PENGENDALIAN PENGADAAN BARANG PT PERTAMINA HULU ENERGI OFFSHORE NORTH WEST JAVA
The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of e-procurement as the effort of controlling the utilities procurement at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ Jakarta. The method of this study is descriptive quantitative with the statistics descriptive and Model Product Moment (correlation coefficient) with 11 respondents as the sample used as the tools of the analysis. The result of the study shows correlation coefficient of 0.7215 which means there is a strong integration of the implementation of e-procurement as the effort of controlling the utilities procurement at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ Jakarta
ANALYSIS STRATEGY OF SUPPLY CHAIN AT THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE FOR DISTRIBUTION PROCESS
Research objective is to determine the strategy supply chain that focuses on storage and distribution, as the company acts as a third party logistics, using SWOT Analysis. Through tabulation IFAS and EFAS later to view the results using the Analysis Diagram 4-K that it produces results IFAS (score 0.79) and EFAS (score -0.31) which produces Supporting Strategies Turn-around. So, the overall total could be seen from the Matrix Internal external is from Internal yield of 3.91 points and 2.46 of external. It means, the company can focus on stability, and the latter using SWOT Matrix (TOWS) to see the position of company that can take one of several possible strategies and company getting WO (weakness and opportunity). Its means, the company should be able to reduce weaknesses in the company in order to take advantage of opportunities that could advance the company
PENINGKATAN INFRASTRUKTUR TAMBAHAN BUS RAPID TRANSIT LAYANG PADA TRAYEK KAPTEN TENDEAN – BLOK M – CILEDUK
This study was aimed at analyzing the process of Bus Rapid Transit additional infrastructure to lessen the negative effect to the society of the Transjakarta overpass route Capt. Tendean – Blok M – Cileduk. The qualitative method was used in this study along with three steps of analysis which were stakeholder using novelty analysis, infrastructure needs using content analysis, and Delphi method. The stakeholders’ mapping was government, society, academician, and business people with the government as the critical player. On the other hand, the business people have the most effect and the society has greater interest. The lucky winner is the academician who has the most effect and the interest. There were 20 respondents through purposive sampling. Questions were structured using priorities of content analysis with Likert scale
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DELAY HANDLING OF PASSENGER AND ON TIME PERFORMANCE OF ETIHAD AIRWAYS AT SOEKARNO HATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The on time performance of Etihad Airways is still below target. Therefore, in order to achieve the target, Etihad Airways decided punctuality as one of the fundamental missions of the company. The issue of timeliness of departure that Etihad airways have is because of many factors, one of them is a delay in the handling passengers. Delays in handling passengers also included in the factors causing delays in the departure of Etihad Airways aircrafts. This research aims to analyze the delay in handling of passengers related to on time departure performance Etihad Airways in Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta, in analyzing the the research data, authors used descriptive research method by doing observations, survey and questionnaire. The results show Etihad Airways should improve the staff in making a good on time performance for their departure. About 78.76% of the handling of passengers on Etihad Airways Jakarta has been quite good. In addition, the on time performance on Etihad Airways in Jakarta is also quite good. However, no respondents chose the hesitation option in responding the questionnaire. 40.99% of the respondent did not agree. It means that although the on time performance of Etihad Airways in Jakarta is quite good but Etihad Airways still experience constraints in the timelines of its departur
PERUBAHAN MODUL PEMBERITAHUAN IMPOR BARANG VERSI 5.0.7 MENJADI 6.0.5 DALAM MENINGKATKAN ARUS DOKUMEN IMPOR UDARA
The purpose of the study was to find out the result of the module changes itself and the effect of the changes. The problem of the study was to find out the changes of PIB module in logistics companies in Indonesia from 5.07 to 6.0.5 version. To solve the problem, the researchers were using the Comparative Descriptive method. The result of the study shows that there are not many changes from the old to the new version. Instead of new additional column and need highly thorough and detailed information of the products identity in those additional new columns, the way to fill those forms are still the same
SISTEM PENJADWALAN KEBERANGKATAN DAN PEROLEHAN PENUMPANG BUS ANTARKOTA
This study aimed at examiningthe effect of bus fleet scheduling on intercity bus passenger’s gaining. Good fleet scheduling with the difference in departure time between two small and stable sequential buses will produce good passenger gaining as well. The research method used linear regression. The results of this study show the effect of bus fleet scheduling on passenger gaining in the linear regression equation Y = 90.622 - 0.53X. Besides, the correlation of the two variables is quite strong in the negative direction with r = -0.59. The greater the difference in departure time of two consecutive buses, the lower the passenger bus gaining. Finally, this study proves that the effect of bus fleet scheduling on bus passenger gaining between cities is small (r2 = 34%) and not significant (t count -0.66 is smaller than t table 12.706)
Pengaruh Profesionalisme Personil terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Logistik pada Dinas Material Korps Marinir Jakarta
The Indonesian Navy materials’ sub unit is one of the main commands (KOTAMA) of the Indonesian Navy with the slogan “Jalesu Bhumyamca Jayamahe” which means “we are victorious in the sea and in the land.” The aim of the study is to analyse the effect of the materials sub unit employees’ professionalism to the logistics’ service quality in 2017. The method used was field and library research. The study used simple linear regression, coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, and hypothesis testing to analyse the data. The result shows that there is a significant effect between employees’ professionalism to the logistics’ service quality shown by the simple linear regression of Y=34,540 + 0.87 X. Based on the coefficient determination, there are some factors affect the service quality which are employees’ professionalism (90,25%) and facilities at work, discipline, work effective (9.75 %). The hypothesis also proves that t-count is more than t-table which Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It concludes that there is significant relation between both factors
PELAKSANAAN BONGKAR MUAT PETI KEMAS DAN WAKTU PENYELESAIAN (TURN ROUND TIME)
The purpose of this research was to observe the effect of the implementation of loading and unloading activities on the round time turn. Delays in loading and unloading can cause ship's departure not in accordance to schedule. Observations were made during loading and unloading process of KM Dorolanda. The research method used was quantitative methods with regression analysis and correlation coefficients. Statistical results show the influence of containers’ loading and unloading implementation on turn round time, with a simple linear line equation Y = 18.81 + 0.541X, correlation coefficient (r) of 0.630. The relationship between the implementation of container loading and unloading (X) with turn round (Y) is strong and positive. The contribution of variable X to the rise and fall of variable Y is 39.69% (determinant coefficient). The influence of variable X on the Y variable is significant (t-count> t-table is 3.893> 1.714)
KAJIAN GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (GSE) MOTORIZED PT GAPURA ANGKASA CABANG SOEKARNO HATTA
The purpose of this research is (1) to find out the use (utilization) of motorized equipment support at PT Gapura Angkasa branch office Soekarno Hatta Airport in 2015 equal to 214 appliances with request 244 appliances and (2) to find out the highest usage tools in 2015. Data presentation was using available equipment ground support data, equipment on demand, and tools that can not be used (idle). The explanation is supported by previous journals and thesis of ground support equipment as well as literature review of several theories related to it. The research results show that the use of GSE motorized ambulift equipment is 100% indicating that ambulift is used continuously and in reasonable condition to wear. The toolsused are the Ground Power Unit with 94% usage and followed by other devices with the same amount from 70% to 88% which means that the use of motorized ground support equipmentis is quite high
Analisis Perhitungan Biaya Oprasional Kendaraan (BOK) Bus Transjakrta Koridor VII di Jakarta
PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport and PT Jakarta Mega Trans are the operators managing Transjakarta at corridor VII that serves route Kampung Melayu – Kampung Rambutan. The decision related to transport fares needs careful handling and wise policy because it has to bridge the gap of interest between the passengers and the transportation provider. Therefore, careful estimation and improvement are urgently required in calculating the operational cost of public vehicle as the basis of decision making. This study is conducted to find out the estimation of public vehicle operational cost of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport, PT Jakarta Mega Trans and the operational cost based on SK Dirjen Nomor 687 year 2002. The calculation method referred to SK Dirjen No 687 year 2002. The result shows that the public vehicle operational cost of PT Eka Sari Lorena is RP 9.373,00/bus-km while PT Jakarta Mega Trans is Rp 13.010,00/bus-km. The estimation of public vehicle operational cost on that particular route is Rp 8.802,64/bus-km. The analysis of those two transportation providers reveals that there is a significant different component influencing the operational cost, that is the component of financing the human resources
