could also minimize the processes that are carried out separately when sending goods through conventional ports. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The data collected in this study was obtained through structured interviews and in depth interviews from several speakers who were important actors in the field of inland ports, along with some data sourced from third parties. THE EFFECT OF FLIGHT OPERATION COMMERCIAL AND TECHNICAL DELAY ON ON-TIME PERFORMANCE OF PT GARUDA INDONESIA
PT Garuda Indonesia is a state-owned enterprise that run business in commercial air transport industry. The purpose of this paper was to examine the effect of delay Flight Operation, Commercial, and Technical On On-time Performance. To obtain that purpose, writer used analysis method of Classic Assumption Test (Multicollinearity, Autocorrelation, Heteroscedasticity, Linearity), Simple Linear and Multivariate Linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test. The analysis shown that all independent variable is obtained BLUE criteria and could be used as good estimator for next discussion. Multivariate regression equation is Y = 98,481 – 0,039X1 – 0,016X2 – 0,006X3 means that every increase of X1 (Flight Operation delay), X2 (Commercial delay), and X3 (Technical delay) will impact to the change of Y variable (On-time Performance) at the level of 0,039, 0,016, and 0,006 unit of count and at 98,481 intercept point. Correlation coefficient (r) at 0,846 represent strong correlation between variables. Coefficient of determination at 71,6%. From the hypothesis test, it shown that F result (26,910) >F Table (2,90), means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, means there is a correlation between X1, X2, and X3 toward Y variable (On-time Performance) simultantly in PT Garuda Indonesia year2014-2016
KINERJA KEAGENAN DAN CLEARANCE KAPAL LIVESTOCK PERUSAHAAN PELAYARAN INDONESIA
The purpose of the study is to analyze the ship agency performance towards the clearance of livestock ship at PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia. The methods used in the data analysis were simple linear regression and hypothesis testing method. The result of the analysis shows that there is a correlation between the ship agencies towards the clearance of livestock ship. Y= 9,800+0.407X. Based on the t-test analysis, in order to analyze the effect of the whole variables X to variables Y simultaneously, the result is 6,640. Therefore, t count > t table which is 6,640 > 1,701, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. As a result, there is a simple but strong and positive correlation between the performance of ship agencies towards clearance livestock ships with KP of 61.2%
KAPASITAS APRON DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL ADISUTJIPTO YOGYAKARTA
The purpose of this study is to investigate parking stand on apron capacity in occupied time. The method of this study was field research and library research. The data was analyzed by using queue theory. The result of this study shows that P, as a level of service facility in occupied time, is 83.33%. Po, probability of 0 planes in queue, is 80%. Lq (average planes in queue in occupied time) is 2.44 planes each hour. Ls (number of planes in total system in occupied time)is 15.77 planes each hour. Wq (average time in queue) in occupied time is 15 minutes. Ws (the average time in queue total system) in occupied timeis 95 minutes. Based on the data, parking stand at international airport Adisutjipto Yogyakarta is not optimal because the number of flight is too crowded in occupied time. It causes the queue of planes at the airport
KUALITAS HASIL PERAWATAN AKHIR LENGKAP KERETA API DI UPT BALAIYASA MANGGARAI
The objective of this study is to find out whether the maintenance process at UPT Balaiyasa Manggarai is controlled or not. UPT (Integrated Service Unit) Balaiyasa Manggarai is the only railway locomotive workshop that conducts facilities service operating in Java Island. Balaiyasa Manggarai gives 3-months guarantee, usually termed as the Balaiyasa Warranty Period (masa Tanggungan Balaiyasa) commencing from the train exit date from the balaiyasa. The research problem aroused in this study is there are still some trains that have to be returned to the maintenance because of failures during the warranty period. At the same time, Balaiyasa Manggarai ensures there should be a minimum or near-zero failures. The research method applied in this study was quantitative descriptive evaluation by using Quality Control Tools analysis technique and FMEA. Based on the Annual Railway Report in 2015-2016, there have been 33 failures during warranty periods from the total production of 416 trains. The result of U-Chart analysis shows that the maintenance process is still within the control limit because there are no points coming out of the UCL and LCL. The Pareto Chart shows that there is 1 failure which should be eliminated from the 4 failures to increase the quality of the trains
STRATEGIC FORMULATION FOR FREE TRADE AGREEMENT CASE ON INDONESIAN CAR MANUFACTURE
The aim of this study is to investigate business strategy employed by a leading car parts manufacturer in Indonesia, which intend to increase export among ASEAN economic community policy. The study focused on subjectivity of business management strategic formulation using SWOT, IE SWOT 4K and QSPM analysis in table, diagram and graphic. There are five respondents from each department as the top management who responsible for making strategy and giving decision for the department. There are five respondents from each following department: export import, production, business planning, marketing and finance. Results from EFE matrix analysis (total score 2.94) is 2.35 (opportunity) and 0.59 (threat), meaning that PT Denso Indonesia responds the opportunity and threat well because the company’s opportunity could solve the outside threat. Results from IFE matrix analysis (3.15) is 2.69 (strength) and 0.46 (weaknessess), meaning that PT Denso Indonesia has strength more than weaknessess. Results from SWOT 4K analysis is 3.48 (opportunity), 3.28 (threat), 3.87 (strength) and 3.50 (weaknessess). It means that the company’s performance could be determined by combination of internal and external factors because those two factors should be determined in SWOT analysis. QSPM Matrix shows the score of each strategies . For the first strategy is 8.31 and the second is 7.21 which means the most important of PT Denso business strategy is for making the product differentiation or knowing as diversification such as an innovation product among others OEM as the competitors or do differentiation from its previous product for competitive advantage by innovating the previous design, quality, price and others.
