Pengukuran Kualitas Jasa Bengkel Sepeda Motor SM di Kota Padang dengan Metode Servqual
This paper is concerned with the measurement of customer satisfaction a motorcycle repair shop in the city of Padang on the quality of service received by the SERVQUAL method. The method was developed in the 1980s by Zeithaml, Parasuraman & Berry used a questionnaire to measure quality of service. With this, it is known how big the gap (gap) that exists between perceptions and expectations of customers of a service company. Method of quantitatively measuring the quality of this service, contains dimensions such as tangibles (physical facilities and personnel), responsiveness (responsiveness), realibility (reliability), assurance (security) and empathy (empathy). The purpose of the use of the SERVQUAL dimensions is to make program improvements in the control of service-oriented to customer satisfaction, as one of the company's strategy to empower Total Quality Service. From the analysis of 84 samples without weighting the data of interest can be concluded that there is a gap between perception with expectations in every dimension. The sequence starts from the dimensions of each dimension with the largest gap is tangible dimension, followed by the dimensions of assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness of the last dimension. The average total gap of each dimension is equal to -0.8664. This suggests that the quality of service expected by customers has not been achieved. From the analysis of the value obtained by the dimensional weight of the interests of tangible (physical facilities and personnel) should get the greatest attention to be fixed

Model of measuring and predicting user acceptance of new technology is adopted from Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Cement manufacturing is consisting of four components that are limestone with the percent composition of 70%, iron sand 10%, silica 10%, and clay 10%. Source of major raw materials for cement production in PT Semen Padang are limestone and silica. The mining process is involving various costs such as direct costs, indirect costs, overhead costs, etc. Therefore, cost calculations needed to determine the selling price of produced silica. In calculating the cost of production considered various aspects, such as operating costs, material costs, labor costs. So that, it can determine cost of goods production. The research objective is calculating cost of goods manufacturing the silica. Benefit of the research for PT Semen Padang is describing cost of goods production in determining cost of goods sold. Cost of goods production that resulted for silica mining is IDR 58.000 per ton, while internal price of silica is IDR 53.851 per ton. Research result is show that there is difference between results based on Full costing method with current price. This shows that several other factors is necessary considered in calculating the cost of goods production

Inventory control is one of them can be done by looking at inventory turnover (ITO). Since inventory is a very important thing to do design a model that can be used as an alternative to using the approach Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). Inventory control can be done in a way determine the number of requests a year to do the calculations for the current conditions in the ITO. then performed 12 period ahead forecasting using linear, quadratic, exponential, cyclical, and cyclical trends, the Standard Error of Estimate (SEE) the smallest of each method obtained the number of requests made after that period 12 calculations Economic Production Quantity (EPQ ) to get the optimum amount of inventory as well as ITO calculations performed for the optimum amount of inventory.Based on calculations obtained ITO current state of the low of 0.010, while the ITO using EPQ is 0.230. Concluded that the inventory control for coal by using the method of generating EPQ inventory turnover is better than the methods currently used by the company

Bank BRI Unit Pasar Baru merupakan unit yang baru didirikan beberapa bulan belakangan ini. BRI unit ini melayani berbagai transaksi perbankan, diantaranya menabung, penarikan uang, peminjaman bahkan melakukan transfer baik sesama bank BRI maupun ke beberapa bank yang lain. Bank ini didirikan karena banyak nasabah yang berada di sekitar Pasar Baru yang biasanya melakukan transaksi ke BRI Unit Bandar Buat sekarang sudah dapat dilakukan di BRI Unit Pasar Baru. Ini merupakan salah satu langkah dari BRI untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya kepada masyarakat. Dalam melakukan kegiatan transaksinya bank ini mempunyai dua teller. Kedua teller ini melayani semua jenis transaksi, sehingga teller harus memahami masing-masing sistem dalam setiap jenis transaksi. Berdasarkan keterangan diatas, Hal ini merupakan masalah yang menarik untuk dibahas karena sistem yang ada pada bank ini masih melakukan penyesuaian dalam operasinya dikarenakan bank ini merupakan unit baru dari Bank BRI. Setiap hari bank ini melayani banyak nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi yang berbeda-beda. Jumlah nasabah yang melakukan transaksi tertentu tidak sama setiap harinya, kadang-kadang pada hari tertentu jumlah nasabah yang menabung tinggi, misalnya pada awal bulan dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Oleh karena itu, keadaan yang dinamis seperti ini perlu dilakukan simulasi sistem agar probabilitas atau kemungkinan dari sistem pada setiap harinya dapat ditentukan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari simulasi yang dilakukan Bank BRI Unit Pasar Baru Padang adalah jumlah teller yang dimiliki sekarang yaitu sebanyak 2 teller cukup untuk melayani nasabah Bank BRI untuk wilayah Pasar Baru dan sekitarnya. Hal ini dikarenakan jumlah nasabah yang datang perhari rata-rata 13-14 nasabah, sehingga utilitas masing-masing teller adalah 0.204 pada teller 1 dan 0.221 pada teller 2
